Murray Hill East Hotel

Hotel dobrze usytuowany w centrum miasta (dojście na piechotę do większości atrakcji Nowego Jorku - Emipre State Building, Times Square, Lincoln Center, Central Park). Apartament wygodny, dostepna kuchnia z minimalnym wyposażeniem w naczynia. Dostepny internet bezoprzewodowy, niestety tylko w Lobby.

Absolutnie niedopuszczalna ignorancja obsługi hotelu w stosunku do gości. Brak informacji o imprezach w mieście (np. 4 lipca rano nie wiedziano, gdzie odbywa się pokaz sławnych fajerwerków na "4th of July"). Brak profesjonalizmu w obsłudze klienta (zamówiona taksówka okazała sie niezamówioną!). Cena taksówki wyższa niż początkowo podano. Niezgodnie z zasadami nie wydano pokwitowania/rachunku za przyjęcie zapłaty za hotel. Pomimo prośby o uiszczenie opłaty gotówką (której nie chciano przyjąć w pierwszym dniu zakwaterowania w hotelu) przy wymeldowaniu należnością obciążono kartę kredytową!!! Błednie poinformowano o opłatach za rozmowy telefoniczne (np. podano, że pierwsze 10 min rozmowy lokalnej jest darmowe, co okazało sie nieprawdą. Podobnie stawki za rozmowę do Polski - nie 0.5 tylko prawie 5 dolarów policzono za minute rozmowy). Obciążono kwotą 5 i 10 dolarów nieodbyte rozmowy z Polską (brak połączenia po wykręceniu numeru docelowego).

every thing they have was nice

no internet in the room , no more chanals for kids , no internatinal TV network

Perfectly located hotel for my stay, convenient and room was clean. Internet free and connection easy. Hotel was easy to find, closed to the UN and Grand Central.

Rooms need probably to be refurbished. The sofa bed need to be changed.

Excellent location, with the plus of the kitchenette which allows you to have breakfast (...or even a full meal, if you are in cooking mode). The room is big for NY standard

The A/C was very lacking for such a large room

The location was good.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly or overly helpful. The rooms were stuffy and the air conditioner did not cool the room. The hotel cut off the hot water and we had to wait 9 a.m. the next day to shower. The maid left my room unlocked 2 of the 3 nights that I stayed. Two people in our group booked a room with 2 double beds. They were given a single bed and told that nothing is guaranteed.

there was not hot water my first morning which they did not let me know about until i asked. then was told the city was working on system, and no adjustment was made to my bill...

We found the mheh to be in the absolute best location in nyc - it's a short walk to many highlights yet slightly off the beaten path so is quiet at night. The kitchen facilities allowed us to make our own breakfast easily. Clean and comfortable and allows for 2 couples to stay together with privacy. Good value.

Sofa bed was in poor shape - clean of course but needing repair or replacement.

Located in Heart of Mahattan - close to everything

Large suites in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent kitchen facilities in room. Good point from which to explore New York City.

Location was good for transportation and my chosen activities. Nice staff and a pretty queit location.

the doormen were very nice and friendly, particullary the blonde chap who was very obliging in hailing a taxi for us on our departure, and they always had a smile. we always had clean towels, the lobby was lovely and clean and spacious, location was good enough, we loved being so close to mcdonalds, all in all an enjoyable stay was had by all 4 members of our group. we would definitely stay here again.

there wasnt much to dislike bout it really, the bed wasnt very comfy and the girl on reception wasnt overly friendly but these are very minor things that didnt affect our hols.

the location was my primary reason for choosing this hotel,the room was very large compared to other hotels in new york
