liked the location; the room was great. wish we'd had more time to take advantage of the suite. I didn't find the staff particularly quick to wait on us whether checking in, checking out, or helping us holding our bags; our cleaning person had smoked in the room while cleaning.

Very good value for money, location good but most of all the size of the room - I was told that new york hotel rooms are small but our room was very spacious and quiet. Good fitness centre as well and friendly doormen - great place to stay! Lift a bit old fashioned and slow

We've been coming there for years, and so have other family members. We love the small, friendly feeling of the hotel. The rooms and suites are so attractive, clean, and comfortble. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for getting around the city. We especially like the reduced weekend rates. Everything was great.

Me and my dad enjoyed our stay here. Location was great only minutes from grand central station. Room was very big and clean. Bathroom was large and well lit. Shower was great. Lobby was small but comfortable with free wifi. Altogether great. Whymarko.

Position excellent, you are very closed to Central Park Station. Service good. "Old hotel", used furniture and especially the carpet needs to be renovated. WIFI free only in the lobby.

The price and the location were perfect for us as we spent all of our visit at museums on the east side of the city. The places on 3rd avenue which delivered food were excellent. I would certainly recommend Murray Hill East Suites. I found the lobby comfortable and appreciated the fresh flowers at the desk. I would suggest they put secure bars in the bathtub. I was too frightened to take a bath or shower.

The rooms were clean and roomy, with a full kitchen (and utensils). The staff was friendly. The price was excellent. The location was convenient (near Grand Central, food and some shopping). Also convenient to the airport (lga). No air conditioning until Mid-May. They don't mention this anywhere in their website, and air conditioning is listed as a feature. The hotel staff promised a fan, but after asking 5 times over a 30 hour period, I simply purchased one at a nearby drug store.

Room has been remodeled. Bathroom updated. Good lighting. We had a room in front-noisy. However, as ex-New Yorkers we were used to it but others may not be. Limited number of channels on TV. No Food Channel, no USA, no Comedy Central. There is free Wi-fi in Lobby but should be in each room.

Everything was perfect! A very plainly styled hotel on a relatively calm street in the very center of Manhattan with a perfect combination of the price and quality. Very big rooms, a great advantage is a kitchen, so a room looks like a big 1-room apartment. Noisy like everywhere in Manhattan, so just use earplugs if noise may prevent you from sleeping and you will feel very comfortable in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Wi-Fi was only in the lobby (which is also a big advantage) but for this reason the lobby was full almost all the time. The Wi-Fi in the room costs 8 dollars per day. Sometimes long waiting (even up to 5 minutes) for a elevator. (The hotel has 15 floors.)

Booked a one bedroom suite for four + child. Expected to have to request a cot. But upon arrival we requested an upgrade and got it! We were given a two bedroom apt. on the 12th floor with a terrace. It was for the last night of a 10 day trip. We were exhausted. After dinner we just curled up and watched TV as though we were at home. We loved it. Sometimes the staff were very attentive but occasionally they could be a little too casual in response to our needs.

It was clean and spacious and had a pleasant layout with quality materials. Our suite, Rm 502, appeared somewhat dated and could use an update. Otherwise, being at Murray Hill East Suites was one of our nicest stays in the city.

Over twenty of us, staying in 9 separate rooms, were there for a family wedding- th ehotel had been recommended to us by a familly member living in london who always says here for its central location. We stayed in 9 rooms and were very pleased with service cleanliness and knowledge and helpfulness of staff on the main desk- We were all very pleased wth the hotel and woould higly recommend it . The size of the rooms and the full kitchen with suppies made this a much more pleaasurable stay than any prior hotel stay we had experinced in ny on prior tripst.

The location was excellent, as was the room design - perfect for mself, wife and daughter. I enjoyed the fact that there was daile service. The location was realy outstanding.
