Fin lägenhet, rymligt, välutrustat. Skönt med egen lägenhet och samtidigt service i form av städning, lakan, handdukar, tvål, toapapper, kaffe etc. Gott om garderober, bra luftkonditionering, ordentligt kök med spis, kyl, frys, micro, brödrost o kaffebryggare. Tvättstuga finns. Bra läge i ett rätt lugnt område mitt på Manhattan, nära till t-bana o bussar, mataffär, bageri o restauranger nära. Hissarna var lite omoderna o långsamma, lite lyhört genom dörrarna, men ej genom väggarna |

Vi hade en svit som vätte åt en innergård med separat vardagsrum och kök. Stort och rymligt. Mycket bra läge på Manhattan. lugnt men ändå centralt. Lyhört mellan rum och korridor. |

Allt fungerade och man kunde göra sitt eget kaffe. Mycket oväsen från bilar och gatuunderhåll från gatan utanför. |

Centrala läget Vi belv först hänvisade ett rökrum. Fick byta direkt, men då hade vi tvättstugan rakt under - oväsen från kl 8.00 prick. |

Great location near UN, Fifth Avenue, etc. Just 300 m from shuttle bus to JTK and Newark airports. Roome were very spacious, actualy the were apartments with bed room, big living room and separate kitchen. That was a positive surprise. Wireless Internet was working only from the lobby. Even there the speed was low. |

Good area of town. Comfortable, quiet room. No traffic noise in room at back of hotel. Large room. Well equipped kitchen. Sometimes a bit of a wait for the lifts (elevators). Front desk understaffed at times. Hall a bit shabby. |

Good kitchen area. Good location short walk to Grand Central Station No WiFi in room. We had a problem with electrics in room during stay but this was resolved |

The hotel, although outdated in decor, was extremely clean and to me that's very important. The location was perfect, the rooms were huge, loved the kitchen, an amazing package for such great rates. If I ever go back I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The staff were all very helpful and super polite, the only thing was at the end of the week when we inquired about other forms of airport shuttle services. They wouldn't tell us about anything other then the service the hotel provides which was quite a bit more expensive then what we found after checking out a few. It would have been nice if they would have helped more in that matter. |

Hotel was in walking distance to many landmarks. Hotel staff was not very friendly but did ruin our trip as we discovered as much of New York as possible. |

The Staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean. A friend stayed at the Murray Hill East and said it was nice so we decided to stay there. We were very happy with our stay. |
