The place was great. Really clean, the stuff was nice nad location absolutely perfect, baout 10 minutes from times square. I would stay there again! |

I had several questions and wanted to change the name on reservation. My e-mails was answered quickly and I also received a telephone call to verify the change. I will stay at your hotel on my next overnight trip to New York City. Room was small, but that is just what I expected. Great for an overnight trip. Would not like such a small room if I was staying for more than one night. |

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had had a difficult day with traveling and all, and they just made it all that much better by offering exceptional customer service. |

The staff was very kind, available 24h. The room and the bathroom were very well cleaned. The location was excellent, few steps from the Empire. All this at a very low price! The room is very small. |

The room were very clean, bathroom was spotless and shower lovely! Rooms a little small, but ur out all day so its not a problem! We stayed at the back of this hotel so there was really no noise! We stayed on the 5th floor and there no lifts in this hotel so its a hike with lots of bags after a day shopping.... I had an operation on my knee 4 wks b4 the trip so the stairs killed me, had I not it wouldn't of bothered me! |

I appreciated the position of the hotel, well located in mid-town Manhattan, close to a metro station The hotel lacks of elevator, the ladder is very uncomfortable, the rooms are extremely narrow and poorly equipped, no free internet is available, the tv mostly does not work |

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. We had a newly remodelled room which was nice. I was very noisy. Not in the hotel, but outside. We could hear everything (construction, horns). Our room had a window air conditioner that was not sealed very well. It needs some sort of sound barrier around it. That was my only complaint |

I recommend Murray Hill to anyone. It was situated in a very nice quiet location, very close to key areas such as The Empire State Building. It is also within easy access to the Subway to get around on a tight budget. |

Good location in a safe neighbourhood, near the subway and providing good access to sights. The traffic was quite noisy, although it did not stop us from sleeping. No twin bedded rooms available. |

Newly renovated bathroom and also the room seemed in good shape, really helpful staff that allowed friends staying in an apartment to store their luggage at my hotel too during the last day before heading to airport. No elevator, tiny room. |
