The Muse New York, a Kimpton Hotel  

Staff was excellent and always happy to answer questions and give recommendations. Hotel was exceptionally clean and had a great decor. The wine reception was a great way to mingle with other guests.

The staff were extremely helpful and everything was perfect. the hotel is in an amazing location and you can't ask for more. it's a bit pricey but it's definitely worth the money.

Hotel was beautiful and very convenient to Time Square and theaters. Staff was very friendly. Our room was lovely, spacious, and clean. We especially loved the bar/restaurant area which was warm, cozy and had a great wine selection.

It was awfully noisy outside our room - construction, maybe on the building across the street - not the hotel's fault, though!

The reception staff were very helpful, answering all our queries efficiently. We were even provided with a little fridge to keep our drinks cold. The room was comfortable and the location excellent.

We asked for a quiet room which meant we avoided the garbage trucks in the middle of the night but we did have a very squeaky construction crane outside our window which went up and down throughout the day!

Excellent service. Staff friendly. Greeted us each time we returned. Room was quite spacious for NYC adn quiet. When we notified staff of a room problem, they were apologetic and responded immediately.

Personnel were friendly and helpful. Room were large for NYC and very nice. What's not to like about a free wine hour in lobby?!

The only complaint is no coffee maker in room, but there is complimentary coffee each morning

The beds, bar, restaurant

A little noisy we were on 4thfloor and u heard everything.

This hotel is in a great location in Midtown Manhattan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer a free wine happy hour daily which is nice to relax with freinds and meet new people. I would reccommend Muse and stay there again.

Friendly staff, great location.

Hotel was on a side street away from the madness of Times Square, like an oasis of calm. It was convenient for walking to all of the Broadway/off- Broadway shows and convenient to subway. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directiorns, tickets, etc. Room (suite) was large and beautifully appointed. Wine bar in afternoons was very relaxing. We had to cut our trip short by one day for a family emergency and the hotel was very undestanding and adjusted our bill without any hassles. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, clean well equipped rooms

We stayed at the room which is facing directly the construction site. The work begins at 6.30 am and goes until evening. Construction elevator was facing window of our room, moving up and down about 10 feet from our window. It was making terrible noise, making impossible to be in the room after 6.30. We believe, that for the money we should get a better dea, and also it would be nice to have this kind of information (about noise) at the time of the booking. For the price there were a lots of other options

Fabulous location, lovely hotel. Certainly recommend. Wine reception each night was a great idea to relax for an hour before heading out into the city again.

Receptionist upon arrival was not the friendliest. A bit terse. Does not detract from a fantastic stay though.
