They were kind enough to upgrade our room to 2 double beds and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a nice hand written card with Happy Birthday when we entered our room. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks for everything!
Location fabulous Staff helpful Clean Amazing pillows
Didn't feel value for money as no facilities, being on the 14th floor the trip to the reception every morning for coffee in my pj's was a bit much.
Location Wine reception Friendly staff
Decor slightly old Room was dusty Backed on to air con units so room was noisey
Just did not like because we needed a PC to do something and the place they gave us to use did not even have a place to seat
rooms are spacious, location is perfect.
I recomend everyone to go! Perfect location, very very very nice staff and nice room
My wife needed a computer for some work she couldn't do on the smartphone, and they offered a computer, which we had to pay for, and did not even have a chair to sit! If you take yours shouldn't worry, but if you don't and expect to use the hotel's, forget it
My room, convenience to shows, Great staff at front desk, bellman, Bar staff And NIOS off hours!
NIOS. too crowded and extremely loud, noisy - At night. I know. ....it's New York. But we had to leave.
The location is a plus along with the Hotel. Its a very cute and fun hotel. The staff was very accommodating and we were in the middle of everything which made it convenient.
The view could have been a better view. Overall the hotel is amazing and I will stay there again!!!!
The happy hour with wine
No WiFi unless became member, going down for coffee
Cleanliness and the bar!
The knowledge of the private car price to the airport. I was given a price of $76.00 all in. Because I trusted the staff I did not ask the driver. When I arrived at the airport the car driver upped the price to $83.00. I think the driver ripped us off.
Location was ideal for access to subway stops, restaurants and night life at a fair price compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel room (premium king) was larger than expected, very stylish, clean, and had windows on two sides (a corner room). Spouse loved the nightly wine reception as it provided a way to relax and talk with other guests. One recommendation is to extend the 5-6 duration to 6:30 as I never got back in time from work. The Free wi-fi was very good as were the quick elevators (important to us since we were on the 12th floor). Staff was excellent. For example - I started to work at the desk but the chair (very comfortable by the way) would not allow for height adjustment. I called the front desk to see how to adjust it and their description did not match the chair I had. They sent someone up within 5 minutes who quickly determined that the previous guest must have broken off the adjustment lever and returned in 5 minutes with a fully functional chair and took the broken one away. I was impressed with how quickly this issue was resolved.
Suggest extending the wine reception by 30 minutes or an hour to better accommodate business travelers. Provide some space in the mini-bar fridge for guest use or provide a separate fridge for small items such as separately purchased drinks, leftover deli sandwichs, etc.
Excellent location, good size room and bathroom
Relatively peaceful stay, great location
The location of the hotel was close to the action exactly where we wanted to be.
The room was a good size. The bathroom was well designed. There is an excellent restaurant downstairs. The location is good for theater goers. The staff are really helpful, especially the doormen.
Being just half a block from Times Sq. means the hotel is awkward to access by car, and is noisy outside.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is immaculate and nicely appointed
My "quiet room" had an air conditioner that was incredibly noisy. And it was right next to the bed. Impossible to sleep with it on and hot with it off
Helpful staff. Quiet - few rooms per floor so we did not have to hear lots of people going up and down the halls late at night or early in the morning.
Room 1607 had bedbugs!
Just off of Times Square.
Inattentive and dismissive morning shift front desk staff. Didn't attend to requests to fix bathroom problem with toilet. Construction all night long. Don't stay on street front room if jackhammers working till 3am interrupt your sleep.
The room was a good size! Friendly staff.
LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WINE EVENING
I liked the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was also friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 603 - it was the loudest hotel room I have ever experienced (and I travel a lot). The street noise along 46th avenue throughout the entire night was incredible. The windows in the room are terrible at insulating the room from outside noise. I barely slept.
The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
Poor view and slow elevators.
