    WE HAD A BIT OF A PROBLEM WITH THE WINE AT OCTAGON RESTAURANT.. THE WAITRESS WAS BETH AND SE WAS WONDERFUL AND WAS ABLE TO RESOVLE THE PROBLEM TO EVERYBODY'S SATISFACTION.

    Restaurant and Spa Staff Pool, Gym, Spa facilities Room location given there were multiple weddings we were not a part of

    Check in staff was not as friendly as I'm used to, they seemed stressed with the weddings The building needs some refreshing, particularly room linens and finishes.

    Great location, facilities were perfect for our family

    A lot of trainee staff at front desk, so the level of service could have been better. Everyone needs to learn, but then more customer oriented tri Ingrid is needed. Simple requests for more bathroom tissue in guest room were not addressed. Atypical or a Marriott.

    when I arrived I had booked for 3 days but only needed 2 when I asked if I could change the num. of days I was told that I needed to do so through booking.com. however the staff was unable to give me the num. the second day we didn't rec've any room service therefor we didn't have clean towels. the beds were very uncomfortable we were sinking in the middle. the hotel is beautiful and was very clean but for the price there should have been at least a small continental breakfast. would I go back again no I don't think so

    got upgraded to a room woth slightly more space to accomadate a small child. staff was very nice. discount tickets to auqarium and local attractions.

    i got charged 4 dollars for a small fiji water in the room. After spending 30-$ on room. this is really petty. had to drive to mystic area. did not look as new as photos.

    Dinner was good at the bar.

    Understaffed. Not friendly staff. Inexperienced on phone manners. No answer at Octagon Saturday night. Went down to restaurant and man said he was too busy to answer phone. Restaurant too busy until 9 pm. Asked for our cell phone. He didn't bother calling us. Lots of things to mention. Wouldn't go back there or recommend to anyone.

    Starbucks in hotel.

    Shuttle service to Mohegan not very convenient only based on bellman availability. Staff at front desk friendly yet kind of clueless to any questions asked.

    The staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and impeccably clean. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

    The only thing that bothered me was no where to hang towels in the bathroom. The little hook behind the door was too small and the little hand towels kept falling off. There was nowhere for two adults to put their towels. However, this is a minor complaint - the hotel was great.
