Location is great and design is fantastic.
A bit noisy on the morning.
The location is great. The room is small but inviting and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome!
The elevator is super slow. Room was a bit noisy as it was right across from the elevator.
Very noisy. Room on 3rd floor above bar/lounge with Jazz playing until 22h00 on Thursday and later on Friday. Lift outside room and people talking loud into the early hiurs. Avoid the 3td floor. We were offered to change the room the following day.
The breakfast was excellent, and it was a character place.
Could have been a bit cleaner.
Great location in San Fran.
No AC. You have to sleep with windows open with no screens and then we heard dish washing clanking at 2am for a good 45 minutes. Very poor sleep.
Trendy room ---- good lively dining room
Excellent location and very freiendly staff
Very slow elevator and wifi doesn't work with ios8
Perfect location, near all good stores, restaurants and public transportation. Excellent complimentary breakfast and really comfy bed. For San Francisco, it's a good value for money.
Location was convenient to Union Square, short hike to most public transit Hotel was well maintained and rooms were unique Staff was accommodating
WiFi was poor in parts of hotel
The location of this hotel is great. The room was of decent size for being in sf and had all the amenities you would need. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
The only thing missing in the room was a coffee maker.
Everything was great! The price was awesome for the quality we received. Also the deal with the restaurant for dinner was amazing!
Terrible and very unprofessional front wait staff. Elevator is a year expired on its permit. Torn bedcover.
The proximity to everything. The bus stopped right outside the hotel so we avoided the massively long queues for the trolley to get to fishermans wharf. Union square is just around the corner and there are a good selection of restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast too.
Parking rates were quite expensive. We parked in the public car park opposite by mistake and we were glad we did because we saved ourselves almost £40 (it helped that there were reduced rates on a Sunday)
The location and breakfast were great. Nice ambiance and good (although expensive) bar food.
Small rooms (had to pay for an upgrade to a slightly bigger room). A ridiculous $14 for a small glass of average quality Chardonnay!
Nice room. Awesome restaurant.
A rare hot day in San Francisco - it was hot in the room.
Burritt Tavern...room size and bathroom, location
elevator musty, torn and taped carpet, windows in room broken-would not stay open for ventalation
Nicely renovated rooms. Good location. Very friendly/helpful staff. Nice bar/dining area.
Dark hallways with red carpet gave off a spooky vibe to an otherwise nice facility.
Got in stuck in the room above the bar - no chance of a relaxing quite night.
Great location.. Decor was awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful especially Stacy, she even got us a last minute shuttle to the airport.
The only downfall for me was the garbage pick up rite outside our window everyday but Sunday but that's city living
Great to stay in a hotel with its own unique style Breakfast was continental but very good all locally sourced food well prepared and presented Dinner was fabulous both food and service Room was on small side but more than adequate for 2 night's Staff were nice friendly and helpful Location 2 minutes walk to Union Square
Nothing to dislike about this hotel
Food Staff Location
Wifi was terrible, took me almost 30 minutes just to get to my emails. Our radiator in our room was broken, so was constantly hot.
Very good design, enough space for one person maybe two. The shower is great, bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly.
Where i lived is face to the Stockton st parking lot, very noisy if i left the windows open, during the day i need to keep the curtain down to have some privacy. The breakfast is ok, would be better if there are different type of eggs and some sausages/ham.
Not only did the hotel look cool and have a great location, but the staff were great. In particular Stacey on reception who always goes the extra mile to help.
If I'm going to be pedantic, great breakfast but music at breakfast is always a bit too loud.
modern bathroom, top location, excellent breakfast (good bread), beautiful breakfast room, cosy hallways, helpful staff, excellent value for money in this expensive hotel area
Everything was close to perfect. Even teh much discussed elevator did not cause us any problems. No noise from the bar either (but we were on the 4th floor). No coffee facilities in room (but Starbucks across the hotel)
Large rooms, location near Union Square Breakfast buffet Bar & Music during evening hours
