Loved the comfortable bed!
Paint needs touched up! Breakfast should go a bit longer on weekdays!
Pool/Hot tub Friendly staff members
Distance to ice machine
Car being broke into in parking lot.
Location clean breakfast staff.
The convenience to everything !
Could have used a refrigerator and a microwave!!
Walls were thin. Heard everything the neighbor was saying. Hotel was not full. Also, our room was not cleaned after the first night.
Wi-fi seemed slow. Couldn't stream netflix.
Clean, very hot water, restaurant next door, comfy beds.
The hot tub in the pool area was broken - did not have hot water and was colder than the pool but there was no sign indicating it was broken (THAT was a shock to get into and then quickly get back out)
We stayed a total of two nights, an overnight both to and from our destination. The first night was great, very hot water, comfy bed, the restaurant next door was good, the Walgreens across the street was handy for a sudden pollen allergy outbreak, overall it was great.
Our second night, on our way back home, some of the issues were not due to the hotel. There was a group of high school students staying at the hotel. Our first room smelled like smoke so we were moved to the same floor as the students, who screamed in the hallway until well after midnight, even after several calls to the front desk. In the morning, the breakfast area was not equipped to handle all of the high school students, so we just grabbed what we could and went back to our room.
Breakfast has been improved since I last stayed here. Location is excellent for shopping and going into Salt Lake City. Desk staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. Price is reasonable.
Hallway needed vacuuming, especially the edges. We indicated that we did not need the beds to be changed, but they weren't even made! No extra roll of tp in the bathroom--had to ask for one. Expected a refrigerator but there wasn't one.
Enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was not that exciting. The waffle batter was runny so the waffles didn't taste right. Not enough seating in the breakfast area.
We arrived late. Room was ok but walls and doors thin. Heard all traffic outside room. Also we were on 3rd floor and still heard people otside in parking lot getting in and out of cars. Next morning breakfast area was filthy and food atea needed restocked. Staff was sitting in back office ... not paying attention to food area. Tried juice and muffin. Juice was warm. While exploring breakfast area the front desk phone rang and rang and no one would respond. This to an onlooker looks like a lack of customer service. We were scheduled to stay 3 more evenings but cancelled.
The ability to bring our dogs without any extra charge is very important to us. Beds were comfy and place was quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was great!
Unlike the other LaQUINTAS we stay at, there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room.
Staff was very nice. Our first room smelled like smoke so they moved us without any questions. Breakfast was pretty good. Great value for your money.
Small breakfast area which couldn't handle all the people. People walking around in the breakfast area with bare feet! Should be a sign saying shoes and shirt required!
Warm pool water Close to family
Close proximity to mountains, shopping, and restaurants.
Too much noise as the hotel was too close to the interstate. Also another elevator would be a nice addition to the hotel.
breakfast variety great, well stocked, clean. warm indoor pool, cable tv.
beds seemed more like full size instead of queen, older bathroom fixtures.
our room was extremely dirty.
