Very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the local restaurants was amazing.

Over all room decor is refreshing, light and airy. Enjoy every time I stay here.

If you want an inexpensive place to lay your head near the beach, this is it. Don't expect much more, though. The rooms have recently been renovated, so they are very clean and nicely decorated. All in all, it's a decent place to stay on a dime, but I think when we return, we'll splurge a little for one of the places down the road.

I have seen reviews that mention private balconies - that's not here. Some of the booking sites say ocean view rooms - that's not here either (there are maybe 2 rooms with a view). What you do get is very simple accommodations within walking distance of the beach. At times, it was very noisy, either because of traffic, airplanes, people coming and going in nearby rooms, or the wind whistling through the doors and windows. Oh, and the curtains don't fully cover the windows so don't do anything in your room that you don't want seen from outside, or at least get creative about how to fully cover the windows (I saw blankets, pillows, sheets, etc in other rooms).

liked everything they even now serve breakfast from 9 to 11 am room was really comfortable and roomy staff great special thanks to the lady on reception in the mornings who helped with travel into boston and was nice and kind.

Clean and large room and bath is satisfactory.

Internet speed is too slow to do any online-work. Breakfast isn't served over 8am, earlier leaver can't have a dine. Hotel manager is supposed to show up after 9am and plan to serve meal.. Damn!! Also, manager get off the work by supposed 7pm. When I arrive in hotel at 8:30pm, nobody in the office and pick my room key up just after phone with him. The Internet was terrible. It's important to have strong internet. some of us work on the road and I could not due to this problem of slow low signal internet

Rooms were big and very comfortable. They had high quality bedding and towels.

I had a great nights sleep the first two nights. However, on the third night, the room next to me had their TV on the entire night and into the morning. I could hear that it was on that whole time. I had to use earplugs so I could sleep through the night.

Great Location, more character than hotel chains, no highway next door, restaurants and shops next door.

clean quiet room

I love the fact that there was both a front door and a back door; making it easy for parking near the door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very warm and welcoming. Very closely located to the beach, but not right on the main strip. So less issue with traffic. Also not overly expensive, an ideal place for the traveler on budget.

I would have liked a bathtub instead of having a shower as the only option.

The curtains were not wide enough for the windows and did not cover the windows, so people could see in with the light on. also no coffee machine or kettle in the room plus coffee and muffins served in office area only after 9am, too late for most travellers
