The place was refreshing in decor, comfort and little additions provided. We got pod coffee and some chips and a mints all complimentary. Such a great find
The decor of the rooms was very pleasant, modern and calm. My room was very spacious but the bathroom was tiny.
A suprise back door, which had I not realised where it led, would have remained unlocked during my stay. An explanation should be given to guests of this set-up.
Everything was great and very clean would recommend to any one.
This was a bit more like home than a "chain hotel". Upkept very nice and it was clean. I would definitely recommend it especially during the summer months.
Walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors through the wall.
Was a stone's throw away from the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient we could walk to all the attractions. Staff was very friendly and made to feel welcome. Room was very spacious and clean a pleasant surpise. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
The noise from the units above from either walking on the balcony or within the room was quite loud. The bathroom shower wall/tiling appeared to be in need of cosmetic repair as you could see the rust/decay. Bathroom was a bit small. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing but the location and convenience makes up for that. A number of full service breakfast places are within a short walking distance. Only one unit had a water view and wish there were more units that had a water view. The option for the one water view room should be made available prior to final booking
We were very pleased with the Nantasket Hotel at the Beach. It was close enought to the beach for easy access. The facility was clean and staff accomodating. We liked it well enough to stay a second night!
The beach itself was limited on eating choices.
Location was great.
Walls are so poorly insulated that you can easily hear conversations and TV shows from adjacent rooms. This is not only annoying, but also a major problem when you want to rest or sleep. Very disappointing.
Big clean room. Kurig machine in room.
Loud AC (when it worked) Pillows hard as a rock. Very pricey. Same / more than hotels with pools and restaurants / lounge.
Hot water in shower. Good Wi-Fi signal.
Small bathroom. Low water pressure from shower. Only one bedside lamp. No lamp near table. Room very dark. AC very noisy.
It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and there are quite a few restaurants within a half mile. The beach is beautiful. It was a very good sized room and the bed was very comfortable. We had a pretty decent water view also.
There is quite a bit of road noise for being such a small town and the a/c really didnt blow very cold. The bathroom is very tiny. I think the room was very overpriced for off season rates for the basic ammenities that you receive.
Nice location and very helpful staff
The area was quite cozy & close to the beach.
Walking distance to the beach. Pretty room, very spacious. Close to restaurants, shops. Close to Boston yet quiet & the beach is across the road!
Don't put families in the room above, too noisy. Breakfast supplies very minimal, if you are any later than 8:30 there's almost nothing left.
The location was excellent
Kitchen too poor
cute rooms very clean
not "at the beach" at all. more of an inn than a hotel not very handicapped accessible and only about 15 parking spaces.
Can not fault anything, stayed 3 day's after a road trip across the USA. Lovely location, a short walk to some great restaurants. the best we stayed at by far. If you go to Boston area this is the place to stay
That I could not find any faults !
The room was very nice and in excellent condition. It was a comfortable sleeping environment. The Hotel is just across the road for a beach which was very convenient for quick access to the Ocean shore - Loved that. It's location was also at the end of a boardwalk which again was perfect! Close enough to walk everywhere and enjoy the environment but enough out of the way for some quiet time.
The room wasn't ready at 3 pm when we showed up, minor inconvenience to wait a few minutes but when I would of appreciated the staff being honest regarding the room not being ready yet vs. Asking me to give them a minute for 10 minutes and then telling me. There isn't much of a view to the ocean and paying more to have a second floor room so you can catch a glimpse isn't something I would pay for again. The Hotel could have cover on the deck on the seond floor as well. It was raining during our visit and although we were only at the room during the evenings we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. There was no place for cover
staff and roominess
Uneven floor in room
Everything inside and out !! We go all the time and will continue to do so.
Big room. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Free wifi worked great.
Parking was tough the spots were very small and many guests would take up two spots. One night upon returning and we had a pile laundy left at our door by tr cleaning staff it was left there overnight.
Everything was good.
Nothing stands out.
Not brand new, but very comfortable. Dave at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Plenty of room. You could tell they care for their guests.
Bathroom a little bit smaller than we were used to, but it all worked well.
Across the street from the beach. Light breakfast available daily. Clean accommodations with free water and snacks. Small fridge and microwave in room.
Beach front run down, lots of closed businesses, few good restaurants nearby. Small out dated bathroom.
The location was close to the beach.
The bathroom was very tiny. The parking lot was exceedingly tight. The coffee area did not open until 8 AM and there wasn't much to it.
Could walk everywhere, to beach, restaurants, gift shops, and second hand shops were great. The beach is right across the street!
