Naples Bay Resort    

A superb resort with great facilities, very clean & well equipped rooms.

hidden costs i.e. occupation tax & club membership fee.

The rooms are beautiful either overlooking a Marina or a canal. We watched wild otters playing from our room. The service is top notch and its in a great location. Second visit and we all loved it. Great food in the restaurant and the pool bar.

The hotel is well located close to the 5th Ave shops and restaurants.

A resort fee was charged of around $30 for facilities which we did not need or use. I would prefer the charges to be upfront at the time of booking so that I know what I am paying for the hotel.

It was our honeymoon and they made us feel so special, it was an amazing stay and we would love to go back again. The hotel is spectacular and set it a beautiful location.

Great suite. Luxurious, comfortable and clean. Had own balcony overlooking marina. Great place to sit in the sun. Concierge was on the ball and very helpful.

Pool and place to get lunch was a 10 minute walk away from the room. Whenever we asked reception staff for information we were misinformed, or we didn't get what we'd asked for. Difficult to find somewhere to eat if you hadn't booked in advance.

Everything about the Naples Bay Resort was absolutely fabulous. Service exceptional and the staff could not have been more accommodating... We will go back next year and enjoy this experience again!!!

From start to finish everything was just as I had wanted. Having a choice of on site restaurants certainly added to the experience. No need to drive into town. Bonefish and L'Orient were both excellent.

Room was incredibly spacious. Master bedroom and bathroom very nice and big. Kitchen well equipped. Nice balcony. We very much liked the washing capabilities.

Trip was too short.

Pleasantly surprised with accommodations. Very comfortable cottage. Pool area was beautiful, and the service there was attentive. Great gym. Some traffic noise on the lanai, but, the unit was quiet. To be expected if you want to be close to everything.

Awkward reception. Keys left for us at The Club. No directions to unit or explanation of facility. Tried to get something for three days and finally gave up. Office kept promising to send something over but never did. When leaving the girl said "Sorry" when I mentioned it to her.

The location to the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave and the beach as well as the service at the club/pool. the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

the phsical location of the pool and club house related to the location of the hotel. Also, the breakfast at the Yacht club could've been more diverse in its offerings.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious with a beautiful main bathroom, full kitchen, balcony overlooking the waterway and lots of Iiving space. Nice pool area with fun lazy river. Friendly spa staff. Good location near Fifth Avenue and Tin City.

The pools were a few minutes walk from the room, but not really a problem; you could always take the car! The property is very close to the busy US 41, but again this wasn't really a problem.

The rooms are beyond what we could expect... Nothing was missing and we loved the layout of the two bedroom cottages. The resort itself is very well maintained and the facilities (pool, fitness, tennis courts) are top notch... We travelled with two children and absolutely loved it.

Staff very helpful

It is very conveinent for the downtown district of 5th Avenue and is on US 41 which makes acces to anywhere simple. Staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. I would say it is a very good budget hotel and great value for money.

I don't like the docking charges for the boat. We havea 45ft boat and to dock overnight is US$90 which considering the room rate for the two of us is only about US$ 120.

somewhat rambling, however there was a shuttle bus to the gym and since it was low season there was no waiting. However, since it was low season it was very quiet almost with an abandoned feeling so the eateries lacked atmosphere, yet still kept their high prices. I would have liked informing that there was an additional $22 'resort fee', which was reasonable considering what was on offer, but I had thought from the descriptions that all facilities(wi-fi, pool etc) were included in the price as agreed with Booking.com

Harbour view . pool bar excellent. Reception excellent. Great location.

We wanted a stop over on our way to the Florida Keys, and always wanted to explore Naples. The Naples Bay resort offered the accommodation we wanted for our family group with a suite of rooms. The service and accommodation were superb. A short walk to 'The Club" for the spa and pool facilities were also excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and gave some tips on exploring Naples. We ate at the Bone fish grill, a restaurant on site,again, service was excellent and the food was amazing, Bang Bang shrimp is my recommendation. A fantastic stop over, and would certainly return.

Rooms were great!! The pics on the website do not do the resort justice. Was a very nice place to stay, pools were great and had something for everyonr from young to older. We are alreadt planning another trip to the area and would not consider any other place!

Excellent facitilites including pool and spa. Room was nicely decorated with a beautiful view over the harbour from the balcony. Lovely big, comfortable bed and large, powerful shower. Ten minute walk to 5th Avenue.

Air conditioning in room is quite noisy but this seems to be standard for hotels I've stayed at in Florida.

The Rooms are spacious and the location fabulous great views!!!

All the extra hidden charges you are charged for everything........ The rooms have coffee maker but no kettle to make tea which they supply? No buscuits or snacks in the room............nothing is available for free everything is charged for............everything be aware...
