This Naples, Florida hotel is just 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico. Inn of Naples features an outdoor pool, gym and rooms and suites with a private balcony.
Score from 190 reviews Very good
Despite the hotel undergoing an upgrade the service and customer care was excellent from the whole team. It is fabulous, the rooms are so comfortable. Would highly recommend this great hotel.
The staff was very friendly
Dirty needs major renovation beach is so small
Absolutamento tudo - equipe prestativa, hotel bonito, estacionamento amplo, quartos com sacada, preço justo, aluguel de bicicletas e 1 drink por dia gratuitos // Everything - good service, beautiful place, good parking lot, rooms with terrace, fair price, free rental bikes and 1 drink/day/person
Nada // Nothing
The grounds and view were great but noise everyday due to renovations.
Didn't get room we booked. Lots of noise from renovations. Unpublished daily $30 amenities charge!
Staff friendly, went out of way to make stay comfortable. Close by to friends and attractions.
it was a nice stay and it was a comortable hotel.
Pool area Valet services great Room service quick
Room was not that clean...maid left my dirty towels on the floor in bathroom! Coffee for keurig was gross...paid 17.00 for room service decaf! Would not stay there again!
The resort was very pleasant & very clean.
The bed seemed smaller than a king size bed. We were disappointed with the view of our room because when we booked it said "Gulf Coast View" and not a partial view of gulf.
Excellent accommodations and service!
Everything was top quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The guests were also very friendly and fun to talk to.
The room and the bed
The pool bar service and the very bed noise for construction in progress
They have a nice pool.
It is advertised as on the beach, but it is 0.5 miles away. Accessible via golf cart shuttle, but the shuttle picks up at the public parking first, so the wait is long. If it rains on the beach you are stuck, because they do not shuttle in the rain. The water slide advertise 48" high to ride, but their line is set higher than 48". Most children cannot ride unless over 10 years old.
The pool, the beach, the patio, the view, and the staff we all wonderful!
There was construction being done at 8 30 am the length of our stay. If it wasn't our honeymoon, I wouldn't have cared as much. The banging was too loud and annoying. There should've been some kind of comp for that.
The pool area and private beach were a highlight
If you are expecting a high end resort experience or one consistent with other Waldorf's, you are going to be very disappointed like we were. The resort is going through a long term renovation (that we weren't told about) and is noisy. The staff is slow to respond to normal hotel issues (like no hot water) and seem to have an attitude of indifference towards guests (we also heard this via others) ... every morning we waited in line at the coffee bar behind employees ... not one acknowledging us or any guest in line.
everything was better than we could expect
we had to leave
Pounding of jack hammer, upon arrival we were not told of construction. After a long day at the beach no one wants to return to their room to the sound of jack hammering.
The beach is beautiful and there's a pathway through the mangrove that takes you from the hotel to the beach. You can walk or take the golf cart shuttle. Had a great sleep, bed was really comfortable.
Food and room service was good. Pool was excellent, and service there was also good.
They did not tell you until you were checking in that there was construction. It started at 9:00 A.M with jackhammering, and did not end until 4:00 P.M. People should be told before hand what is going on at the hotel. Booking.Com should have had that information provided to them, so anyone making a reservation would know ahead of time and could opt to stay there or not. Very deceptive. Room was not that clean either. When I checked in, there was trash on the floor under the desk. The next day my room was not really cleaned, and on Saturday, I opted out of maid service. I can make a bed myself. They provide a keurig machine, but the pods they provide are horrid. I would suggest that anyone staying there bring their own coffee pods/tea pods. Also stop on the way in and bring your own milk or cream. I ordered a small pot of coffee from room service, $17.00 dollars for 3 cups of coffee. Ridiculous. I will stay elsewhere next time. It's not about the money; it's about your expectations of a Waldorf Hotel.
Rooms and staff were excellent. Spacious and comfortable.
It was very busy around the pool area. First day we couldn't use the pool at all and had to head our to the beach.
i loke every. thing
Location food service great
Lobby looks like Miami not very cozy. Room need updated
Good hotel, beautiful with good location and confort, beautiful pool with slide and good attention, good service of the transportation to the beach, the breakfast good, but even though the restaurant's waiters are polite they aren't too friendly
Even though the hotel has good service the fees are too expensives, $30 daily for hotel services plus $10 parking plus hotel and tourist taxes
Amber @ Front Desk was a pleasure and made the second night stay comfortable. She is an asset to the Company.
Noise, not clean, rooms had old furniture with stains, wallpaper in halls peeling, building was old. View not good of the Gulf. Pool area had chairs with stains.
Beautiful hotel and room, great location, good amenities, excellent spa experience.
Unresponsive staff, understaffed front desk (didn't even answer phone multiple times), bug issue in room that took multiple calls to resolve, beach is beautiful but 0.6 miles from hotel - which is quite a distance if you're not prepared for the walk. Not sure I will stay here again because of the staffing issues.
