Nashville Airport Inn & Suites    

I liked the free airport shuttle. That was important because taxis in Nashville are incredibly expensive. It also had a free breakfast so that's good too. Oh and the free wifi was very useful. The staff were helpful.

The towels had pubic hair on them, the room smelled of smoke (the smell of smoke was so strong it infiltrated my luggage and all my clothes reeked of smoke), the cleanliness in my room was nonexistent and the standard of the breakfast was fit for the third world.

The size of the suites. Fairly soundproof. The breakfast was adequate.

It smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathrooms were filthy. There was wet spots in the carpet. The towels were dingy and rough and low in numbers. There was only one towel and face cloth in each bathroom. It was a two bedroom suite with living room, enough for 6 people and only one TV. We could not agree on what to watch.

While Dated THe Hotel Was Clean And Appeared Well Kept. However ThE Ice Machine Was Broke And Normally A Place This Size SOuld Have 2 Or 3 Ice Machines They Only Had The One. Good Stay For The Money And We Stay Here Again But It Will Be Worth Watching To See If This Is A Facility On A DownHill Slide...

Reception staff were very helpful.

Don't be deceived by photos. Hotel was very run down and in need of repair and up dating. Not as clean as it should have been, tide marks on bath etc & strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room. Place was very noisey when we were there with people yelling and partying in their rooms and hall all night.

The exterior of the hotel was in good shape. We did like how large the suite was .

The first room we recieved was horrible and smelled like ashtray and was dirty all I did was disinfectent wipe and wipd everything clean and down and it came right off. (Really pays off to have good cleaning services) We then recieved a newer room which was a bit nicer and cleaner . I strongly suggest better maid service and put some money in renovated the hotel rooms. It is a good area with potential...

Location

The pictures on site are not accurate. The kitchenette was a disaster. Refrigerator racks are rusty no utensils or anything. The bedroom tv did not work and there was candle wax stuck to the floor gum stuck to the air conditioner. I called front desk several times and then walked down there to find him on the phone with a friend. The sofa bed had no sheets and the sofa was falling apart. Will not stay there again or recommend.

Price and location were both great.

The room was dirty. The grounds were dirty. There were bottle tops on the floor of my room. There was pieces of paper on the floor.

The staff where friendly

The hotel room was filthy, the couch or rugs had not been vacuumed in forever. Water all over the kitchen floor. The cleaners did not clean anything or make the beds all they did was put in two fresh towels even though they new there was four in the room.

Location was good.

Refrigerator was pretty old and questionable. The rugs were stained but swept. The bedspreads were in need of being replaced. Overall clean just old.

The first room we were assigned was a non smoking room but the room smelled of heavy smoke and there were ashtrays. The second room had a very smelly refrigerator that we could not use. As we woke the next morning we noticed how dirty it was.

Need to update. Need a little ambiance. Need to fix outdoor ice machine. Had to stand in leaking water to use it.

Location and price was very nice

With 2 beds it is crowded in the bedroom. The toilet would not flush the first night. Was going to make coffee but the pot didn't work and there is no plates, pans, utensils in the place for use. No paper towels either.

Close to the airport!

I arrived after a long flight, checked into my non-smoking room to learn it wasn't updated as indicated, light fixtures with wiring showing and a smell of smoke. I requested another room and was given a room that appears to be part of low income, homeless, and monthly housing with mailboxes. Traffic all night, cars coming in and out with people yelling from the parking lot to guest on the upper floors. I received a knock at my door around midnight of these two resident ladies asking me to come party with them. Are you kidding me! I sure didn't read any of this in your reviews prior to booking. The full breakfast that was advertised did not exist. Upon check in it was described as "Continental". The first day they severed biscuits and gravy (that's it ;) a sign on the counter said Waffles on Thursdays. On Thursday there was a sign that said no waffles, No Biscuits and Gravy. The attendant indicated someone must have forgotten to purchase the supplies needed. The internet was extremely slow and limited cable television. I would have never booked this room had I known it was anything less than what was described via your site and it's website. Clearly, it was a total misrepresentation of the facilities and amenities. Think of the worse possible hotel you have ever stayed in - now this is worse than that!

The room was just the right size for the price. It was clean and comfy. My husband and I were very impressed that it had everything. The frig in the room was a great size-larger than what we have seen in larger rooms in the past. The staff was friendly and the shuttle to the airport was on time to minute. We would definitely stay at Nashville Airport Inn again!!

We didn't get to try the breakfast because we had to leave before it was open but that was our problem not the Inn'S. I guess we'll have to come again for that.

The suite we had was well worth the money, handicap accessible. and had enough room for the kids to move around. the whole experience was pleasant .

The drunks that came into the room above us at 3am.

How confusing it was to get around the hotel. There was no map available to tell where you were and how to get to other places in the hotel. Also maid service was less than average. Did not clean well, dirty cups left, trash cans no emptied.
