Bed and nice towels
Bad breakfast no indoor pool ice machine did not work room was not cleaned well
Location Beds were comfy
Bathroom floors were disgusting. Hairs all over. Looked as though it had not been cleaned. Phone did not work. Had to call for bathroom to be cleaned and phone replaced.
The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. Desk staff new very little about the general area of the hotel.
We were shown a two room for $99. Turned out tobe a crowded 2bed room. Questioned that, reply was that is just the way it is shown. Moved us to 2room next day for $130 . Not happy at all!
We were unable to sleep due to road noise. The place needs triple glazing.
Location and room size good.
Washbasin not in bathroom - not good at all. Very noisy garbage collection outside at 3:00 am. Not a patch on the Baymont Inn we have just stayed at, which was a lot less money.
I liked the location; just right off the interstate; close to lots of eating choices and gas station.
The breakfast was slacking. I'm not a fruit and cereal person; I like a hot breakfast and a waffle is not my idea of a good hot breakfast. That definitely needs to be changed.
Location is close to downtown and the airport
Needed two hands and a very hard pull to get the water to turn on. Calling the front desk did not help. I was told to pull really hard. Would have been very difficult for a less able individual. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly.
The lady Kim, at the front desk was awesome. She tried her best to do what she could.
This hotel was full. Booking.com still listed it as available. Once I got there I was given a room key that didn't end up working. So I went and got another key, that too didn't work. Kim, the lady at the front desk had to come bring a machine to open the door, which was locked from the inside because it already had a guest in it. After about 40 minutes of calling around and messing with the door we were sent to another hotel. La Quinta paid for it but we didn't get to bed till after midnight and we had to be up by 4.

Ended up in a smoking room when I pretty sure I requested a non smoking room. No hot water in shower!!

Convenient to Vanderbilt
Too noisy, too close to freeway. Room was small and felt tight. Breakfast was disappointing.

The location is convenient to town and to Opryland.
The place needs a face lift. The grounds are well maintained but the building needs a lot of work inside.
Was no compensated at all for the night's sleep lost and constant noise in the early am and staff was aware of the commotion.

They were robbed one night we were there but did not disturb customers. Found out when we listened to the news.
the location was good to all the sites..Was not far.
price was different then website. I had ask my bed linens to be changed they were not..Beds were hard ..Would not go back.
Shower had only very hot water. Didn't clean room one day. some of the staff didn't care but man at check out was very nice and helpful.

Easy check in/out. Parking was close to entrance. Breakfast was same fare as everywhere else. Quiet.
Older dated hotel. Rooms were small. Hardly had hot water till end of shower. Sink not even in bathroom. Bed was hard and lumpy. Rail on outside balcony loose and missing bolts 5 stories up. Unique smells throughout hotel.

I went to print my boarding passes, and the toner was out in the printer. I asked when it would be replaced, no one knew. I asked again in the morning. It wasn't a priority. That should have been replaced immediately. Checking in online and paying for your luggage ahead of time requires printed receipts. Once I arrived at the airport, the customer service agents wouldn't allow me to go to the Drop Luggage line because I didn't have printed receipts, which resulted in a very long wait. This could have been avoided had the hotel provided printing.
