The bathroom sink not within bathroom no light switch in bathroom and no exhaust fan in bathroom outdated
Everything was nasty and dirty.. The elevator had dirt and dried blood on it. There was dried blood on the wall coming out of the elevator on the 2nd floor. The sliding glass door the wind was with sling because the door was not secured . Just not worth the money..
Rooms were a bit in the small side. Rarely saw staff Good stay, overall, but definitely not worth 130$ a night.
Clean hotel. Certain areas looked renovated. Decent use of space. Staff was nice, but I rarely saw them. In and out of the hotel frequently for various events and only saw them about 25-30% of the time.
Daisha at the front desk was GREAT!!!
The noise from the expressway.
The room was so pretty.
The toilet, sink and tub all drained very slow and backed up.
Because I booked through booking.com, the staff was unable to speak directly to me when I had to cancel for the first of two reserved nights. Booking.com assured me that the second night was still reserved. It wasn't. I only got a room thanks to a cancellation.
The housekeeping staff never came to our room in the two days we were there. They claimed to have knocked but that's completely untrue.
It was available.
The location to downtown was good. It was about 7 minutes away. So it was very quite yet convenient to downtown.
Everything was excellent
Rooms and food.
Need renovation; Too close to highway, so it is noisy
Relatively close to everywhere
Took 2 hours to check in. Is very difficult to find .can see it from highway but is on a off road. Old.
Bed was comfortable
The night staff was not friendly and not very helpful; didn't know hotel policies apparently. The morning staff person was very understanding and made adjustments to the bill accordingly...something the night staff person could have done if she new the policies and made allowances for the mixup in our reservations.
I had a place to stay after a long day!
Having to leave!
The rooms were wonderful and the staff was so friendly. We visit Nashville 3-4 times a year for weekend getaways. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but we will definitely be back. We were worried that it would be loud from the airport, but we kept our balcony door open when we were in the room(fresh air) and we didn't hear anything. It was a wonderful stay!
The only downside I could think of is that my room was facing the freeway, and there is some street noise. This isn't a huge problem for me, as I don't mind some white noise and just turned on the fan. If you need silence, ask for a room on the other side of the building.
I arrived early and the staff were able to set me up in my room hours earlier than usual without any hassle or problems. The staff were all friendly and eager to help with me in finding a quiet area nearby for some exercise (walking and jogging) and for restaurant options as I didn't have a vehicle. The shuttle was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable and wifi was nonstop fast!
room with highway traffic
The room was not clean, along with the bathroom, the room would not get hotter than 78°, the latch was missing on room 630 so didn't really feel safe but had a roommate.
It was a trip for me to get away for some me time.
Close to everything. Easy access to highway.
I didn't like that the smoking room was close by and you couldn smell it. The bathroom had hair on the floor!
The front desk staff was sooo friendly and helpful.
The interstate was right beside our hotel so it got a little noisey.
It was close to most things.
The grounds smells like a dog park front and back parking lots. The deluxe king suite is very small.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the location is great, it made the difference after my daughter was disappointed that the room was small, we had the deluxe king. She "said no way mom!"
The rooms smelled of stale smoke and insince. If you took a shower latter then 12. The water was cold!
The girls at the front desk were very nice.
Beds are great to sleep in, every room has a patio door. Easy access to freeway, downtown, airport, restaurants.
I was put in the smoking section when I asked to be in non smoking.
The hotel room was dirty, funky and the beds had bedbugs! The bathroom was disgusting it hadn't even been cleaned!
