The location is very central and ideal for exploring. Once you are there you can walk around Princeton no need for a car. Staff friendly and helpful.
Paying for Wi-Fi, the hotel is not cheap! Air-con was very loud, did wake me up a lot. My room was very dark, on the shaded side but with all the lights on still dark don't know what wattage bulbs were in the lamps. The room was a little bit tired looking.
Excellent location. Restaurants, shops and parking are within easy walking distance. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The bed is firm, though the pillows are not.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Otherwise, if there is no one next door to your room, it is a very quiet place. The room service was spotty. Sometimes we only got two towels, and the towels are thin and worn.
Fabulous location in Princeton
Rooms are tired. Parking offsite
It couldn't be more convenient to the center of Princeton. Desk staff were very pleasant and made a point of giving us a quiet location. There was coffee in the lobby on arrival.
This is a sprawling place, with only a small portion in its historic original building. Despite a high daily rate, wi-fi is extra; there's also no breakfast included. The facilities are acceptable but in need of an update; we were surprised at only incandescent bulbs in our room and bathroom.
Loved the ambiance and old world charm. I felt like I stepped back in time - yet enjoyed all the modern amenities.

Extra charge for wifi which didn't correspond with booking.com information

Dated bathroom - needs upgrade
Room comfortable. Good service. We enjoy the restaurant very much.
I m very sensitive to the old smell in some areas of the building but that is history
I liked the location and the history of the hotel
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows cases and the sheet feel very cheap for the amount of money you pay. The hair dryer was poor quality as well. Overall not a luxury hotel, I wouldn't give them more than 3 stars. I was extremely disappointed
I love the location and SOME of the rooms.
The pillows are nasty. They should have protectors and changed after every guest.
Location is perfect. Ambiance in Yankee Doodle Tap Room is very good.
Housekeeping was lackadaisical. Add on charges for refrigerator in room and wireless internet are too high.
-Location -very kind concierge who helped us with directions to a church for the memorial service we were there to attend. -Close to wcc for tour and visit
1)The view 2) Wifi did NOT work and family member had critical work-related task to accomplish on a deadline. had to leave and get the work done at another facility.very stressful
Restaurant staff can be unprofessional sometimes.
Front desk staff excellent. Friendly and accomodating. All employees seem to work as a team. Lounge on L2 a well kept secret. Very special room with huge fireplace and beautiful leather chairs.
The hotel was very convenient to the campus area of Princeton. The free breakfast was excellent - it was a full breakfast with the standard choices.
The rooms were good, but not as nice as I expected from the description. It's a bit like a Marriott.
The building is beautiful and clean. The location is fantastic.
The heater in our room was very loud and turned on and off frequently all night. Hallway noise was constant while trying to sleep.
We requested milk for the tea/coffee in the room, but the evening staff could not provide any. Eventually they had to summon housekeeping who got some from the bar. The attitude was not accommodating.
Loved the location; perfect for reason for stay.
Check in was quick and easy. Close to everything, very friendly, and comfortable.
Free WiFi only in the lobby. In the rooms there is a significant extra charge.
The room was a good size, enough to fit a crib for my son. The staff was so kind and accommodating.
The heating system in the bedroom goes on and off incessantly and is noisy. Not good for sleep!
