The staff was fantastic and it was a good value.

My air conditionar was a little loud. I had to keep turning the tv volume up and down. The shower head was broken. It worked but I had to move it by hand to rinse.

Quite rooms to relax in. Artist room extra cost, but makes the stay enjoyable. Excellent location to enjoy the city area to and from.

Air conditioning did not cool down the room enough. Setting was at lowest cool option, but did not cool down enough. Room 517

The room had two adjoining doors with people in both rooms. There is no sound barrier whatsoever, both sets of people might as well have been in bed with us; we could hear each and every word spoken clearly as if they were in the same room. Their children were screaming and everyone was animated at 11:00pm and we could not sleep. This is not acceptable. I would never stay at this facility again for that reason alone.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel was great.

A little noisy at times. Rooms need some sound proofing. Didn't bother me, I sleep heavy.

The ambiance and interior design of the lobby was easy on the eyes. The staff was very helpful. The pool was nice.

The hot tube was out of order. The sauna was out of order. The elevator was down for a while. The two Saturday night events, a prom and an alumni dinner were noisy. The fact that you have to pay to print out your boarding passes is absurd.

It was clean and comfortable

although I was told by staff that the hotel has ONE luggage cart I never seen evidence of that. When I checked in the front desk clerk and maintenance man helped me with my luggage but when I checked out I had to make 4 trips from the 5th floor to get my luggage to my car.

This hotel was clean and budget friendly.

The pool opens at 7 a.m. and our room was on the backside of the building above the building that housed the indoor/outdoor pool. At 7 am we were awoken by screaming children at the pool. When I called to complain I was told the building that houses the pool amplifies the sound. If this is the case why in the world would you open the pool at 7 am?

The food was excellent.

We were put on the side without a view and close to the pool which was loud with kids playing.

The appearance of the lodge was good. Staff friendly.

Choose facility because of fitness center and sauna and whirlpool advertising.Fitness center has a few treadmills and nothing else and there is no sauna only a whirlpool. I will not stay again.

Comfortable bed, front desk nice, easy access to hotel and to elevator, nice southwestern decor.

Hair on pillows/towels, torn curtain, one coffee pack only instead of two in a king room, can be loud/thin walls.

The front desk clerk and hotel operator were very polite and helpful. The lobby was nice.

Noisy place. From our room on the 3rd floor, you can hear the freeway traffic, people starting their vehicles in the parking lot, a guy talking/yelling on his cell phone from the parking lot at 3am. Not a quiet, restful sleep at all. The room also felt a little old.

Decor, balcony

Hard to get to. No remote control. No coffee pot in the coffee maker. No fridge or microwave in a room at this price is odd. No breakfast included.

Beautiful decor in lobby and common areas. Very comfortable mattress.

Not enough places to put personal items down on (luggage, toilet items, etc.) Slow elevator. Comforter on bed was too heavy and didn't look clean. Large lounge chair in room took up too much space. I tripped over it during the night and fell flat on the floor. Couldn't satisfactorily adjust the air conditioner for comfort; ended up turning it off and the room got very cold.

Quiet location but near important interests and other business routes.

Hotel is starting to need maintenance attention. Electrical wall plates loose or missing, light bulbs were burnt out, door and entrance facings need paint. All of these are minor but detract from the perception of a well maintained facility.

Atmosphere, character, suppose of local artists, friendliness of staff, quality of food.

Staff was delightful. Except for the top cover, the bed was comfortable. The view was spectacular! The lobby was nicely decorated. We are glad we stayed one night.

The rooms need more electrical outlets and more wastebaskets. The top cover on the bed was extremely heavy, with no alternative blanket in the room. Climate control was noisy.
