The rooms are nice, well kept from the first time we stayed,at least in this room... Looked like it was redone. Newer hideabed sofa... But uncomfortable
Beds need to be checked for BED BUGS!!! An have covers put on new matress n box springs whn installed an fumigate areas around beds. My husband got bit up a multitude of times an well we wont be returning due to this... An yes we told office...
Location to the hospital was excellent
The ice machine and hot tub were both not working. Our stay was for 4 nights and still not repaired during our stay. The kitchen was not supplied with the basics like silverware. The air conditioner was so loud inn the bedroom I purchased ear plugs to sleep
Having two bedrooms was a huge plus
It's aged but in good condition You have a kitchenette but no cooking supplies or utensils :( so if you stay there and want to use the kitchen you'll habe to bring your own from home.
Close to the speedway. Very conveniently located near food and shopping.
Bedding was dirty and mattresses were rock hard. Also, you have to rent pans if you want them for an added daily cost. The worst part was customer service at check in, management was very very rude until I snapped back. Another much nicer employee took over.
Staff was very helpful.
The beds were hard. The room was a none smoking and it smelled like old smoke. Ashtray on the table. No elevator, had to carry our suit cases up the stairs.
The cleanliness of the rooms and property.
The kitchen was a plus so that we didn't have to live out of a ice chest.
No elevators to get to the second and third floors. We had asked if it was possible to be on the 1st floor due to handicapped people in the grou, OWe were sent to the 3rd floor. Extremely difficult and tiresome to climb the stairs. Signs on where the hotel is at,behind BBQ facility, would have been helpful since the hotel is behind the BBQ bldg. Very old and outdated TV in the living room, no TVs in the bedrooms.
They charge extra for anything they can think of like a service charge. Just don't go there it's poor
The staff was nice & helpfull.
Well reserved a nonsmoking room , but was givin a smoking, room. The bed was like sleeping on concrete.
Check in person was very efficient. (one person handling a long line. No help)
Did not get king bed as reserved. Cheap toilet paper and not an extra one. Soap not given every day. Need to totally refurbish rooms. NO BREAKFAST (that was one of reasons I booked it)
it was a good location
location and our room was a suite-room to stretch
needs new carpeting desperately
We have stayed at Nellis for the last 2 years. We don't know what happened must be new management or ownership but it sure changed. And not for the better. We had 3 other families also stay but will not be back in fact one family cancelled their second night and went down the street.
I like the Suite it allows me to cook in if i choose
The room reeked of stale cig smoke... Couch needs replaced it sinks when sat on... Beds abit hard .... Not to comfy Windows need Curtains !! not slat blinds not very good privacy ...many of the slats didnt fit properly
I think your service with booking.com is excellent, The location of the hotel was excellent for being close to the motorplex...
The staff at the hotel was very rude. I arrived at 11:30 PM and I was asking questions like why am I being charged now because usually it happens at check out time and the lady answered in a very harsh tone saying I can ask the manager in the morning. So I asked about elevators and she snapped again saying I don't know ask the manager. If I wasn't so tired I would of left and found another hotel but the fact is I was beat just from the long day I just had. The hotel is out dated.
The beds were hard as rocks. The other thing is it is right next to the base so you get a nice wakeup call in the morning.
