Close to the speedway. Very conveniently located near food and shopping.

Bedding was dirty and mattresses were rock hard. Also, you have to rent pans if you want them for an added daily cost. The worst part was customer service at check in, management was very very rude until I snapped back. Another much nicer employee took over.

The kitchen was a plus so that we didn't have to live out of a ice chest.

No elevators to get to the second and third floors. We had asked if it was possible to be on the 1st floor due to handicapped people in the grou, OWe were sent to the 3rd floor. Extremely difficult and tiresome to climb the stairs. Signs on where the hotel is at,behind BBQ facility, would have been helpful since the hotel is behind the BBQ bldg. Very old and outdated TV in the living room, no TVs in the bedrooms.

Check in person was very efficient. (one person handling a long line. No help)

Did not get king bed as reserved. Cheap toilet paper and not an extra one. Soap not given every day. Need to totally refurbish rooms. NO BREAKFAST (that was one of reasons I booked it)

We have stayed at Nellis for the last 2 years. We don't know what happened must be new management or ownership but it sure changed. And not for the better. We had 3 other families also stay but will not be back in fact one family cancelled their second night and went down the street.

I think your service with booking.com is excellent, The location of the hotel was excellent for being close to the motorplex...

The staff at the hotel was very rude. I arrived at 11:30 PM and I was asking questions like why am I being charged now because usually it happens at check out time and the lady answered in a very harsh tone saying I can ask the manager in the morning. So I asked about elevators and she snapped again saying I don't know ask the manager. If I wasn't so tired I would of left and found another hotel but the fact is I was beat just from the long day I just had. The hotel is out dated.

The beds were hard as rocks. The other thing is it is right next to the base so you get a nice wakeup call in the morning.

Full kitchen was very spacious and convenient. Air conditioning was well ventelated and kept the room perfect temp

As soon as I finished driving 7 and a half hours to this hotel for an event I was attending I was told the original price given to me for 288.99 saturday-monday morning (which was fully charged on my card weeks before this date) by booking.com was only partially the full price and that what I was charged was really only for the first night instead of 2 nights of my original booked stay..They then told me it would be 50 dollars in addition to checking in for the whole stay. After driving this long I had no choice but to stay there after already being charged nearly 300 dollars for just 1 night.. After they charged me I asked how much just in case would it be to have 1 more night extended on monday and check out tuesday and the staff said 50$ a night and you can decide if you want to do that on your last day to check out. After hearing this I said thanks and later after both days went by I decided to extend my stay. When I told a different employee I was going to extend my stay he then pretended to be friendly and casualy told me it was gonna be 75$ plus tax. When I confronted him on what the other employee said he looked at the computer and said oo ok I see our staff is hooking you up thatl only be 50$ plus tax.I Had to take it and after leaving all I was dissapointed in the amount I spent for my overall stay and couldnt help but think I was charged extra by the place when I was reading how cheap their original rate is for a week was lower then I was charged for my 3 night stay.

The staff are all friendly. Groups of us went to EDC(motor speedway). This place is close by. Easier access than the strip.

The place is run down. Everything is old. Bathtub clog full of hair. The toaster wasn't working properly. The sofa had stains. Too expensive for the place.
