the location is great!
not the friendliest staff
location. microwave and refrigerator
Included breakfast not great. No chairs on room patio. Didn't tell us in advance we would have microwave and refrigerator.
price and location to destination
felt alone, room was in back as a single woman would have liked being in front of complex, security light cover broken
Comfortable bed Nice staff on arrival location
Cheaply maintained Broken dead lock Light into room through curtains Breakfast about as cheap as possible
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet, and very clean room.
Missing a coffee maker and microwave oven in the room; office coffee doesn't start until 7 a.m.
Location that's it!
Everything, old bad
Convenient location close to WSU campus. Easy to find. Rooms clean.
Facility is old, smells old. Parking very tight if you don't have a compact car. Price is too high for quality of facility.
The price was good and the beds were comfortable. We had a large deck off the back. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room and the wifi worked without problems.
It's a little run down and could use some refurbishing.
Great location for access to college.
Inadequate parking - too cramped. Room needed remodel - sink chipped. Security - door did not completely close and dead bolt did not work. Small room. Way overpriced for the facility!
cold coffee bread = no spreads poor heat, 68 top
Like the view
The balcony is a little iffy
The receptionist called to confirm our reservation while we were on our way. When I told her I had received a call duirng our drive that my son was in the ER in Moscow, she took care of the payment and had our keys waiting when we arrived so we could check in quickly. We ran up to our room and I discovered I had mistakenly reserved a king bed on line when I really wanted 2 doubles. She quickly found us another room to fit our needs. We were checked in and on our way to the hospital very quickly. I really appreciated her help. It's older but was clean, comfortable and convenient and fit our needs. We just needed a place to sleep as we were busy during the days.
Some of the lights were burned out.
clean and comfortable
aging factors, concrete steps chipped, room had iron burn in carpet, drapes half on rail....but clean and tv and wifi worked fine. mattresses showed not sign of stains.(bed bugs, etc.)
The rooms are priced like they are a 3-4 star hotel. Not close. They are gouging patrons during the infrequent events happening around campus. On our visit we had NO maid service for either day nor ANY hot water for showers. We were told to just let it run, even a half hour...are you kidding me!
The walls are paper thin, got woken up by kids running around in the hallway early in the morning, and our shower didn't have hot water. It was the only hotel left in Pullman for homecoming weekend, the price was OUTRAGEOUS for the quality of the place...I should have stayed in Moscow for a quarter of the price.
The room was very nice, clean, and updated. The beds were really comfortable.
The exterior was in poor condition and the hallways were scary looking--worn carpeting and doors had no weather stripping. You could see daylight coming from every room. Once inside the rooms were a pleasant surprise.
The location is great. The staff was very friendly. The beds were okay.
Some of the parking was hard to get in and out of. The hotel room I'm sure was clean but the carpet was disgusting. The walls could use some paint. We could only get one lamp to work. The shower tub were black and once again I'm sure it was clean, but it is so old, hard to get the stains out. One felt like you had to were flip flops in the shower. Basically the owner needs to put some money into the place and up date it!!
That it was available
Parking was very tight, the sheets and sandpaper blankets had holes and burn marks...the ultra bright light from the neighboring gas station didn't add to the ambiance.
They had instant oatmeal for breakfast.
Almost everything else. The staff were rude and generally unhelpful. The room was smokey, I have asthma so this was rather frustrating. The hotel room was dingy and dirty. I was very unsatisfied.
Location is prime. The mattress was pretty good considering the room. Pullman needs more choices!
The room needs some serious upgrades. Tired at best. If the walls could talk, what a tale they'd tell. Carpet really stained. Holes in wall where a picture had been.
Great location right across street from WSU. We were a late arrival and didn't know the office shuts down early so they called us and arranged to leave door ajar with key inside.
Office shuts down early and so room was not secured (door left ajar for us to gain access) when we arrived.
Beds were comfortable and cable was extensive
Lights out in bathroom, and over sink. Stains on carpet. $300 for 2 nights' stay. Dingy appearance, poor parking consideration of guests.
There is a good Korean/Sushi restaurant right next door.
This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
The location is great for me by walking distance to the university of my daughter.
The air-con is too loud.
