La Quinta Inn and Suites New Braunfels  

I loved the friendly staff. Heather who was at the front desk, went out of her way to let me check in early and even provided me with some refreshments while I waited. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in years.

The only down side was trying to get into the hotel, its on a very busy corner and only one way to enter the property.

Super comfortable bed

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Had to change rooms upon arrival due to wind noise/whistling coming from the window.

The staff were polite, helpful & professional. Bed was super comfortable & the room was super Clean!!! Definately will stay there again & recommend it to others.

Where hotel is located. Its a little tricky on getting in & out of parking lot, especially in a large vehicle.

Staff was excellent; very comfortable. We had our dog with us and she liked the place too. Breakfast offered was fresh fruit. Far enough from highway so that it was quiet; AC was quiet but we unplugged the fridge because it was noisy.

Road entrance was difficult to get in. Internet connection was slow.

Hated that this particular LaQuinta was dirty!!!! The bathroom had dirt and hair behind door. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. The ice bucket hadn't been cleaned for quite a while....lots of dust and even had a dead bug on it (I have pictures). The beds were uncomfortable. The view of the motel next door was hideous!!!! I think it was one of those "book for an hour motel"! Omg!!!!

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfy, I had a choice of pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Needs an extra towel bar, for hanging the bath towel on.

The price was reasonable.

The room was humid.

Upon check-in, bathtub had black hair left in it. The washcloths were stained with a "substance" like oil or something. Had to get new ones. The A/C ran at 1-speed and took forever to cool room down. The microwave had old food stuck to the front door of it. The beds were way too soft. The comforter and pillows were all feather-down (hate that). Our door keys did not work 1st off. Had to get them reprogrammed. Then they quit working again 3-days into our 7-day stay. The elevator is slow. The renovations that were done show different kinds of patch-work and looks tacky. There was a nice 2-ft by 3-ft patch over our beds on the ceiling - nice.

One of my rooms was not cleaned. We did have a do not disturb sign in the morning, but thought that because crew was in the hallway when we left, room would be cleaned.

Breakfast was better than average.

Refrigerator was so loud we had to turn off. The air conditioner was too loud. We sty in motels alot and those two equipment were needing do-overs!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were assigned a room on the first floor which is a pet floor. We could smell a doggy odor and the front desk clerk called to see if everything was okay. When I mentioned the doggy odor, she moved us to the pet free floor which was great. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. We made an excellent choice staying there.

Very good price and good location.

The humid climate made the rooms feel stale and stuffy even with the air conditioner going.

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was done well.

The exit made it difficult to get back on the hwy because I had to cross a busy highway to return to my meeting.
