“ location of hotel great, far enough away from Bourbon St to not have the noise but close enough to enjoy. The hotel staff could'nt have been more helpful. Everything was within walking distance or close to local transport. So many great restaurants close by no matter what your price range. ”

the location was absolutly perfect close to everything. the staff was excellent made or stay perfect. rooms were so nice yes the bed a bit small but very comfortable. love the balconey. having a fridge was perfect for keeping some refreshments to enjoy on the balconey after a long day of walking the city. should have an option for late checkout we had to be out by 11 and our flight was at 5 would have liked a hospitality room to freshenup before heading to airport.

Channel at the front desk was very professional, like no other person we've dealt with in the past. We come to New Orleans 4 times a year and by far this was our best trip. I will not stay anywhere ever again. Thank you to all the staff (Channel especially)! Outstanding attitude. I've paid for cheaper parking at other hotels in the quarter but not much cheaper so not a complaint just an observation.

We visited nola over Spring Break with my 11 and 15 yo boys. Loved the location and loved the funky, whimsical decor even more! I thought it was a great value for the space we had compared to other accommodations available in the area for a family of 4. We had a one bedroom suite/apt and the boys did fine sleeping out on the fold out couch in the sitting area. Since there is such great food in nola we didn't make much use of the kitchen area, but it was nice to have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave/convection oven for cold drinks, snacks and breakfast foods. We also had a shared balcony overlooking Decatur Street which was great for people watching. We had driven in from Atlanta but we were able to walk or take the trolley to most places of interest. Parking was not cheap, but probably comparable for the area -- $35/day. Our car was located in a parking garage a couple blocks away so we needed to call ahead to have it brought to the front door. We only used our car one day to drive to a swamp excursion and it took about 15-20 minutes for it to be brought around. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! While the shower area/stall was huge, the bathroom space was a little tight. Not much counter or drawer space to put tolietries. Would have benefited from having some additional hooks and towel bars. It also took probably about 5 minutes or so for the water to heat up for the shower. However, after it heated up there was plenty of water for a shower (This particular unit did not have a tub). Would have benefited from having a manual or directions on how to operate the combination microwave/convection oven unit.

First and foremost was the excellent staff. No matter what their role, from front desk to cleaning, everyone was super professional, helpful and fun. They all seem to really enjoy where they work. The hotel itself was the most unique and well thought out place we've stayed in a long time. Some of our family stayed at the Sheraton and were very envious of our hotel! They wanted to hang out with us at our place all the time! We will definitely plan on staying there again! Loved it. Our a/c went out on the last day. Which meant a pretty miserable last night as the windows don't open. It would have been nice to recieve some sort of compensation for that. Also our kids got their exact room as ours for $80 less per night! What the heck?!

Very clean, friendly staff, very well maintained and a good location to get to the French Quarter. Very noisy; staff going in and out of rooms cleaning and slamming doors, lots of outside noise.

The location was perfect! Valet parking was quick and convenient and cost was par for the area. I was there with my 16 y/o son,19y/o daughter and some of her friends from college. We had a 2br apt that was much more than I expected and even had a NICE foosball table in it! The full kitchen(not all units have) was helpful in cutting cost of snacking but you need to buy ice. The older teens enjoyed the atmosphere of the Quarter and Canal St without ever feeling unsafe, but loved hanging out in the apt or playing speed chess on the rooftop just as much! River walk is very close by and we walked with other fans to the Saints game in abt 15-20mins. Had a blast!! Staff was friendly and helpful too. I hope I get the chance to go back soon!

location of hotel great, far enough away from Bourbon St to not have the noise but close enough to enjoy. The hotel staff could'nt have been more helpful. Everything was within walking distance or close to local transport. So many great restaurants close by no matter what your price range. There isn't anything about the hotel that we didn't like and when all the renovations are finished it will be a an even better boutique hotel. A perfect place for holiday.

The staff were really great. They were friendly and offered us help with tours, anything we needed for our room and tips on what to do in the city. The hotel is very nicely decorated and in a great location. It's not right in the heart of the noise of the Quarter but it is still a very reasonable walk away from the things you probably want to see there. All in all the hotel was great but on our day of check out it took almost 30 minutes to actually check out which was a bit silly considering we paid for everything with the exception of valet upon our arrival. And the valet is pretty frustrating. One day it took almost a full hour to pull our cars around. Probably my only real complaint considering you are charged 35 dollars a day for the privilege.

The location is perfect, right in the French quarter. The apartments were clean, comfortable & had really cool modern decor. Chanel on reception when I checked in was really efficient & super friendly. The sun deck was lovely too & great place to watch the Mardi Gras parades from! The apartment could have done with an information book with visitor information, instructions on how to use Coffee maker & floor map as the place is a maze! Laundry wasn't actually available as machines were broken...

This hotel was an outstanding Boutique Hotel with only 62 rooms. My one bedroom suite with small kitchenette was decorated extemely well and had a touch of the whimsical. The lobby was extremely qaint and beautifully done too. This hotel was up to the minute in its decorating style and everything was brand new and this was part of its charm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel. No pool.
