location is very good basic comfort is provided...
they couldn't process my credit card until after one hour it somehow "oh, it worked now" - though the card worked perfectly with ATM and all the other shops. I did not realize that "interior" room means no windows - it was sligtly uncomfortable to not know if it is already day or not...
Front of house staff. Huge room, massive bed. Just off canal street.
Great location to the French Quarter
Location, comfort and nice staff. The building is really nice and well maintained. The value for money is really good. Consider that I stayed in an external room which should be better than the internal ones. Good bathroom and amenities.
Cleanliness is fair; rooms need more ventilation and a deep clean on carpets. The parking (valet) is expensive but you have options around and the staff was fair enough to let me know about them.
Clean and comfortable room in the French Quarter. Good value for money. Helpful staff.
small small room, nothing fancy, definitely not luxury
Friendly staff. Convenient location.
No mini fridge in my room :(
The hotel is located a block away from French Quarter. It's an old building which makes it more historical. Room is great and not noisy at all. The staff is very gentile.
I love everything about this hotel. My husband and I always try to stay here when we is visiting.
Beautiful rooms. We will be back!
Front desk clerk, restroom soap & view.
Lighting in room didn't work, toilet was stopped all night, beds were stained & didn't look clean.
The location was excellent- within walking distance to French Quarter, Riverfront and Canal Street. Short taxi ride from Greyhound terminal. the staff were very helpful and assisted with all enquiries. WIFI was very good.
The location is great and the beds were very comfortable. Very good staff
The room was very narrow and the beds took up most of the room, to the extent I could barely access one side of the bed without crawling over the bed itself.
what could have been a pleasent stay became a disapointment when i checked out.
they charged me so many fees when I checked out including a fee for internet and coffee that were suposed to be complementary. Its all a schame because you pay when you check in but they only give you the recipe when you leave (even if I asked for it after handling the credit card) so that you have no choise but pay.
Didn't have mircoware or fridge
I liked the quietness of the room. I like Gina the person who greeted us. I liked that the best restaurant was right next door to the hotel. I liked that it was close to everything, we walked every where...didn't need a car.
The television could have been a little lower...it was practically on the ceiling. No bath tub...just a shower.
We had to constantly adjust the temperature. It was always too hot and moist or too cold.
Staff was very friendly and made good suggestions for local restaurants. The location is perfect for those who want to walk the French Quarter
Our room at check in wasn't very clean. Found used cups and tissues on the tables left behind from other guests. Throughout our stay, made service only came in to make the beds and fold towels.
Very nice rooms. Very clean. Location close to action, but not in the middle of all the noise and commotion.
Great building, wonderful staff and exceptional quality all around!!
The Pelham is well located only a couple of streets from the French quarter, Canal Street and the Charles Street Trolley. The staff were helpful and friendly
The location is nearly perfect to visit the French Quarter and very close to the main lines of the street car (tram). The building has as unique amazing charme due to his traditional substance. Staff was well organized and helpfull.
The rooms may need a little more lightning, as they are a little dark due to room height. The carpets in the room need really to be cleaned as walking barefoot just for one evening caused black feet ... uuuh
Within walking distance of Superdome, French Quarter and World War II Museum
