Toilet ran all weekend
Awesome front desk staff, walking distance to everything! Thanks for making our New Orleans stay so easy, convienient and so comfortable!
Location Wifi Some reception staff Large room Breakfast restaurant (Ruby Slipper)
Other reception staff (lazy and offish) Place is starting to feel tired
Cheap, nice staff, location is ok, great city
I could never imagine a hotel room without any windows. Creepy!
the location was nice, and the room was clean
it was hot in the room
Comfort, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, proximity to tourist attractions
No breakfast as part of the deal, no free parking, no free airport shuttle service, touristy tours are expensive and not worth the money - as an internationaI tourist I felt we weren't made sufficiently aware of this
Location Rooms with high ceilings More character than standard chain hotel One very nice receptionist Maybe I was lucky but got free street parking right in front of hotel Ruby slipper (restaurant adjacent to hotel) has great breakfast
Air conditioning in hallways way too cold Loud music in reception and hallways Bathroom had "character" or maybe needed better cleaning?
Location and old style hotel with charm and character
No coffee maker or fridge in room and parking prices
This hotel was in a good location walking distance to just about everything you won't need to rent a car. The restaurant next door call ruby slipper was excellent for breakfast but you have to get there early cause there was a long wait. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I visit Nola again.
Only thing I did not like is that there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And they didn't change the sheets for the whole stay you have to request it to be changed
Great value for a lovely historic hotel that's just outside the quarter and a block from the casino. The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever encountered in my travels. Ruby Slipper is in the same building, but even if you miss their hours, there's a sushi bar half a block away and an italian restaurant that delivers. GREAT!
Our room did not have a small refrigerator, which would have been nice in a city of food. I don't know if all rooms are like this.
Staff were all excellent! Ambiance and decor Location was great
Mattresses were creaky and uncomfortable but we were so tired each night so slept well regardless. No mini fridge Poor TV reception/picture
I have stayed at the Pelham before and we really enjoy the well maintained older Hotels.
No internet no coffee in room one chair in room
great value, great location, close to many amenities, and friendly staff
They were fixing things at the corridors everytime, too noisy
The hotel was very clean and everyone very help full. Loved the beds.
Location was very convenient, the rooms were quiet (double glazing), wifi free and available in the rooms, reasonable value for money.
Young man that worked desk very nice
Black woman that checked us out not very friendlyy
Amenities and room were nice--the hotel is also in a great location within walking distance of the French Quarter and trollies. Felt safe even while traveling solo!
So: my room didn't have a window, which I know going in--but it was still weird. Still! Who goes to on vacation to spend all their time in a hotel? Everything else was nice and comfortable and was exactly what I needed on my trip.
Near by action and food
Shower curtain has mildew
Front desk staff were all courteous and helpful. Made reservations for us.Appreciated having valet parking so we did not need to worry about our car. We plan on returning in 2018 for the 300 anniversity of New Orleans. Appreciate if the hotel could let us know when to make reservations.
We liked everything.
Great Staff, location and price
The bed wasn't comfortable, bed frame made lots of noise with ever turn.
