How thin the walls were, we could hear our neighbors talking and some people weren't courteous about trying to not slam their doors. I understand that with these old buildings, sound proofing was important back in the day. Minor problem.
The thing I hated most was the rug under the bed. It was terribly uncomfortable to walk on with bear feet. Luckily it was winter so easily solved by keeping my socks on :)
the location was great, we could walk everywhere. We were really close to Jackson Square and Bourbon Street.
The staff was helpful, especially Wyatt, I only wish I would've talked to him more indepthly than on our last day. Our room was bigger than expected, the seating area was a great place for our suitcases.
