Staff, cleaniness, spacious, and convenient.
The guest upstairs were extremely noise and you could hear everything through the ceiling.
Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed during our 7 day stay! Your hotel is in the best place to everything! I am so happy I researched for over a month to find you guys and see how close to downtown you were! Thank you thank you thank you! We do want to come back again!
I would only have a problem with the stairs because my leg hurt so much prior to the trip and we stayed on the second floor, but no complaints really. Just a suggestion, shower later or earlier to catch hot water!
The hotel was the perfect distance from Bourbon Street. It was walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go.
Great location and nice courtyard. The staff is great.
The only issue I had was that you can hear everything. The ceiling and above floor is so thin that you can hear every movement and conversation. They need more padding between walls and floors.
The people was a coma dating and friendly.
The room was small and only one T.V you can here everything from the next rooms and the up stairs and if the people upstairs was to waste something it was coming right into my room.
Comfort and cleanliness.
Pool not heated. No Hot Tube. Breakfast was a little boring and carb filled.
It is located in a great quiet area near the French quarter. The staff is wonderful. Courtyard is beautiful!
The queen room we had was really small. We didn't spend much time in the room but if it had been me and one of my friends instead of my husband it would have been even tighter.
Walking distance to Burbon street, and everything french quarters has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have problems with noise. Room was small but ok. If I come back, I will stay here again.
Greatly located just outside the French Quarter - very nice hotel. We would book it again!
Staff was extremely hospitable. Room is on the smaller side, but that made it cozy and intimate. Located on the edge of the french quarter made it easy to walk to everything.
Would have been nice to have a safe in the room, and somewhere to hang towels on in the bathroom.
Loved the "old-world charm" of the building and courtyard, carefully preserved even as the functionality of bathrooms and such is completely up to date.
The connected guest house tolerates loud parties that echo in the shared courtyard.
No heat ceiling pouring water
Great staff and close to the French Quarter
We loved it!
Good location. Easy to park.
The shower head....hm hm...well I did never find out of it. :)
Location, room was small and quaint
The walls are too thin. We left a day early due to the fact we had the not so pleasant experience of listening to our neighbors have sex from 11pm to 6am. Hey kudos to them and their viagra sex romp but seriously every sound. The walls even shook. It went from funny to ridiculous real fast. The breakfast not so great. And the worst water pressure ever. You will get cleaner using the sink. Upon check out the lady at the desk rudely informed me I would not get refunded for the early check-out. Even though there is no early check-out policy displayed anywhere. Parking is also very expensive, park in the neighborhood behind. Actually just don't stay here unless you never plan on being in your room.
Location right in the center of it all
100 deposit on all rooms rooms very small breakfast terrible
Good breakfast and all day coffee, tea, hot chocolate
Bed was too high, like on stilts.
Location is close to bourbon st ....very nice staff
It is a old hotel with no updated furnishing and no appliances the shower takes a long time to get hot
It was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the fun. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very efficient.
I wish you didn't have to pay to park.
Location was excellent and customer service was excellent.
The room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave.
Me, my fiancé, and his parents went to New Orleans to visit overnight. I booked the hotel because I was looking for somewhere with a decent location that was safe and clean. The Courtyard Hotel New Orleans exceeded every expectation!!! The staff was amazing and helped us plan our day(where to eat, the popular spots, etc.) The room was extremely spacious, clean, and had amazing charm! The breakfast was satisfactory, and there was 24/7 free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby!! It was just a few blocks away from Bourbon, and we walked everywhere(saved a ton on cab rides!!) Will definitely stay there next time!
The bed was a little firm, but all of us including his parents slept great!!
location - French Quarters, Louis Armstrong Park, Treme, ... personnel - very friendly and helpful room - beautiful, comfortable, clean patio/pool - great breakfast - awesome!
The room was a coveted location and well maintained. We stayed there last year. Very romantic!
We feel as if we were taken advantaged concerning the cost of the parking in the back of the complex. It was higher than we feel that it was worth. We will be looking elsewhere the next time we are in New Orleans.
The guest service at check in was awesome.
The hotel next door had the best parking at our hotel, we had to park away from the entrance. The gate to parking was left unattended and opened until around 10 p.m. The door in the bathroom had never been wiped off, their was an inch of dust on it. You could hear the people next to us having a conversation because their we're gaps in the brick wall that you could see through.
The location is wonderful, since it is only a short walk to the Quarter, and a cab is easy to find if necessary.
The walls in our room were extremely thin, as we stayed on the first floor next to the lobby. I woke up to every conversation at the front desk. The bed was as comfortable as a table, but with enough alcohol I suppose it wouldn't matter. Finally, the staff was hospitable, but far from friendly. We will most likely try to stay somewhere else next time, or at least request an upstairs room.
