The location is excellent
I really missed Wi-Fi in the room, and the access in the lobby was unconvenient
I can't imagine such services frindly, location any staff answer my question with welcoming expression directed us to the one of the best restaurant in orleans
I can't think of
Location was excellent! Staff was absolutely over the top. Would stay here again!!
I think parking should have been free for hotel guest.
Location Fast elevators Breakfast quality Gym treadmills
Bed comfort (we had murphy bed, part of very large room, but no box spring, so mattress support was not so good) Old furniture and furnishings Other gym facilities (limited work out space, weight machines) Main lounge very windy because of doors opening to drive-way Quality of hotel staff is mixed: some very good, others a bit grumpy; staff complaining in front of customers about work conditions
Fast elevators and lots of them. Nice view. Very clean property.
The hotel is located in the center were you have so many restaurants and clubs. If you are a tourist that want to explore night life it is a good location as you will not spend money on transportation accessing Burbon street etc
The reception was always noisy and a lot of crowd most of the time.
I travel a lot and enjoy a shower with an adjustable shower head and powerful water flow. The shower was poor. The room was located right next to the ice dispenser and soda machine and was noisy.
The location was the best for a quick trip to the liveliness of the French Quarter and then back to the room for some quiet time!
The room was a bit dated. The beds were small, as they were full sized beds instead of queen sized.
Bad loc Not clean and not safe
The air conditioning unit must have been set by the hotel. the room was very stuffy at night.
Everything was great especially the breakfast.
Preston checked us in and he really listened to what we had to say. I told him that New Orleans is my favorite place and he sent my daughter and I champagne and strawberries.
The noise of the remodeling. It was at 8:00am in the morning. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep in. Could not sleep in due to the drilling in the room next to ours.
One of the worst nights of sleep ever. There was noise from the street (even though we were on the 14 the floor) and noise from the next room all night long!!! It was horrible !!
Location and services provided to us by the hotel staff.
The bed was too hard.
Conference participants taking over foyer most days
It was a great stay! Excellent staff very friendly. Explained everything very well when the computer system went down. Very organized.
Rooms were small for the amount of money that we paid. Little mold in the bathtub/ shower area.
Location and price.
Having Starbucks available in the lobby was helpful.
This hotel charges a pretty penny for rooms, but charges for WiFI in the room. In order to have free WIFI you have to go to the lobby. There are no perks at all with this hotel. It is cookie-cutter and the staff seemed overworked and bitter. I was not impressed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For future conferences, i'll book a boutique hotel!
Great location Nice rooms Very comfortable Elevators were incredibly efficient and tech-forward!
The bathroom was clean, though bathtub could use a little update
Great service Nice staff Room service was awesome Their restaurant was amazing- the best food I have ever had! I travel a lot for my business and this hotel the best I've stayed in. Thank you for the booking! Rose G.
the location of the Hotel is good, breakfast is very nice but with extra charge. Rooms are all right but not exceptionally. I did not use the sports facilities
it is not acceptable to charge 12 Dollars for in-room internet access at a hotel in this price range. The hotel is overpriced. We had a room in which we heard the elevator rattling. Reception staff was not very friendly or competent They charged more than quoted by booking.com claiming that booking.com does not include taxes in their quotes. This was new to me.
Friendly staff. Great location easy access to public transit. In the heart of it but still relatively quiet.
Rooms were a bit small. The bathrooms lacked style or imagination. The shampoos etc were boring.
Great views from both the 2 rooms. Beds comfortable.
No shower caps or bath rugs. We had 2 rooms, one was by elevator and very noisy. We needed a good nights sleep and this went on for our 3 night stay. That was disappointing.
The cuisine. Breakfast in particular.
Some parts need re furbishing to make facilities first class.
Valet parking. Constant tipping.
