The new Western looked like a 1950 style motel. Take photo is the Days Inn.
We booked in the New western but we had the room at the Daysinn which was in front the new western. The Daysinn was really good but the new western seems old-fashioned.
Two sinks was convenient and tv was nice.
Bed was soggy. Outdated and old. Needs updated carpet. The price was too high for that room in that small town. I will never stay there again. I'd rather camp outside.
The room was clean and quiet at night. Within walking distance to the center of town.
The manager (stationed at Days Inn across the street) was not very responsive. When I asked about the pool, he said it was dirty and he hadn't cleaned it due to bring lazy.
The location was perfect, the staff friendly and the room clean and well-equipped. There's nothing negative to say. Of course it's nothing modern or fancy, but totally meets the need of a traveler to Bryce Canyon. We had a good experience and would recommend to stay at New Western Motel (Days Inn).
Close to town Quiet location Bed was comfortable
Room were in good maintainance, but was old construction
How big the room was. The beds were pretty comfortable.
Everything was really outdated. There were hardly any plug ins and the ones that were there were so worn out that nothing would stay plugged in. Especially in the bathroom. The lamps above the bed didn't have switches you had to screw the lightbulb in and out. It was an okay place to stay the night but definetly too expensive for what ya get!
Rooms were decent sized and the staff was friendly.
Rooms needed more electrical outlets. Pool and spa were closed for repairs. Rooms needed upgrading.
Liked the location. Was very close to where I nned to be the next day. Gentalman that check me in was nice and helpful. And was given free wifi acesses by him. Room had extra pillows fridge and microwave
Toilet was not completly clean. No extra lock on door. Went to offce to ask for a late check out and the guy behind the desk was bothered couse he had to get off the phone to help me. I was given an extra 15 min for a late check out. Over all I was not impressed.
Everything. Staff were not nice and wifi didnt work properly. Out toilet didnt flush when we arrived but we were not allowed to change rooms, rather a grumby staff member came in and fixed it and said that it works fine to us in a very grumpy tone. We didnt feel welcomed at this place. Also our bed was full with black hair. Needless to say none of us have black hair. DISGUSTING. Would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.
Place was outdated, filthy dirty, wifi did not work, suggest getting help who can speak and understand English. There is a pair of woman's panties under dresser. I wonder how long they have been there?
Management was hopeless.
The owner was not honest. Rooms badly in need of a thorough cleaning, mold in the shower, ran out of hot water in the shower, tears in the wallpaper and one wall by the sink had bare board with no wallpaper or paint.
When we got there, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The shower was ice cold after 3 minutes, no water pressure either. The toilet ran every time you flushed it. You had to go back and monkey with the handle to get it to stop.
They provided a frig and microwave and in-room coffee, which were much appreciated. Their location relative to Bryce worked well for us.
Towels were flimsy and 3 out of 4 fairly quick showers did not have enough hot water. When they did room service, they did not replenish coffee, so I had no in-room coffee the second morning.
Clean room. It had a small micro, flat panel, Wifi, refrigerator, etc. For the money it was a pretty decent value.
The Continental breakfast was pretty slim. No Scrambled eggs or protein of any sort. But I didn't really expect much at 75 bucks a night.
Staff was very helpful, and allowed me to stay a couple hours extra to help recover from being ill.
Good value for the money and excellent location.
ceiling tile in bathroom missing and door handle did not work properly.
1. Clean and comfortable. 2. Good breakfast 3. Big size room with LCD TV etc
We stayed here on the way to Bryce and Zion NP. Good value, big clean rooms, heating worked properly, lots of parking on site, continental breakfast included in the price, we would come back there again.
Welcoming staff Nice room: clean and spacious Location very close to Bryce Canyon Breakfast included Good value for money
Nice staff, big room, good heating, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.
Some noisy guests, but they did quiet down after 10:30 p.m. Bathroom is somewhat dated.
Not clean. Housekeeping poor. Lots of carbs at breakfast
Bad breakfast area, dirty property, overrun by tour bus people, no place to eat in Panguitch 3 of the restaurants were closed.
We were backtracking from Bryce Canyon for accommodation, everything was booked up back to here! Fine for a night's stay, not far from the national park.
