It had bed bugs small tv small room disgusting place
Need more and more thing it's not an hotel right now
lack window in room, not fresh bedsheet and towels. Very tiny room, uncomfortable bed. Expensive.
For a room in Manhattan under 150$ a night during weekend there aren't many options. The wireless network is ok.
The rooms are tiny with nothing but a bed, and you can hear anything in the other rooms. The shared bathroom is filthy most of the time.
I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, but mostly the staff (the man at the desk) was the best aspect! He was so polite and professional! He even came all the way upstairs to knock on my door of my room for my wakeup call -- because his relief was late and he was still there after his regular shift should have been over! What a wonderful man!
I didn't necessarily like the holes in the bed sheet (but it was clean otherwise). Also the floor was dirty, and the refrigerator on the floor was disgusting (not plugged in but horrible inside). I could otherwise have used it for my water to keep cold.
The "rooms" are cells and not room, the hygiene is not existent. It feels like you are in a prison of a third world country. This place should be closed.
Everywhere is very dirty, the restrooms are in poor condition, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything, the rooms are small like cells, there is no elevator and so on....
Beds were not changed!!! Room and bathroom was dirty.
Location, wifi and price were great!
Wish the bathrooms were cleaner. Bring shower slippers and extra towels.
The location is ok.
Beds and towels weren't changed, very thin walls and therefore difficult to sleep, other guests mainly young clubbers who were extremely noisey.
It was close to undergroud station, close to brooklyn bridge
The rooms are really small, but for this price was ok
nothing including the attitude of the staff at the counter.
the steps are too steep to make it. there is no elevator nor any bell boy to carry the luggage. there is no water or any other facility expected. you should remove this hotel from your list unless you have any vested interest to promote it and disguise the visitors.
The bed size is big; the price is the best for students(but still should be a little cheaper). And the location is very close to Chinatown and it is really easy to find this place.
I found some hair and stain on my bed and pillow. Disgusting. The shower head was broken.
110 cm double bed 140 cm double room little smell
Room was so dirty. Still remaining sockets from previous occupants (is the room cleaned?) Very dark rooms (some single rooms do not have windows!) No way to be reimbursed (maybe because the bad quality of the hotel...)
The room was not a room but a rabbit hole with no windows and small is not the word to describe it... the room is exactly the size of the bed plus a few additional inches. It is so small that the door event doesnt fully open because it hits the bed.
I wouldnt recomend this hotel to anyone! Dirty, no elevator and room wasnt a room but a hamster cage, we couldnt fit in there ourselves ans our luggage! CANT believe anyone let people stay in such a horrible place.
there is need for elevator and improved service to guests
Non assistance to guest in carrying luggages
cleanliness, cab availability, interesting neighborhood (Chinatown)
no elevator, no windows in room; I was on the 4th floor and had to take my luggage up and down the stairs.
The location was the reason we choosed it, we needed to be close to canal street.
The first problem was the room they did't expect 3 persons..but one, luckily they had a room available, than they got the payment wrong, but at least they fixed it. The room was really dirty, with red spots on the floor, the sheets were dirty too with hairs and spots. The bathrooms were dirty, and on the other side of the floor for us. I didn't felt secure. I would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel, unless the other option is to sleep on the street.
located close to subway in the center of China Town
- small rooms with no windows or natural ventilation - uninvited insects in room
Garbage and mattrices in halls. Room was a closet with no window. Shared dirty bathroom with entire floor. Loud people.
