Roomy and clean. Great location! Friendly staff. Easy to pick up key and leaving was a breeze. Middle bedroom was very, very hot and this was in March. Please, at least provide a fan in the closet or a ceiling fan in that bedroom. Had to bunk in another room because of heat. All else was good.

Size of the apartment and it's amenities. The ceiling fans in the apartment were filthy. Also, we didn't really find this location to be that close to Rockefeller Center.

First I thought that this is excellent place to our family. Good location and enough room for our family. That`s what we usually wait for staying in hotels. The apartment was bad condition. It was impossible to close windows to keeping noise away at nights. There was so big caps between window and frame that all what happened out side sounds twice inside. We have been several times hotels in NY-center. In Times Square high and low floors without problems. All I can say is:That was our fault. There is`n good and cheep rooms in Manhattan. I just think that why they don`t tell in leaflets that you may live in 4 th or 5 th floor and there is`n any elevator in in building. This all living costs us so much that in 5-star hotel in Times square would be cheaper.

Bem localizado O piso faz muito barulho. Tivemos um problema na entrega das chaves(chave errada). E ficamos esperando mais de três horas no apartamento até levarem a chave correta sem poder sair.

Rien Que le propriétaire ne nous ai pas proposer une réduction après avoir manque la première nuit (suite au attentas de Boston nous n'avons pas pu rejoindre ny le vendredi). Même si il n'y est pour rien, je pensais qu'il aurai pu faire preuve de plus de solidarité avec ce qui c'est passé.

Ligging Geen lift, gasreuk bij aankomst op appartement, verstopte lavabo zodat we ze niet kunnen gebruiken tijdens verblijf, voordeur kon niet op slot van binnen, ramen van slaapkamer vooraan stond open (kon niet dicht krijgen) zodat er zeer veel lawaai was tijdens de nacht, TV werkte niet

Die Lage in Manhatten war das einzig interessante. Die Ausstattung war im Vergleich zur Leistung kärglich. Die Kakerlake im Zimmer konnte jedoch eingefangen werden.

Достаточная площадь апартаментов. Хорошее месторасположение, рядом Рокфеллер центр, театральный район. Апартаменты в самом дешевом жилье Нью-Йорка, звукоизоляции никакой, отсутствие кондиционера. Находятся на 4 этаже, очень узкая лестница, лифт отсутствует. На входной двери один замок, который можно открыть и без ключа. Постоянно боялись за сохранность вещей.

La situation géographique et le calme de la rue comparée à l'agitation des grandes arteres. l'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement , les fenetres ne sont plus tres sûres.avons voyagé avec un couple de seniors et les escaliers sont un peu raides

It should be noted that this is an apartment, not a hotel room. Location was convenient to Times Square, bus route and subway. It seemed like a safe neighborhood. Cable tv and free wi-fi were a plus. Apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator and narrow staircase. Keys had to be picked up at another location 9 blocks away. Bathroom was tiny and it took several minutes for hot water in the shower. Though it was described as sleeping up to six, it really could only sleep 4 (the pull-out sofa is a futon that wouldn't really accommodate adults). You must access the larger bedroom by walking through the smaller bedroom, which wasn't convenient nor did it offer much privacy. One air conditioner in the kitchen window is not sufficient to cool the entire apartment. Once we arrived, the company informed us that if anyone asked, we had to say we were staying for a month, as New York law doesn't allow apartments to be rented by the week. We were not informed of this in advance.
