Wonderful location and very nice apartment - looks the same as in the photos. Although the staff of the company renting the apartment are located in mid-town they are easy to contact by phone and very helpful. Also the building concierge was helpful with local area advice. Very glad I stayed there. My only complaint is that the wifi was a bit temperamental.

・予算の割に広い部屋 ・綺麗でオシャレ ・マンハッタン内で、地下鉄へのアクセス及び中心街へのアクセスも簡単 ・受付スタッフの愛想良し ・キッチン用具などが充実していた ・バスタブの蓋が壊れていた（シャワー使用には問題ないが、お湯は貯めれなかった）

A localizao é perfeita, muito tranquilo e sem muita gente nas ruas. Bairro residencial. Apt confortável, com tudo que se precisa Como fiquei 7 dias acho q precisava de pelo menos um dia de limpeza incluído no preço pago. Visto que se estava de ferias e ninguém iria fazer faxina. O único contra é a falta de limpeza no apt

Apartment was even better than shown on pictures in your site, building also very recent with luxury details in common areas. It is not a hotel, but an apartment building, so when grading «hotel staff» am talking about the 24 hr/day concierge.«services /facilities» am only grading the facilities, there is no service.most neighbours are staying there for much longer periods and demonstrate pleasant contact. Tremendous location, calm and quiet,100 mtrs from river, at walking distance(if you like walking!) from most interesting hustle bustle artistic trendy/fashionable areas. Perfect condition of kitchen/electrical appl, as well user friendly wi-fi connection.

The Appartment was clean had everything we needed. Just a few minutes away from Subway-Stations and Christopher Street/Bleeker Street. Grocery Shopping just around the corner at D´agostinos. Perfect for your stay in NYC. We will be back...soon Fridge in the room was kind of noisy and there is always noise from the streets..but hey, that´s New York City!
