Location in a quite street with lots of food shops Reasonable price ambience
Separate location of reception and the apartment Lack of left luggage at the apartment - need to bring the luggage up to the admin if you want to leave it till your flight time.
everything is not as good as i saw in the pictures, I would rather spend my money in a 4-star hotel with same price instead! just awful. was booked for 4 night, i checked out right after the 1st night.

I likes the separate bedrooms and living areas, and we were in walking distance to everything. Subway and parking access was also good.
They gave me the wrong room number. On my confirmation it said 5B, I was given 5A. I choose 5A because it had a second bed in one of the rooms. 5B had a rollaway bed, not what I was told I was getting. No microwave, also on my confirmation. I have stayed with this company a few times and have always been pleased. I was a tad disappointed this time.

Great location for the family event I was arttending. Great bedroom sizes and apt layouts. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of space for us all in the 3 bedroom.
Upon arrival, the unit I received was not as described in my reservation. It was missing a bed and the sofa bed was broken so one family member slept very unconfortably the first night. They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom the next day. That apt's did not have cable hook-ups, so we weren't able to watch any tv. When I asked about it, I was told to try the remote otherwise she didn't know what was wrong. No one came out to fix it. We were there for 4 days. There also wasn't anywhere for cloths to go except for the 2 closets in the guest bedrooms with very little hangers. So we basically lived out of bags. After seeing the first apt with 2 beautiful dressers, I thought this would have the same. Very noisy neighborhood... I didn't like it, but the kids seems to fit right in.
Price was incredible, tons of available space, had a very well-stocked kitchenette (though I didn't use it) check-in and check-out was a breeze, and high-speed wifi never once blipped out on me.
Walked out into a knife fight my first day (so the location isn't great), had problems with the hot water in the shower and the A/C -- the apartment was stiflingly hot both nights and the A/C wasn't doing anything but being loud. Bathroom is quite small. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Loved the space it was awesome bathroom with the rain shower was dope water was hot everything was clean we were in a great harlem location. Overall was pleased will rent again.

We paid for five days Friday to Wednesday & cut short & modified our original booking for 7 days due to the unprofessional manners of most of the staff. We had booked here several times before paying $755 & some change usually for a weekly booking...However this is the last time we are staying here! A member of the staff unexpectantly entered our apartment on Monday during our stay we were not dressed and were resting inside our rooms when we heard the door open we thought is was a intruder since we were not expecting anyone. We saw the back of a woman with brunette hair & we saw she had left a note of the remaining room balance for the upcoming Wednesday & Thursday nite on the kitchen table instead of professionally leaving it under the door...we thought that was tacky as well as very scary having a stranger just bust right into what we thought was our "private" apartment! Since it was Monday when this occurred and the next two nights had been paid in full we wondered why someone would think it necessary to walk in and not call or leave a note under the door. When we called about our intruder their reaction went from noncholant to threatening. A member of the staff had a juvenile attitude and threaten to kick us out on Monday of our stay although Monday & Tuesday was already paid for so we promptly sent over our receipts to booking.com...she wanted us to pay for a upcoming Wednesday & Thursday nite remaining balance however we decided to modify our booking to five days & check out early. However Uptown Deluxe Apartments at first did not wish to allow us to modify. In addition to the intruder situation our bathroom light was out for four days we informed the staff via voicemail on Saturday since no one picked up when we called. It was a huge inconvenience to shower & youknowwhat in the dark or either open the door to let light in which isn't very private when showering. After four days of a no fix I called Booking.
Clean. Walking distance from the C train @ 135 station. Gail was the most friendly of the staff.
The cable service and landline phone is not always reliable. We thought the magicjack plus service they use is horrible. We had to ask maintenance to service the phone & TV more than once. At times customer service is extremely slow at responding!
