Location, large TV screen Almost everything except location: the room was extremely small, no warm water in the bathroom (I arrived in the evening and wanted to take a shower but couldn't; in the morning there was hot water but I had to leave already), funny smell, noise from outside... No elevator: my room was on the 4th floor and I had to lift my heavy suitcase myself!! The stairs were very old and shaky. |

Very well located Hot shower was temperamental. Subway breakfast was quite poor. Filthy/ old carpets - would make a huge difference if management changed the carpets as it makes a bad impression! Also room smelt a little, could do with air freshner. |

The location is excellent. And the room (standard) is smaller thanthe ones shown in pix, but after a night I got used to it and it became very cosy. When I had a freezing cold morning shower. But quite fun and ket me cool for a while anyway, very much needed in the may-heat |

I didn't like anything about this Inn. I wanted a hotel that was in Manhattan, BUT, to be honest, this is a very low class accommodation that should not even appear on the internet. Please take it out of the list of hotels in America. The outside and inside appearance is ugly, dirty and old, I would never recommend it to anyone. I am even ashamed that I stayed in that kind of accommodation in New York!! I ended staying there just because I had already paid on the internet. The rooms are very very small, the shower is the smallest I have ever seen anywhere in the world. Carpets are dirty and very old. |

Good location, helpful staff (helped us holding the driver of our shuttle to airport, while we were rushing to gather our belongings, as we overslept). Broken tile in bathroom, very small bathroom, very old hotel, very noisy (street noise), poor breakfast in Subway (undercooked bagels). |

I like the location, next to Times Sq. Staff very polite and helpful. No free WiFi (listed as a feature and was required), the shower was very poor (never any hot water), room decoration (very old and dirty looking even though the room was clean it looked dirty). Overall the hotel wasnt value for money and I feel not a 2* hotel. |

The Manager of the Hotel is an excellent person. Ready to help at anytime and to assist guests. The staff very kind, polite. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms as well. The hotel does not have any lift to carry lagguages. The Hotel need to improve the heat system. |

The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff could not have been more accomodating or friendly. The proximity of the Subway Sandwich shop/Papa John's Pizza was great. The bathrooms in the rooms were micro in size and had no space for anything..no shelf, cabinet,--- barely room to turn around! Think functional and reasonable for the accomodations. |
