Very, very small room and bathroom
The building is old. The Hotel needs renovation.
Great location for my business trip. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and great people-watching opportunities.
Hotel was sub-standard for the cost. It reminded me of some places in the 3rd world - basic place to sleep and a bathroom which was a little scary. There was construction underway; hope that the room I slept in is scheduled for a makeover.
only the location
Everything except the location. Room is very old and dirty.
Location is good
Breakfast was a disgrace. Room wasn't appealing. Cost as much as a good hotel to stay which I did after one night here
This rate should about positive work service, but staff and the new york inn electronic service are not formally adjust the new york city standard.
Didn't like the $220 dollars that take off of my bank account without before being in the lobby for present chek in. And The staff are not training for highly clients service. No matter price if the human quality service don't work properly.
Disgusting and not worth half the price! I escaped as soon as I could and moved to a much nicer hotel down the street that was actually cheaper! I'm not usually very fussy but this place is abysmal.
Location of the hotel near time square
We asked for extra comforter and the staff told us they will try. We haven't got any response from them in the night
Location the best
The water was not coming hot
the location so close to Times Square and easy walk to attractions
very out of date, clean enough but marks in walls and roof yellow spots, the breakfast is in the old subway restaurant and is under construction with a small table of muffins and donuts and bread to make toast. Staff were nice, is good for price with location, if your only staying for a couple of nights it would be good
This is the worst 'Hotel' I’ve EVER stayed in - genuinely disgusting and there is no hyperbole in this statement. Dirty. Poorly maintained. Dirty. Decrepit. Old. Dilapidated. We genuinely tried our best to NOT stay here; they changed our room - still disgusting. Wouldn't issue us a refund. Horrible. Horrible - would not want to inflict a night here on my worst enemy...
It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Judging by the thick layer if dust all over the room it has not been cleaned for months possibly years. The whole building appears to be a mess with one botched diy job after another, e.g shower curtain held up by flex of scrap wire attached to light fitting.
Small.. Not clean. Smelled smokey. Shower flooded
great location to Times Square can't beat the price, Staff was very friendly.
-the first room we were assigned was smaller than my walkin closet and the A/C didn't work, but they reassigned rooms to a much larger room with an A/C that worked. -They forgot to leave towels one day; -construction woke us early each morning during the week. -Ceiling was badly water stained -coat rack fell off the wall -while unplugging my charger, the entire outlet came out of the wall
Excellent location. Walking distance to main attractions and subways.
Price paid was not worth it. But when booking last minute it beat sleeping on the street. It served its purpose of a place to stay but we couldnt even shower because the water had 2 tempatures scolding hot or cold. I mean irlt served its purpose as a place to stay that kept us off the streets but I would not stay there again by choice.
I liked nothing about this hotel.
When you get to the small door of the hotel the front door is lettered with signs from the city to vacate the building that it is not live able. They have no elevater no a/c and the rooms are so run down that they are dangerous to be in. The building is set to be condemned and they are still trying to rent rooms. People were yelling at the owners at the front counter about what they were doing and the poor condition of the rooms. I would not recommend any one to stay here ever.
The location is amazing the stuff are really nice, it's not a luxury rooms but for the money that you pay it's very good.
Nothing to like about.
They staff doesn't care about the costumer's concern. They're only after for the payment and will not give any option.
There are no redeeming qualities to this place.
Rooms smell. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom is crazy small and unpleasant. Air conditioner loud with little control. TV didn't work. Only some power points were live. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that are much much much better for the same price or less.
This hotel was really dirty. Not to mention the room was a closet. I could not even get my luggage in the room it had no place to fit. There are no windows and the ceiling was also dirty and they had stuffed holes in the ceiling with old rags to stop the leaks.
The was a problem with hot water - I had to wait quite for a long time until it really got hot. Wi-fi doesn't work in all the rooms. There are construction works just next to the hotel that didn't let me sleep early in the morning. Breakfast is not nice and is served from plastic cups and plates. There is no lift, so it's rather hard to climb to the 4th floor with the luggage. Overall the hotel is old and not very clean, but the location is very good.
The location and price are the main reasons why anyone would book this budget hotel, just changed the room in our second stay as the bathroom ceiling was leaking
bed was not comfortable and room was so small
Nothing except for location
Location 32" TV worked A/C worked
It's basically a filthy dive that is good only for the location. No elevator. Ask for a low floor. We were on the 4th floor (lobby=0). Also, took 10+ minutes to get warm water and it came in a trickle only.
