When we arrived on the Wednesday, we were put up in a very small room without windows. The bed was located in the corner, with about a half space meter in front, and 1.5 meter space on the side. I complained about it, and it was mentioned that they will try to give us a new room the next day. This was not the room I booked on Booking.com, because the room I booked should have a workdesk in it. They were also busy renovating the floor, so you could imagine the mess in the hallway. The bathroom was old and run-down, with everything loose. We wanted to take a shower, but found that there was no hot water. Reception told me that they know about the hot water problem, and it should be fixed by the next morning.
The next morning (Thursday), after a cold shower, we went out and came back at the requested time, and a new room was allocated to us. We asked about the hot water again, and was told that it would be fixed within the hour. The new room was bigger, and had windows to the outside. But, this room was also run-down. The electric fittings is either coming from the wall, or it is loose. The (cold) shower pipes was also loose, and the tiles in the bathroom is also loose. The loose tiles could be dangerous. There was windows, but it was so dirty that you could not really see through it. I climbed out of one window, and cleaned it up a bit. But, this room was a huge improvement to the 1st room. The next morning (Friday), after another cold shower, we went for breakfast. The breakfast room was clean, but the breakfast itself was very basic. Reception told us that there was a problem with the pipes, but it would be fixed during the day. I then saw on my shoulder that the bedbugs got me during the night, and my wife had a bite-mark in her face. The next day (Saturday), after a cold shower, we skipped breakfast. Reception again told us that the hot water would be fixed during the day.
