not clean, poor facility, rooms too small'' The worst experience I ever had. Whole building seems too old , laders seems to crack down.
location is Good , close to 42nd st 8av subway station, near Times Square
Good staff and service
First night they gave us an awfull bedroom, but next day the mistake was solved with a new proper bedroom and everything was fine from then on.
The location is excelent, specially if you want to go into Broadway theathers. Helpfull staff. Breakfast was always good.
The building is very old. It's dirty (even at the reception room) Hot water is not always available in bath My bed was old and in very poor condition
Localization (very close to Times Square) Staff friendliness Breakfast is acceptable
run down place without elevator, very poor choice for breakfast
Poor bed, disgusting showers, no face cloths, breakfast was terrible, not wheelchair accessible, my room had a master key so I had to ask the attendant to let me in every time I left to get back in.
Location it was in
I know that the prices are very high in NY, but what you get for your money here is just absurd. We first got a room where it rained down the ceiling, there were mice, the wallpaper was comming off, there were holes in the ceiling and carpet, the whole building looked like it was going to collapse, the lock on our door didn't work... After a couple of days we got another room, it was a better, but the catch with this room was that it was insanely hot. The wifi in the hotel was also almost to bad to use.
The location is great
Tiny rooms, old place, cramped, Wi-Fi didn't work. TV with no remote, And it wouldn't turn on. People knocking at my door asking me to leave before check out time.
The only good thing about this place is the location.
I love traveling and I love new york. My boyfriend and I had a couple of days off so we decided to leave boston and go to nyc. I booked the hotel quickly without even reading the reviews but I should have!!!! We got there around 5pm after checking in the desk guy told us the room number. The room was on the 4th floor and no elevator. When we got in the room we were shocked. The room was as big as my bathroom at home. It had a bed, no frame, a tv that didn't work, and a space heater. We decided not to change it since it was for one night. My boyfriend needed to use the bathroom after the long trip but it was clogged so the entire time we had to use the restrooms of the restaurants we went to. When he went to tell the front desk guy this, he simply brought a plunge upstairs and left it at the door so we had to do all the work. I flipped when I needed to take a shower and there were no towels in the room. I got so angry so I yelled so loud so they heard me all the way to the first floor and brought 2 towels upstairs. We decided to relax and be in the room as little as possible. The next day I went to see what they had for breakfast since it was included. 1St it was in the unfinished basement and all they served was toast or bagels butter and jelly coffee or milk. If you don't take this seriously don't even serve "bbreakfast". Anyways I didn't even bother to take anything so I walked back upstairs. We needed to shower and get ready to check out... The only issue this time was that there was no water to shower with. Long story shor it was the worse $200 spent and the most frustrating vacation I've ever had. I never thought that I would keep walking around just cause returning to the hotel was depressing.
The location was good
the broken bed, broken door lock... Almost everything. I honestly think its a waste of money to stay here..
The location and the kind housekeeper.
No WiFi, no closet, did not get my room keys, breakfast was bad.
Most of their electronic cards doesn't open the door. . I replaced it 3 times! ! No elevator. Very Weak wifi . Narrow stairs and passages
Location. Very nice staff. Cheap.
Mouse on bed, dirty, mold in the bathroom, wallpaper coming off the walls. Building site.
Great location, hot shower to keep warm. Subway near
No hot water not heat it was dirty no smoke detectors... they had to clean.towels on the floor it was just bad and yes we called the health department
Nothing they need to be shut down
Everything except location
Sub zero temperatures indoors. Also the shower did not get hot. So I couldn't even thaw my frigid body after a night of freezing hibernation.
there was a lot of problems with water, Chocolate in my backpack was eaten by mouse in the room!
No elevator. Difficult With stroller
- Mice were everywhere - breakfast was a complete joke - windows were nailed up - tiny sink
The pictures online and description of the hotel was nothing like what the hotel was it was very run down the room was small and bed very uncomfortable no hot water or face clothes would never stay there again
Very basic breakfast. Stupid key entry to room.takes about 5 attempts. Was told you have to whip it out quick!!!!!! No daylight in my room. Lot of building work going on. each day when I returned there was dust over the toilet and in the shower. You have to stand in the shower to use the handbasin, to which there was no plug
Fridge and microwave. Wi-fi
no elevators stairs are scary for senior citizens no central heat
Location is good Breakfast is good which is free and included in the rent. hot water is included
Very cold because cannot close window / Water leakage / No elevator
The "hotel" is worth $50 a night, not $200
No elevators, smelled, no wi-fi, dirty, and posters on front window said City of New York deemed the 3rd floor uninhabitable yet they were still putting people there. Place should be shut down!!
