Location of the hotel near time square
We asked for extra comforter and the staff told us they will try. We haven't got any response from them in the night
Location the best
The water was not coming hot
It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Judging by the thick layer if dust all over the room it has not been cleaned for months possibly years. The whole building appears to be a mess with one botched diy job after another, e.g shower curtain held up by flex of scrap wire attached to light fitting.
Small.. Not clean. Smelled smokey. Shower flooded
great location to Times Square can't beat the price, Staff was very friendly.
-the first room we were assigned was smaller than my walkin closet and the A/C didn't work, but they reassigned rooms to a much larger room with an A/C that worked. -They forgot to leave towels one day; -construction woke us early each morning during the week. -Ceiling was badly water stained -coat rack fell off the wall -while unplugging my charger, the entire outlet came out of the wall
Excellent location. Walking distance to main attractions and subways.
Price paid was not worth it. But when booking last minute it beat sleeping on the street. It served its purpose of a place to stay but we couldnt even shower because the water had 2 tempatures scolding hot or cold. I mean irlt served its purpose as a place to stay that kept us off the streets but I would not stay there again by choice.
I liked nothing about this hotel.
When you get to the small door of the hotel the front door is lettered with signs from the city to vacate the building that it is not live able. They have no elevater no a/c and the rooms are so run down that they are dangerous to be in. The building is set to be condemned and they are still trying to rent rooms. People were yelling at the owners at the front counter about what they were doing and the poor condition of the rooms. I would not recommend any one to stay here ever.
The location is amazing the stuff are really nice, it's not a luxury rooms but for the money that you pay it's very good.
Nothing to like about.
They staff doesn't care about the costumer's concern. They're only after for the payment and will not give any option.
There are no redeeming qualities to this place.
Rooms smell. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom is crazy small and unpleasant. Air conditioner loud with little control. TV didn't work. Only some power points were live. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that are much much much better for the same price or less.
This hotel was really dirty. Not to mention the room was a closet. I could not even get my luggage in the room it had no place to fit. There are no windows and the ceiling was also dirty and they had stuffed holes in the ceiling with old rags to stop the leaks.
The was a problem with hot water - I had to wait quite for a long time until it really got hot. Wi-fi doesn't work in all the rooms. There are construction works just next to the hotel that didn't let me sleep early in the morning. Breakfast is not nice and is served from plastic cups and plates. There is no lift, so it's rather hard to climb to the 4th floor with the luggage. Overall the hotel is old and not very clean, but the location is very good.
The location and price are the main reasons why anyone would book this budget hotel, just changed the room in our second stay as the bathroom ceiling was leaking
bed was not comfortable and room was so small
Nothing except for location
Location 32" TV worked A/C worked
It's basically a filthy dive that is good only for the location. No elevator. Ask for a low floor. We were on the 4th floor (lobby=0). Also, took 10+ minutes to get warm water and it came in a trickle only.
The breakfast was ok but the dining room was a reck.
The rooms were tiny, the beds uncomfortable and furnishings were old. Steep stairs, no elevator. Lots of photoshop used on site pictures.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. It was a good room for the amount of money we paid.
The room was tiny! The bathroom was so small that the sink as partially in the shower and when housekeeping came to our room all they did was leave towels they didnt take the old ones make the bed or even clean up a little bit
I liked the location, only 5 minuts from Times Square. The people in the hotel were very helpful and kind! The hotel is very basic. If you're only looking for a place to stay and shower and basic breakfast then this is a good hotel. The price is cheap so don't expect a lot! If you want more comfort then look further and pay more. This was the second time that I stayed here and it was fine.
This place is disgusting and downright frightening. Stained ceiling tiles, damaged and frayed carpeting, rickety staircases, no safety locks on the room door, and postings on the hotel door stating that "conditions in this premises are imminently perilous to life". Need I say more?!
I was provided another room after first night. The second room was quite better with adequate space and good ventilation plus an overlooking window on the street.
I was there for 4 nights. My earlier room was very small and even the AC was poor. There was no window and it seemed suffocating. However, they are in the process of renovation.
They have invoiced my Amex card twice. What to do? We stayed one night May 14th to 15th. Br, Anne and Sara
THINGS NEEDED REPAIR AND REMODELING
Poor breakfast, small shower, noise
Location on 8th was handy for sight-seeing, subway and Times Square
Hotel was so small you couldn't actually stand in front of the sink. We had issues nearly every day: no hot water, no water, no lighting, no towels. The staff were polite but incompetent. We had breakfast only the one day because it was in an abandoned subway amongst dust and cement bags. Hotel room felt very unclean and was out of date. It was also next to a building site and was v noisy even th
