Centrale a due passi da Time square il personale molto disponibile comodo per la Metro proveniente da jfk linea a- e e l'uso gratuito di internet lenzuola e asciugamani sostituiti ogni giorno Struttura fatiscente, mancanza di ascensore stanze esterne molto rumorose bagni strettissimi le serrature delle porte porte poco sicure |

La vicinanza con il centro di Mannhattan e Times Square. Anni 50 e da film poliziesco americano. Pulizia, struttura fatiscente, mancanza di ascensore. |

La posizione dell'hotel Non ho gradito la differenza notevole tra le immagini delle stanze visualizzabili sul sito internet e la reale qualità delle camere dell'hotel: tapezzeria che si staccava dai muri, nel bagno tubi arrugginiti, mancanza di vetro alla finestra (solo una retina/zanzariera) nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato. |

la posizione praticamente a un passo da times square il generale eccessivo invecchiamento della struttura (pavimenti pareti soffitti sanitari) peraltro lenzuola asciugamani materasso nuovi di zecca e puliti |

Solamente la posizione centralissima Topi e scarafaggi non credo siano graditi a nessuno neanche in un hotel di infima categoria e neanche in un ostello. Considerato anche il fatto che l'hotel non possiede nessun tipo di cucina o locale adatto a preparazione di bevande credavamo di essere esenti da questo tipo di problema. |

Only the location and staff maybe. The room was very small for 2 pesons, there was mouses in the room. Altogether, it was not worth the money I paid for it. |

Location location location! Brilliant location for everyone who intend to spend their days around the city rather than chilling in the room. The staff organised us a shuttle bus back to the airport. The room as just about the tiniest room I've ever seen in my life. Carpet is never a good idea but this one seemed to be dusty and dirty too. But if you're not looking to spend mych time in the room you'll manage fine. |

Staff were very help some and nice. Rooms are in poor condition, thou they were cleaned every day - they didn't felt clean. Hotel could use a makeover, get rid of stains in sealing and some new clean carpets. |

Clean bedding and towels every day. We were shown 3 rooms and agreed to the 3rd room after being told it was a free 'upgrade' - It had a window! The room was the size of a cupboard and not suitable for 2 people. The hotel was in a poor state throughout and basically needs demolishing. |

Very good location at Times Square, clean sheets and towels every day No elevator, small room and bathroom, no window in a room with two separate beds, breakfast not worth mentioning, the Inn has definitely seen it's best days long time ago |

As i stayed in this hotel, my days in New York got worst cause of this hotel.There was a mouse in the room which ate my cheese that i bought from Holland as a gift. Also there were bugs in bathroom and room. I couldn't sleep during the staying.The price is too much for this hotel. |

I didnt like anything. It was horrible dirty not only the room but the entrance, the carpets!! I had reserved 3 nights and left after one night! I changed the room after seeing the first, it was only a little better. Dirt, dust all around! Forget it! Absolutely the worst experience in my live! They had only single windows so it was also very loud and I coundn't sleep at all! |

The man that runs hotel is a very nice man, if you are on a budget and want some where clean and reasonable to stay this is it. Staff is very good. |
