En la primer habitación que me dieron, el minibar (por el que cobran cuando uno mueve un objeto, aunque no lo consuma) estaba casi vacío, había un paquete abierto y restos de comida tirados. La segunda habitación daba a la cañería de aire acondicionado (muy ruidosa) y los vidrios de la ventana estaban totalmente sucios, la habitación era pequeña, los cajones eran escasos y pequeños y uno de ellos estaba inutilizado por la caja de seguridad.

Buen servicio en la recepción, todo funciona, es una buena experiencia, quedé muy satisfecho.

me dieronuna habitación justo enfrente del elevador y la verdad no es lo óptimo, pero estaba tan cansado y ya había desempacado que no quise pedir cambio, aunque debí haberlo hecho.

It was very close to everything. The Whiskey Blue bar downstairs is really nice and it was quite a funky hotel.

The porter and door staff were very rude. I found it quite over priced for the size of the rooms and it was so noisy we had to change rooms.

The check in staff were efficient and the location was convenient. There were free newspapers

The service at the breakfast restaurant was terrible--and the maid left dirty sheets in my room.

The hotel was unfriendly. I made several attempts to make contact with staff at the hotel, all the time leaving messages and no one responded. I found the staff had a couldn't care less attitude.The room was microscopic. It was like paying $500 per night for a broom cupboard. The hotel was congested and uncomfortable and vastly overpriced. The condition of the hotel was "worn out"

I liked the location and the color scheme of the hotel. Very sheek!

I did not like the size of the room. I had booked a "spectacular king" and although the room was spectacular, the bed size was a full. It was very disappointing.

I will not stay here again. The W is not as I thought it would be. The hotel staff is rude and lazy. I feel like I wasted ALOT of money there and wish that I opted for the Holiday Inn Express instead!

Well located

II paid 17$ for an Internet connection that was unstable. The front desk didn't really care. On my first night, I got woken up at 5:30 am by a noise that continued for 30 min.. Supposedly, it was the engineer hitting the pipes to start the heating system. Do you really need to do that at 5:30 am?

The location is excellent and in winter time it is very reconforting to have the hot apple cider waiting for you

I find the rooms very dark

location, bargain price (still poor value for money though)

tiny rooms, impossible to turn off the a/c, poor noise isolation, small and crowded elevators, parking garage view, dark rooms, small bathroom, inadequate amenities for the claimed hotel level (no slippers, no shoe brush/polish, no shower cap, no kettel, etc.)
