The staff was great, they were very accommodating & a pleasure to interact with
My daughter has some food allergies (milk, gluten) and pretty much couldn't eat anything on the breakfast bar.
Location: best for visiting city and shopping. Clean room
Besides location there is nothing that you find in this hotel. Do not include breakfast as it consists of either a waffle and a cup of coffee or a pancake. There are absolutely nothing else.
Staff Room Wi-Fi Facilities Location
Room is clean and tidy and the room service are fast with excellent food. Can't complain about the view (it's Manhattan) all you see is high buildings. The hotel is only two minutes walk from Time square where you can find almost every thing.
The breakfast is managed by Starbucks. There's not much choices you can have.
Location of this hotel is excellent it is right in the middle of everything. Quiet hotel so it is great for sleeping. Very clean. Roof top bar on the 18th floor is beautiful and has the best view of the Empire State Building at Night is a must do.
Very expensive for what you get. Basically just a place to sleep. Probably just bad luck but my Tv did not work when we arrived and one day the maid did not leave us any soap or shampoo. They did fix both problems right away.
Hotel location was excellent (subway was right at hotel, good shopping and restaurants), staff we extremely welcoming and friendly.
Noise from outside (sirens, traffic, etc.) made the room very noisy, as a result, sleep was constantly disturbed.
we was 3 and I booked for 3 they give 1 bed wen we ask for blanket to one of us sleep in floor they was upset and confused.
room on the 17th floor: loud music all night Lobby area: over cooled
Location, efficient and helpful staff.
Breakfast needs a bit more variety.
The next day we asked another receptionist, Melissa, about this bed issue. She was fantastic, professional (knew how to talk to customers) considering and creative. She consulted, I suppose, with a supervisor and moved us to another room. The rest of the stay was great. We really grateful to Melissa for her help.
We booked the place for two adults and a child. When we arrived, we t figured out, to our surprise, that there is only one bed in the room. A receptionist, Miguel, was totally helpless and blamed us that we booked a wrong room, despite that I clearly mentioned in the reservation two adults and age of a child. I had not so good feeling after the conversation with him. We had to sleep the first night three in one bed which is totally unacceptable.
Very good hotel, location !!!!
Walking distance from Penn station with direct connection to EWR airport, close to many of the city high lights, friendly staff, efficient check in and out, wifi is good even with many devices simultaneously connected
We had a room with double queen beds, the beds were a bit small in both length and width
The staff was great especially Willie Michael Jose Andrew and Jessica. We arrived a little early and was allowed to check into our rooms without a problem. We called for towels thwy brought them up with seconds. I would stay here again. Willie was veey helpful finding a cab for us and helping with bags.
Hot water in shower was poor
All the things are excellent wow!
location service comfort
Nice, friendly, helpful staff, big comfy beds, great A/C, fab location, fridge, safe, big TV and a hairdryer in room and lovely bathroom with a superb shower! Asked for a higher floor room on the quiet side of the hotel and this request was met - didn't hear much street noise (apart from a few sirens!).
Not having 'proper' American style breakfast available, e.g. pancakes, waffles, etc - they did have (overpriced) pancakes but only out of a packet! Would be better if they did freshly prepared/cooked breakfasts. We did room only and I was pleased about that when I saw what was available.
Excellent location, comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff
We stayed in our room for 6 days and bathroom floor was not cleaned once..only the shower floor
A fantastic hotel in a superb location just a few minutes walk from the centre. We would highly recommend taking a drink at the rooftop bar, the view is breathtaking.
Nothing to dislike.
Very clean, staff very helpful particularly Micheal. Location was excellent, 2 mins from Empire State, 10 mins from Times Square
We loved our stay and the staff were fantastic. Very clean and helpful. Were in a busy lovey location in the city but managed to get a very good sleep. I would like to thank Cory who made us feel welcome and made our stay very comfortable and fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
I have nothing negative to say.
Fairly clean and new, in a great location and good value.
In spite of specifying that we were a family with a young child, they put us in a room without a bathtub, and were unable to switch our room. The room was poorly stocked, with no shampoo, only one coffee for two adults. There were also no sheets, pillow or blanket for the room's sofa bed. The biggest issue came when we tried to use the sofabed for our 3 year old. There was not enough room to unfold the bed... The only way to fit the sofa bed in the room was to either block the bathroom or the exit, which is a bit unsafe...
