Clean, comfortable and modern, great location and service
Great location, nice room, door man was nice, and we enjoyed Monarch.
Morning of check out front desk staff was rude, and short with me like he had better things to do than answer my questions. The bagman was very pushy with setting you up with his driver for the trip to the airport even after I told him we already had a car.
Location was good. We could get to all parts of the city very easily. Room clean and comfortable with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing that made this hotel special. We were staying 5 nights and thought we would treat ourselves to a 4* hotel but we wish we had chosen somewhere else. The inclusive breakfast was horrible and had a complicated selection process that seemed petty and mean. We found a good diner nearby instead. The towels were too small.
location was excellent for our needs as tourists We also enjoyed the little café across the street and the restaurants nearby Our rooms were lovely -- king size rooms, however.
your breakfasts -- totally inadequate
Staff was extremely helpful getting a cab, finding restaurants, and even opening our wine bottle when our corkscrew broke inside ...very friendly too .
Bell hops excellent very upbeat, loved the rooftop bar great food good waitress, very helpful with directions and car service good pizza delivery on last night highly recommend !
Only one thing I was sleeping on the sofa bed and I left a big tip on the king bed she only made the king bed and not the sofa bed where I was sleeping just disappointing other than that excellent :-)
Varying price from day 1 to day 2.
Everything was wonderful. The staff, especially the doorman (Michael) was very friendly and helpful. The purpose for our trip was for the NYC marathon and they were so accomodating. Clean rooms, mini fridge in the room and having the subway just steps away from the hotel were what made it even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
Our room didn't have a bath tub (only a stand alone shower) - so bathing our small child (who is used to taking a bath) was a bit of an inconvience. But, we made it work and it wasn't too bad.
Location perfect, very clean room and also comfortable. The stuff was polite and helpful. The price of the room was good compared to the prices of the other hotels and off course because of the great deal at the time i booked the room.Speaking general though the prices are high.
For a 4star hotel and in a double/twin bedroom(2guests and 2kids under 2y) ,the bathroom should have more products for hygienic use than one hand soap ,sampoo ,conditioner and body lotion.
location staff - friendly
room rather small unable to take persons under 21 to roof top bar :(
Best location NY, small but confortable room, cute hotel and very friendly staff!
There's no space to put our luggage, the wardrobe is tiny. The breakfast is just an option of waffle or Sandwich at starbucks, we would spend a lot less if we had it in another place nearby. We would definitly come back, but would book another kind of accomodation ( a bigger one) and wouldn't buy the breakfast.
Location of room was perfect. Very clean and exceptionally quiet. The comfort of King bed was pure heaven. The staff was the best. They were friendly, gave us detailed instructions to points of interest, restaurants and subway system. We Love New York City!!
Hotel was clean and extremely comfortable. In a great central location. The gentleman located in the lobby who checked us in was exceptional and couldn't do enough to help us. Roof top bar is a must with spectacular views of empire state building. For me, the only thing missing was a kettle in the room for making tea but we would certainly return. What a great hotel.
I liked everything about it
Views of empire state and macy s Roof top terrace
No vending on my floor
Staff and location excellent
Rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even though we were next to 6th Avenue. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Plus staff got us in to our room a few hours before official check in. Fast elevators. Nice concierge staff.
Floor Level and Rain shower Head as well as the very comfortable Bed.
the cleaning was not perfect
Location and comfort
I had one of the best sleep recently, thankfully I missed my megabus, but it doesn't matter because the sleep was so good. The bed was really comfortable. I slept on the 11th floor and I couldn't hear anything from outside which was really helpful for me to go to sleep. A lot of TV channels. WiFi works perfectly. $259 for one night, definitely could sound pricey, but it was worth it. Also, the location of the hotel was very easily accessible from Koreatown.
Shower booth were kind of iffy. The knob of the water control in the shower didn't work.
location, comfort of the room
rather impersonal welcome by the reception staff
We stayed twice and our first room (708) was spacious and quiet. The valets were really helpful
The second room (513) we stayed in was small, cramped and noisy
The hotel is ideally situated opposite Macy's and next to a subway. It's clean and modern an the staff were super helpful. Loved the fact they had laundry facilities and I would highly recommend.
Amazing Hotel in the center of Manhatten
there's a rooftop bar. But the Doormans are not really kind!
