Central location with access to New York we wanted to know
Noise- construction, traffic etc.
We love how friendly the staff is. Especially the door men. Plus the hotel is centrally located near all of the attractions and easily accessible to the subway. We have stayed here twice already and plan on staying again in the near future.
Bathroom wasnt clean this time. We were disappointed however the staff is so great we let it slide this time. Hoping next time we won't have that issue.
The staff was great, they were very accommodating & a pleasure to interact with
My daughter has some food allergies (milk, gluten) and pretty much couldn't eat anything on the breakfast bar.
Location: best for visiting city and shopping. Clean room
Besides location there is nothing that you find in this hotel. Do not include breakfast as it consists of either a waffle and a cup of coffee or a pancake. There are absolutely nothing else.
Staff Room Wi-Fi Facilities Location
Room is clean and tidy and the room service are fast with excellent food. Can't complain about the view (it's Manhattan) all you see is high buildings. The hotel is only two minutes walk from Time square where you can find almost every thing.
The breakfast is managed by Starbucks. There's not much choices you can have.
Good location in Manhattan, I can walk in the street in the midnight when I found I need some quater for wash laundry in the hotel, Will recommend my friend come to stay the hotel.
It's not convenience for wash laundry in the hotel, can't get some quarter changed ,as need $2.50 for wash & $2 for dry. But still will recommend everyone To stay here.
Location of this hotel is excellent it is right in the middle of everything. Quiet hotel so it is great for sleeping. Very clean. Roof top bar on the 18th floor is beautiful and has the best view of the Empire State Building at Night is a must do.
Very expensive for what you get. Basically just a place to sleep. Probably just bad luck but my Tv did not work when we arrived and one day the maid did not leave us any soap or shampoo. They did fix both problems right away.
Hotel location was excellent (subway was right at hotel, good shopping and restaurants), staff we extremely welcoming and friendly.
Noise from outside (sirens, traffic, etc.) made the room very noisy, as a result, sleep was constantly disturbed.
The location was excellent for midway manhattan positioning for our 2 days of exploring.. Very spacious room and extremely friendly and helpful staff.. Faultless. Couldn't recommend higher.. Thank you
Nothing everything was 120%
At arrival Michael the Doorman took good care of us. He said, "whatever you need to know just ask". During our stay of 4 days he and his colleages were very friendly and helpfull. This hotel is centrally situated right in the middle of New York. Spacy and newly renovated rooms.
we was 3 and I booked for 3 they give 1 bed wen we ask for blanket to one of us sleep in floor they was upset and confused.
room on the 17th floor: loud music all night Lobby area: over cooled
Location, efficient and helpful staff.
Breakfast needs a bit more variety.
The next day we asked another receptionist, Melissa, about this bed issue. She was fantastic, professional (knew how to talk to customers) considering and creative. She consulted, I suppose, with a supervisor and moved us to another room. The rest of the stay was great. We really grateful to Melissa for her help.
We booked the place for two adults and a child. When we arrived, we t figured out, to our surprise, that there is only one bed in the room. A receptionist, Miguel, was totally helpless and blamed us that we booked a wrong room, despite that I clearly mentioned in the reservation two adults and age of a child. I had not so good feeling after the conversation with him. We had to sleep the first night three in one bed which is totally unacceptable.
Very good hotel, location !!!!
Walking distance from Penn station with direct connection to EWR airport, close to many of the city high lights, friendly staff, efficient check in and out, wifi is good even with many devices simultaneously connected
We had a room with double queen beds, the beds were a bit small in both length and width
The staff was great especially Willie Michael Jose Andrew and Jessica. We arrived a little early and was allowed to check into our rooms without a problem. We called for towels thwy brought them up with seconds. I would stay here again. Willie was veey helpful finding a cab for us and helping with bags.
Hot water in shower was poor
All the things are excellent wow!
location service comfort
Nice, friendly, helpful staff, big comfy beds, great A/C, fab location, fridge, safe, big TV and a hairdryer in room and lovely bathroom with a superb shower! Asked for a higher floor room on the quiet side of the hotel and this request was met - didn't hear much street noise (apart from a few sirens!).
Not having 'proper' American style breakfast available, e.g. pancakes, waffles, etc - they did have (overpriced) pancakes but only out of a packet! Would be better if they did freshly prepared/cooked breakfasts. We did room only and I was pleased about that when I saw what was available.
