Efficient check in and check out. Pleasant environment. Room was a little small but comfortable. Bathroom was fine, amenities including towels on the modest side.
Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Very modern.
Cleanliness, location, friendly helpful staff, Cafe for quick drinks and snacks, PRICE!!! Everything was wonderful. It's a lot of hotel & service for small price.
a 10 minute walk to times square and friendly staff
We loved that we were walking distance to everywhere or close to the subways. The hotel is near the garment district/ Hell's Kitchen so there's lots to see and cool little local places to eat too. (Try the Houndstooth for drinks/comfort food) The hotel even has a cool bar/ lounge/ cafe for the guests. The first night there I pulled my back out and my husband went downstairs and the woman at the front desk made 2 ice packs for me. It was so sweet and thoughtful for her to go out of her way to help me and my husband. We will be back!!
Quiet - well located - helpful staff.
Room air quality is very dry. Don't even consider getting breakfast at the hotel.
It was my daughters 14th birthday and they left a handwritten card and fruit in the room for her. Very sweet. She really loved it.
Everything was great!
It is well decorated, and spacious, considering this is NYC. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, and let us check in early.
Wifi is very slow. I also thought that the hotel is located in Times Square since it's name suggested that, but it is not. For a family with kids, it's not so convenient to have to walk about 10 blocks or so to get back to the hotel for them to rest in between our activities.
We came back to this hotel because of our experience the first time and were a little let down. The same sweet girl checked us in...she is an asset for sure! The location was great for the Big East game we were attended. We didn't get to check in early this time but that was fine. We asked them to call us a cab due to the rain. They tried but it would be good if they had a relationship with the company so they can assist guests with cabs. Normally we would walk, but it was pouring.
The bed was way too soft and not comfortable. The last room we had was perfect.
Friendly staff, comforterable room great location.
I'm still not used to NYC pricing so the $200 plus daily fee is tough for me. The noise and congestion around the hotel is also unusual for me.
Hotel has a great location. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. We were on the 27th floor & things were quiet. Room was nice & warm during the bad weather.
Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the lift!!! Not sure why as there are 3.....
Great location, very comfortable bed, clean room
Great location. Clean and welcoming.
The staff were very very helpfull Wi FI was very fast
The person cleaning my room didn't impress me
Staff.big bathroom and bath.
Dark room. Opposite elevator. Noisy at the weekend (woken up 6 times on last night)
The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous, pleasant, professional, and helpful. One person in particular was very pleasant and helpful. She is a great representative for the hotel. I don't know her name, but she mentioned that she lived in the Bronx and commuted to Boston for school. I had commuted from Boston to NY to watch the Big East Tournament.
Great location and easy access to Times Square!
Wished they had room service
Very clean hotel comfortable
Higher floor are small
The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean and modern. The room was fair sized for manhattan. Overall a pleasant experience. The walk to times sq was a breeze and the neighborhood seemed safe
The parking 2 doors down was a bit slow. After dropping off guests at the hotel, youll travel 3 doors down to the PARK sign. Be looking for cars lined up on the right, waiting to get in the parking lot. If you miss and have to go around the block, it can take while. Another option is the Edison Parkfast on 9th between 35 & 36.
The Bar tender sat and chatted with us for quite a while on Sunday 3/9 in the evening . Very helpful very talkative. This was our first time in the city The concierge found us excellent pizza that was delivered at a very reasonable NYC price of 14.00. It was very good as well. Would stay there again
Comfortable beds. Quiet
Staff is extremely helpful and great at recommending restaurants. Really close walking distance to everything.
bathroom floors should be heated in winter! they were freezing cold.
The staff are super lovely and the Concierge found us great restaurants in the area! Great location.
Cold water, cold bathroom floors Marriott technical staff did not fix the hot water in the shower (our water was luke warm) and it was -7 outside!
The staff was extremely accommodating. We were able to check in a bit early and check out a bit late. The staff also helped my husband with faxing some very important documents. James, the bellhop, was incredibly personable and respectful in handling our baggage and helping us navigate the city. We will definitely stay here in the future.
