Great location, great window view, great services in the hotel's lobby.

Old rooms, no complimentary water, beds and pillows are not 4 star quality, no fridge in the room. Hotel depends on its excellent location and Times Square view to sell its rooms.

Safe - we got back to the hotel at about 3am one night and were greeted by an NYPD officer asking for our room key to make sure we were staying at the hotel. Gym was great, brand new equipment... never crowded, a great view of Times Square while you're working out... Location - literally in Times Square! Beds were super comfortable! Very clean, spacious rooms (a rarity in NY!) Once you figure out how the elevators work, you're golden.

They definitely need free wifi all over the hotel & the man at check-in was a snooty NYer. Pretty expensive, but it is NY afterall.

The proximity to theatre. Found the staff were very professional and helpful.

We liked the beds, the room was a good size. The bathroom was comfortable. Everything was clean and very well kept.

it would have been nice to have a mini fridge and I really feel that Internet service should be free for the price.

Reception and foreign exchange staff was rude!! Food from restaurant was bland and very over priced!

Best location to be in Times Square! So handy for all sightseeing, shopping or just immersing yourself in the city. Broadway at your door! Staff were so friendly and made our stay so wonderful. We got a free breakfast from the lady on reception. View from our room onto Times Square was fantastic!

Elevator system - seemed like it always forced us to wait and then underestimated number of people. Pricing - thought it was about $100 per night too high.

Shop was not very welcoming so did not use it. Food prices a bit topside.

Room was spacious and it has a very comfortable pull out love seat! Location is great for broadway plays...everything is within walking distance.

Nothing negative to say.

Hotel Staff were all excellent, our room 2621, was also in an excellent position, but could have done with a fridge!

T.V. was lousy, gave up trying to watch anything as no information for coming programmes were available!

i like location, elevators, Bars, The View, Room not so much because there was no refrigerator inside,

i didnt like staff they are terrible and treat all guest as an ignorants person. they are not friendly they are terrible

The pillows are terrible who ever bought half pillows for a queen size bed should be made to sleep on them. Called for a different pillow and was told that is all they have?

The staff was friendly and helpful in all our needs.

The cleaning in our room was poor. Eventought I had asked the housecleaner to vacuum our room and do a better job in our bathroom, she didn't do it in a content. Bad cleaning. Didn't complaint at the frond desk because was afraid that some of our stuff could go missing. Every extra thing you need you have to pay for it, even when we asked the dinning service to bring a knife, they said we were going to be charged in $2.50...absurd!!!!

Breakfast not include for suite, available only for the regular room. I believe it’s not fair for the high rate payment.

The location was marvelous. Facilities and amenities were out of the question. Staff was amazing. Best part however, the existence of Juniors Cafe and Broadway right across Marriott Marquis.

We booked a suite and 5 persons were staying in it; we had one toilet to share. Another toilet would have been fantastic.

Staff friendly and helpful, room was ready early, kept our bags before the room was ready so we could roam the city, very clean, in the middle of it all, great view

Everything. The location is perfect. We has a room with a Times Square View. Every staff member was fantastic. We have stayed here before and ww will be staying here when we return.

We were disappointed when we had to cancel our dinner reservations at the View Restaurant because we were not aware that my son could not wear khaki shorts and nice sneakers to dinner, We were told the alternative restaurant was the same but by no means is it.

perfect location for our theater trip.

not a lot to do in the Marquis for us.
