This Las Vegas Strip resort is an imitation of New York City known for its 150-foot Statue of Liberty model. A state-of-the-art casino, rollercoaster and luxurious shops await guests. Room was very nice and staff at check in was great! When we booked we were not aware that there were extra taxes and fees included. We were under the impression we were getting a deal. Disappointing since I have stayed there several times with no problems.

Loved all the great places to eat inside of hotel! NYNY has done a really nice job of upgrading rooms. Even though we had many activities planned outside of hotel, you could stay on property for days and not get bored of the food or the entertainment! Looked out of window and saw roof top and huge bright lights... but, still LOVED the room.

It was fairly priced and quiet. The beds were very comfortable The service was poor. The room service lady was always waking us up and there was no fridge or even a bottle opener in the room. When we asked for a bottle opener from room service they told us that it would cost us a minimum of $9 for them to deliver it. Service was very impersonal we had to wait a long time in line just to get an extra room key

Well themed compared to other L.v hotels. Good atmosphere. Good free entertainment. Clean comfortable room. No in room facilities other than tv and wifi. Confusion at the desk when booking in. Wrong dates on nyny system so recorded as a no show. Hotel claimed booking.com had sent the wrong dates. I am not so sure! However problem resolved when they were shown the booking form with the correct dates,

The linens, bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are many places to eat within the casino/hotel. My husband and I stayed in a smoke-free room, yet our room and hallways continually smelled of cigarette smoke. That ATM charged a fee of $5.99.

Suite was spacious and quiet and included a hot tub. Air conditioning worked well. Room was reasonable priced and clean. Food was expensive for the quality and the location of the hotel was a bit far down the strip to walk comfortably in the day time temperatures.

The position and the design of the hotel. It's very bad to pay 20$ to have an early check-in. the check-in was scheduled at 16:00, we arrived at 11:00 and our room was ready but we paid 20$ to have our room immediately. With Wi-Fi you can't call with skype. Connection very poor.

The location, the facilities throughout the Hotel. Good selection of fast coffee, snacks etc. Friendly staff throughout. Very poor attention to detail throughout the Hotel. Rooms, especially hallways, very neglected. Chin Chin restaurant was amazing from their breakfast buffet to their dinners. Servers were amazing but cleanliness once again was very poor.

Location This is another hotel that cost us more than was quoted they took £101 when we booked then they took another 20 dollars when we checked in when we booked with booking .com we were quoted £89.71 all in all it cost us about £22.00 more
