The room is really getting old. It's not the standard of a four stars anymore.
The lobby is just amazing. If you are lucky you can have a room with a nice view.
friendliness off staff and helpfulness.and the facilities.
Two small things...pool too small for the size if property. And toilet too close to vanity.
Coming from the UK as a non smoker and where smoking indoors is illegal, I found that the smoke from other guests around common areas a little distracting.
The beds, restaurants, Bars, arcade entertainment, roller coaster and Pool were all that a group of guys could want. Great atmosphere and service.
Food court is very convenient
The elevator lobby always had unfinished room service carts with leftover food for hours at the time. The house keepers were often congregating in the elevator lobby and were loud and would bolt on the elevator ahead of guest.
The room was huge and the view was good
smoking on the casino floor
The friendly staff and good location on the strip.
Hotel outside of rooms quite old and dated
Bed was incredibly comfortable and rooms modern
The rooms could be fancier.
I love the decore of the casino and surrounds. Big arcade and roller coaster. Rooms are nice. Better than stratosphere.
I liked everything!
Megan in Concierge provided awesome customer service!
Location, comfort, cleanliness
Room should have a fridge. Room should have more amenities.
Great location and friendly staff
WIFi was free but very slow. Upholstery on chairs in room was threadbare
Good value! Upgraded to a suite which made a big difference since it was twice as large for a reasonable price. Deli was amazing!! Pool cabana was wonderful!
weak wifi in room
great choice of restaurants and bars great location
everyone was really friendly and helpful except for our dealer at the let it ride table.
loved the entertainment even on a Tuesday night, the piano players create a great atmosphere.
Unfortunately our room was pretty small and dark which was slightly off putting but if we were to go again we would look at other room options
Excellent facilities like restaurantsome, shops and the rollercoaster! The casino was the best one we went too on the strip and the hotel has a great buzz to it
Great night at the casino, loads of activity with a "gambling crowd" in a frenzy! I find out it's an American thing called Spring Break that's driving the place . The health spa is small! Jacuzzi and steam room are smaller than I have at home.. But the massage hit the spot! Great room with a jacuzzi is comfortable and noise free. Valet parking friendly!
the casino was super smokey.definitely needed some fresh air zones.
The beds were comfortable.
The business centre costs a minimum $5, plus $1 for each page y print. You can do boarding passes for free, but as we wanted to print bus tickets that was no good. It would have cost us $8, but we asked the concierge who was really helpful and printed the tickets for us. No drinks machines in th room, common on the strip I think, but quite annoying!
concierge was very helpful.
We check-in 5 min before 3pm and it took like 20 mins. The rooms were not ready and they didn't have the rooms I had booked. They gave us bigger rooms, but they were located by their ride and it was noisy until about midnight or so. Not the worst, but just the thing that I didn't like.
I like the convenience of so many places inside the hotel without having to walk the entire mall like in other hotels.
Compared to some of the other cheaper hotels it didnt offer much more for the higher cost. The pool area was very small, shaded & closed too early. Queues at reception & they weren't very friendly. Trolleys of stale food n drink left in corridor for 2 days.
The casino does not have a poker room. I had to go to another casino to gamble.
The room included an amazing jacuzzi tub, boise surround sound with a awesome tv in the room and family room, a comfortable bed, two white robes, a safe, cold refrigerator, and awesome views of the strip.
Our room although extremely clean looked a little tired. The main issue was the staff on the tables, quite rude and service on the floor was extremely slow compared to many other casino/hotels. If staying longer would suggest a slightly more up market hotel next time.
Location is excellent as a base, good value for money, great variety for food and bars within the complex. Beds fantastically comfy. A good base for a good value short break.
Was to be expected but you can hear the rollercoaster. Not extremely annoying but it's there.
