Comfortable and nearby to the strip street
We kept getting moths in our room. No idea where they would have come from.
Staff was friendly and very professional.
First floor star bucks is slow
That we where close enough to walk to a lot of different casinos and restaurants
smoke smelt in jackpot area,
View, original street of new York, swiming pool, ...
the pillows in the hotel
the restaurants and also how cute it looked inside the hotel
Starbucks downstairs needs more staff on - line too long in a.m. People annoyed Small refrigerators in room?? Need to put them in
Although I had booked many months earlier & showed reception my copy, they didn't have our booking. It took 3 hours before we were able to get into our rooms- It was a bad start to our 4 day stay. Also the view over roof & roller coaster were disappointing.
Good location -close to buses to the other end of The Strip, Freemont St & outlet centre. Lots of choices for food. Room was a good size & bed comfortable.
Conjestion throughout at night
Connections inside to most other "M Life" properties.
The front desk was in rush. We asked for a small fridge that was never delivered. There should be a coffee machine in the room.
The fact that it is beside the MGM . The room was clean and quiet.
Poor customer service. Also, this was the only hotel out of the 11 that we stayed at on this holiday that did not have a fridge or coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
The location is very good, right on the strip. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
the location the bars the rooms everything
Was comlicated to reach the room from the lobby. No refrigerator at room.
Long walk to room
location, staff friendliness liked the food choices in restaurants.e felt comfortable with the age and demographics of other people staying there also.
well theyhad booked the room we had made a reservation for but they gave us a free upgraded room in place.
Staff in Gallagher's - not customer friendly.
Neverley, waiter in America - lovely!
so looks alike new York city
No fridge in the rooms at all, although ice machine on each floor so we just used the ice bucket or rubbish bin, but you get fridges in cheaper places for no additional cost
Great beds, variety of eating areas, although would of liked included in price a buffet breakie
Nothing to dislike
Great hotel in a fab location - lovely room and had free wifi. Hotel casino etc were good and felt very comfortable there! Preferred it to other ones. Seemed more down to earth (I don't like things too posh). Room was huge as stayed in spa room - but didn't have much time to use spa bath as so much to do in vegas.
That there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room
The hotel is a bit dated and swimming pool facility is not that good.
our room was facing the roller coaster so rather noisy but not too bad
Location, quality and helpful staff
I have stayed here in the past, I've enjoyed the atmosphere and location. Beds are super comfortable.
Booked a king room, got two queens. Paid the extra for a strip view but just got a view of the roller coaster and the airport, yes it may still have faced the strip but it was the ugly side. The room (25th floor of the "Century" block) was dingy and dark and has definitely seen better days and the air con is loud and rattles. The place feels like it needs a good revamp as it's way behind the newer hotels on the strip. Pillows were a bit lumpy.
Location is good and only a short walk from the best bits of the strip. Pizza restaurant in house is good and decent value for money. Parking was easy.
Resort fee should of been disclosed or inclued in the rate. I tried to have it removed but they would not so add an extra 25 or so to your bill. Fyi
