Location location location Great rooms Unique hotel
View (the ugly roof of the casino) There was no personal feeling throughout the entire experience, something you might not expect at such a big hotel but still..
Rooms were as you would expect from a Vegas hotel. Fairly big and comfortable
Queuing to check in and attitude of desk staff
Upon check in the reservation agent saw that it was my birthday and upgraded us to a Madison Ave. suite with pillow top mattress'. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I don't usually get a good nights sleep when I travel, but this time was epic!! Thanks for the upgrade - nice birthday gift! :)
Overall it was a beutifil casino with friendly people quick check in and out fun atmosphere, loved the steakhouse galigers. It is also close to all the fun on the strip. I'll def be. Back
That I didn't hit anything big while gambling
The room smelt of smoke.
Big room, a lot of restaurants and shops inside the hotel, good location on the Strip - you can easily walk to many attractions, good price
Smell of cigaretts in our room
great locations, resturants, rooms were nice and quiet, wfi was good even though some said it didn't work good,i would stay again
slots were a little tight and they need more $5 blackjack tables, 2 five dollar tables in the casino was a joke
Good location, reasonably priced.
Check in lady was downright rude, she would not honour pre-agreed Booking.com $20 late check out fee and charged $50++. Hotel held security deposits for 21 days and overcharged total bill to credit card after our departure, which is currently under dispute resolution by our Australian Bank. Smoke in main Hotel common areas was disgusting and unbearable. These are supposed to be non smoking areas. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Would definitely not recommend and would never stay there again.
We came home at 11pm to find the adjacent room were playing loud Music and Smoking pot which satnk our room through the joined door. We were given another room within 10 mins.
location, nightlife, staff, number and efficiency of elevators.
wifi was poor,
Cannot fault it Staff were excellent. Lost and recovered my wallet from lost and found. Very glad could not thank staff enough. Will be back!
Check in was quick and seamless, room was amazing (had a spa room, thoroughly recommend it) and compared to the prices of the rest of the hotels on the strip the cost was very reasonable. Great fun hotel to stay in, try the roller coaster and the Times Square bar.
Took us a while to figure out where everything is, could be better signs to direct you
On the strip, ideally located Beautiful, luxurous rooms Great resort Internet included Fantastic discount offered
Good sized room, clean and quiet. Location is at the southern end of the strip but closer to the airport (only about $15 for a taxi). However location isn't really too much of an issue on the strip as they have an excellent bus service. As for a room closer to a lift as it can be a fair walk otherwise.
As with all hotels in Vegas you have to go through the casino and bars to get anywhere. If you have young children it will be a bit of an eye opener for them.
addition of resort fee
Location Service (quick repair of broken hairdryer) Clean Spacious rooms
Resort fee of ~$20/day added to advertised pricing on booking sites (includes parking and internet, but can be a bit of a surprise if you're not expecting it) Long line for check-in
Good location to strip and airport. Good clean bedroom, comfy beds and quiet rooms.
Constant sickening smell inside the main hotel (not our room) of what can only be described as Febreeze air freshener. All week, as soon as you entered the lobby or casino the stench hit you. Also watch out for extra cover charges to get into the bars etc. even as a resident of the hotel they tried to charge us a cover/entertainment fee on our dinner bill one night then if we wanted to buy an expensive beer in their bars they wanted a cover charge again ranging from $5-$20..... Not very impressed really.....
Great location, great facilities-had everything you wanted right at hand.
Being non-smokers, we didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you stepped out of the elevators. It was the only thing that spoiled the place.
good location, quick service,big room
the room was dated, we had to pay additional mandatory resort fee
Everything about this hotel I Loved but it was the price along with its review rating that sold me.And on arrival I was pleasantly surprised again it was way better than I even expected.would recommend staying here.
When we arrived at checkin, one of our reservations was canceled without notice (it was reinstated very very difficult after many talks with the staff), never had this happening in the past, so advice to be careful.
*Location *Food Choices *Casino *Bars & Restaurants *Staff
*Room smelled like smoke, complained 2 times and nothing was done *Room was very far from elevator *VERY FAR* *small pool, early closing hours (5pm)
Hotel was spotless; bed extremely comfortable, quiet, excellent location
There is nothing we did not like
Location is ok
Facility a bit old
Everything was spectacular. The exterior very identical to NY skyline (on a smaller scale). The interior made us feel like we were walking through the streets of NY. The name of the hotel is spot on.
We did request a non-smoking room however, because of air ducts there was still that smoke smell lingering in our room. Wasn't as strong as a smoking room, but you can smell it. There was no fan in the restroom. When taking a shower, the mirrors fogged up.
