We came home at 11pm to find the adjacent room were playing loud Music and Smoking pot which satnk our room through the joined door. We were given another room within 10 mins.
location, nightlife, staff, number and efficiency of elevators.
wifi was poor,
Cannot fault it Staff were excellent. Lost and recovered my wallet from lost and found. Very glad could not thank staff enough. Will be back!
On the strip, ideally located Beautiful, luxurous rooms Great resort Internet included Fantastic discount offered
Great location, great facilities-had everything you wanted right at hand.
Being non-smokers, we didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you stepped out of the elevators. It was the only thing that spoiled the place.
good location, quick service,big room
the room was dated, we had to pay additional mandatory resort fee
When we arrived at checkin, one of our reservations was canceled without notice (it was reinstated very very difficult after many talks with the staff), never had this happening in the past, so advice to be careful.

*Room smelled like smoke, complained 2 times and nothing was done *Room was very far from elevator *VERY FAR* *small pool, early closing hours (5pm)
Hotel was spotless; bed extremely comfortable, quiet, excellent location
There is nothing we did not like
Everything was spectacular. The exterior very identical to NY skyline (on a smaller scale). The interior made us feel like we were walking through the streets of NY. The name of the hotel is spot on.
We did request a non-smoking room however, because of air ducts there was still that smoke smell lingering in our room. Wasn't as strong as a smoking room, but you can smell it. There was no fan in the restroom. When taking a shower, the mirrors fogged up.
Location of the Hotel Friendly staff throughout Italian Restaurant, Formaio The Roller Coaster! Choice of establishments for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Gallaghers - disappointing steaks for what we paid! (tough and overcooked) Smell of sewage in corridors and in our hotel room on our last night there Air quality in the hotel on the main floor needs to be improved
got the room at 3.20 pm. However when we went to the room it was NOT made up.
This hotel is above average, well positioned and well priced (depending on the weekend). The check-in is quite fast and the rooms, although dated still quite clean. Free WIFI included in the Resort Fee The casino isn't bad and the hotel has great access to MGM and Excalibur makes it a perfect weekend getaway on a budget. One thing to note. Check your email the day of checkout! you can checkout via voice mail and miss the huge line we saw downstairs. Overall Vegas in Vegas, everything is near, everything is fun and if you actually see your hotel room it will be just fine.
There was too much noise coming from the Aircon
Excellent value for money, lots of eating and entertainment options here. Spacious clean rooms, good location for us, check in/out time relatively short.
No fridge in room, limited bathroom asessories, noisy air con with old type adjustment controls, our room was on the same side as the hotels huge air con exhaust systems which could be clearly heard in the room despite changing rooms. As a non smoker I found the casino area unpleasant for me and had a sore throat after a very short time, this is a general problem in all LV hotels but some have sort of smoke free areas.
Great location, clean rooms, lots of selection for eating! Great casino too - lots of game and table options for those who don't want to spend tons ($5 Blackjack, $3 Roulette)
Our room was close enough to the roller coaster that we could hear people cheering on the ride - wasn't loud enough to keep us up, but still something we noticed!
Rooms were big and nice. Lots of restaurants & shops inside the hotel. Casino is cool. NY decoration is spot on. Loooved the rollercoaster (despite the 14$).
It's at the end of the Strip, but you can easily walk around. Really the hotel was great!
I spent $1,100 for a Suite and that amount doesn't include room service, buying drinks at the bar, tipping bellman, gambling, tipping valet, and tipping bartenders. I was treated like a peasant during my entire stay. I was not compensated for the issues that I had during my stay in a way that was reasonable. I went out of my way to make sure that full payment of my stay was paid in advance prior to arrival. I was told prior by the receptionist everything was paid in full. Upon arrival I was asked to pay a $50 deposit for every night that I stayed, which was 3. This was never disclosed to me prior. I was also told that because I paid with a debit and not a credit card the amount of the deposit was more. If I was told that it made a difference or if I was told at all. I would have made full payment on my credit card. For compensation I was told my resort fees would be reversed upon checkout. I left yesterday and these fees have not been reversed. My friend that accompanied me on this trip spoke to the supervisor as well and the Supervisor stated that he would give us a room upgrade (Marquis Suite) on our final night. The final day we called the front desk because there was a problem in our Spa Suite with our safe not locking. Luckily before we left our room we took everything out of our safe because when we returned to our room the safe was open. It was apparent that house keeping had been in our room because there were new towels and our bed was made but what did not make since to me was that there were dirty glass on top of our end tables as well as a empty Pepsi can and the trash had not been emptied. We were transferred to the Marquis Suite only to find that they had put us in a handicap room. I found that to be very disrespectful. I was also told that our prior Suite was a clover shaped Spa Tub Jacuzzi and our upgrade would be a Whirlpool Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi Tub was exactly the same. To me I felt our upgrade was not really an upgrade.
Excellent variety of dining choices at reasonable prices.
I liked the location, restaurants, and good night sleep received.
Customer service wasn't that great. It took forever to get a drink on the floor, while at Ceasars they were very attentive.
Everything! It was our first time to Vegas and New York, New York. We had a fabulous time.
Really good atmosphere. You could stay your whole trip and not even leave the hotel!
Price shoots up massively at the weekend so we went and stayed our last tag on night in the hotel over the road. Oh and location wise it's not quite as good as the Bellagio etc but still pretty decent.
When I arrived they billed my credit card for the full amount of the 2 nights and I had already paid one night so they took away our remaining spending money as it was not returned on the card in time before our departure. So holiday was ruined.
The room is clean, have enough space and the location is really good.
The water in the shower should have more pressure.
Everything. Will definitely be back
