Location was very good. Room was very comfortable. Meeting Joey Fatone in the casino.

Hidden fees on the bill. Could of given us a total bill of what we ordered upfront without finding out at checkout. Didn't like the surprise. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I really liked their Spa services. The spa staff was very friendly and I really liked the service and the attention I recieved.

I really didn’t like how many hidden fees there were. I anticipated paying $500 and when all of the fees were added in I ended up paying $750 if I had known that there was a 12% per day tax as well as an outrageous daily use fee I would have chosen a different hotel. Especially when you factor in that I the pool was not in use and you had to go to a different hotel if you wanted to swim or sit in the sun.

great location, lots of charachter. rooms are good, the beds are super comfortable. we got a pretty good price as well. lots of bars too

the pool was shut for refurbishment, the Cirque du soleil show was on vacation and the night club has closed down. too bad, some entertainment was gone. lots of places to eat, but everything is more towards a fast food style, no "nice" restaurant

I like the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the great food.

The location is very good, at the bottom of the Strip. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very comfortable. The only negative is that the room did not have a coffee machine but there is a Starbuks in the lobby.

The America restaurant. The service was terrible. We sat down at the bar and the bartender/waitress (Wendy, not sure) barely spoke to us, very rude, not even a thank you when we payed the bill and left the tip, nothing.

I stayed here because i had been to Vegas before and liked the facilities in the hotel, bars and restaurants. Particularly the piano bar.

The facilities in the room were non existent. The rooms are very dated and there wasn't even an extractor fan in the bathroom. The shower was terrible, not powerful and loads of limescale and there were no toiletries at all until i called housekeeping who brought literally the very basics of shampoo, conditioner and soap. For a four star hotel that is not good enough.

Thank you for the upgrade to the suite. We had a great room that was very clean and was so quiet the we thought we were the only room on that floor, if you can believe that. Always love to treat ourselves to dinner at Gallagher'S. The best dinner. Loved the Italian restaurant too.

Don't bother with the Mexican restaurant, and definitely not the nachos. Six chips on a platter for 13.00 What a joke.

Great pricing through the bookings.com website not so much if you want to stay an extra day. Quieter than other hotels

Not many options for restraunts or shopping. Room didn't get cleaned until after 2pm or later each day. They have an $18 a day resort fee but Internet isn't very good. Overall good experience but won't stay again due to the limited food and shopping. Had to walk everyday to find a good place to eat

The woman at check-in was very friendly, despite it being 1am. She, without being asked, searched for rooms that best fit our needs and even upgraded us. She was very friendly and personable in making us feel welcome and ensuring we knew what we were signing-up for. Although we requested a non-smoking room, we opted for the upgrade to a smoking room which was recently renovated, and there were no traces of smoke anywhere on the floor, in the halls or in the room. The room itself was large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and we had an amazing view of the Strip. There were also only three rooms on our floor which made for a very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing stay.

I didn't like that the maid changed out our towels everyday even though we had them hanging on the towel rack to help "save water." This isn't anything specific to the nyny as practically every hotel does the same thing, but it seems a little wasteful. The same thing goes for the hand soap on the bathroom counter that gets changed out daily when its only been used a few times and could last the entire trip. Other than that, there are no complaints I could think of. There is wireless internet in the room which is included in the resort fee which was really nice and worked well. I've been in other hotels in Vegas where wifi wasn't available and if it was, it wasn't included in the resort fee.
