Featuring a fitness center and free Wi-Fi, the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park is located a short walk from the Rockefeller Center, Time Square and Central Park.
Score from 1813 reviews Very good
The Waldorf Astoria, a landmark hotel on Park Avenue in Manhattan, offers luxurious rooms with marble bathrooms, just blocks from upscale shopping on 5th Avenue.
Score from 3115 reviews Good
In downtown Manhattan and just a 5-minute walk from Times Square, this modern hotel features a rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the city. Penn Station is a 10-minute walk away.
Score from 2963 reviews Very good
In the center of midtown Manhattan, this New York hotel within a 10-minute walk of both Central Park and Times Square.
Score from 2938 reviews Good
The hotel is in the perfect location. Steps to Central Park, Rock Centre and Grand Central. Not inexpensive, but worth it for the quality of room/service/location.
Towers staff was more helpful
RegularvCheck in / out staff is not good. Not enough staff and does not pay attention to details. Consierge got some reservation requests wrong.
the staff were more than accommodating, particularly the concierge, door man and bellhop. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the views stunning.
the bathrooms are clean and the shower was lovely, but they are a little dated.
The Palace has it all: location, clean and spacious rooms, nice amenities, great fitness center and helpful and courteous staff.
Should have free Wi-Fi.
Not having FREE WiFi!! Even the cheapest hotels have free WiFi!
Beautiful big bedrooms and a lovely hotel, great decoration. Lovely bathrooms. Polite staff Good value
No restaurant (!), just a take away cafe place. Ripped bedsheets and pillow cases. Concierge not knowledgable- he just googled restaurants when we asked for recommendations (!) Slow wifi you have to pay for. Terrible soft pillows with no firmer options (almost went to the store to buy my own to use).
I liked everything about the New York Palace - the room, the service, the location, the amenities… Everything. It is the perfect place to stay in NYC.
Servicing of rooms great and concierge good
would have like kettle for coffee in room
This hotel is in a fabulous location. I stayed here 5 years ago on another trip to NY. It is a busy hotel but the staff do a good job to make you feel welcome. It is a short walk to all 5th Avenue shops, 1 block, Central Park and the theatre district. Overall I doubt you would find better value for money.
The extras are where this hotel gets you. USD $18 for a coffee or tea and they do not provide any in room tea and coffee facilities. $15.99 a day for Wi Fi is ridiculous in this day and age. The Gymnis well equipped but small and can be very busy in the mornings. Coffee shop in te hotel is poor.!!!
I would like to say Thank You!! for my recent stay in New York. The New York Palace staff said always through their actions "Welcome to NY !!". My wife and I spent marvelous 3 days that will be with us forever. THANK YOU !!! HAPPY NEW YEAR !! Silmara and Marcos Jardim
Não gostei de ter ficado somente por 3 dias :( I didn't like to be there only for 3 days :(
The room was lovely and spacious. The front desk was very helpful and professional. Would definitely go again!!
It was just too bad that the resturant was not open any more.
The location is wonderful. All main attractions of Manhattan are within walking distance. Nice cozy ambience in the hotel, spacious rooms are facing nice views all over Manhattan.
Taking to consideration that any nearby cafe or shop offer free WiFi, extremely overpriced in-room internet was not reliable, moreover the hotel charges for each device you connect.
it was in the really nice place, nice view from the window and clean.
there was no restaurant and breakfast room service was not tasty. Although there was take away caffe which was okay but feeling like not in luxury hotel.
The personal at the Palace were wonderful. Arranging a perfect getaway for us. Couldn't ask for better as to the front desk, bellman and concierge. The views and the ambiance were spectacular.
Housekeeping didn't exist. After a bed turn down on our initial night they never returned. Instead leaving little notes under our door stating something about respecting our privacy even though we weren't in the room and did not display a do not disturb.
Location and the grandness of the entrance
Trading on its location needs to try harder
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location- near to Rockafeller Plaza and walking distance to Central Park and other areas. Luxurious comfortable hotel, room was very spacious. We had a premier skyline room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Wifi is expensive If you need it. That's about it, the rest was wonderful.
Beautiful property and extremely comfortable and attractive guest rooms!
Room size. Location and the deal i got.
Lack of restaurants in the hotel
Loved the location and room was nice.
Water pressure was not great. Bathroom was a bit smaller than hoped for. Gym equipment is a bit dated (weight machines, at least).
updated and clean rooms nice size room
8 dollars for a bottle of water from the mini bar is ridiculous Why not charge another 10 dollars for the room and place 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room? It's not the money, it's the feeling of being nickeled and dimed If you did that, your guests, who would not complain about another 10 for the room, would feel that you did something nice by providing water.
The ambience of it all!!! Can't beat the view looking towards the Cathedral, Rock Center, and left to the Empire State Building. Quite a sight!!!
I liked it all!!!!
Location, room, overall presentation were fabulous.
No restaraunt for breakfast is problematic.
The welcome from the doorman through to the reception was excellent. I would stay here again!
Staff were wonderful. Excellent view.
No restaurant in hotel.
