the wifi system is really not well working
Great location Large rooms Beautiful decoration
beautiful hotel good service comfortable beds great view very clean
bathrooms were on the small side although well appointed
The Bedding! Comfort. Comfort. Comfort. The staff was amazingly kind. The concierge service was good (though a few were a little bit stuffy).
No on-site sit down restaurant. Room service was good but food was very, very rich.
Interior of building, cakes were delicious in coffee shop
Window's view was on the blank (blinding) wall of neighbouring building
Great concierge , great rooms. Wide open feeling everywhere.
Thought the spa waiting are could use an upgrade
Room, view, staff was excellent, location
The view from our room was wonderful, we could have watched the comings and goings of New York For hours.
It was a shame the cathedral was covered in scaffolding but that was beyond the hotels control.
They charged for internet. They didn't even give a complementary bottle of water. When the toilet clogged and we called to have fixed no-one came.
Room, service, location.
NO restaurant. Bar opened too late.
I loved the room and the location
my iPad cover went missing and no one checked, they just reimbursed the value of the cover and assumed that i should be happy with it. Unprofessional staff at the reception. they were not helpful and had a wrong attitude towards guests
great location great room size
bathrooms are small and not as updated as the rooms
Everything about our stay was beyond perfect!
A real welcome as I walked through the door. Care and attention from all staff at all times. Beautiful linen. Spacious bedrooms.
Darkness of bars. Uncomfortable coffee shop.
This hotel represents the best you hope to find in a New York landmark hotel. Perfectly renovated it hosts it's guest in luxury while making one feel at home.
The location. the contemporary update. The lounge. the french cafe. Breakfast in the morning..quick quick service.
wish i could have had coffee in my room, but i just had to go downstairs at 6am. and there were choices.
Great location, friendly staff
can't fault anything
Hoter is super clean staff are great and helping. Location is perfect.
Imternet costs 16 dollars per night. No breakfast included in price which is concidered high regarding 4 star hotel.
The room was very nice. Security is extremely good.
The bell staff I had to deal with was horrible and judgemental. I needed a cab to Grand Central. It's walking distance to Grand Central except I have 2 artificial disks, rods and screws in my back. I am not able to pull 2 pieces of luggage to Grand Central. Apparently the individual thought I wasn't worth it. He walked away, got car and driver for a family. Than went and talked to someone while he counted his money. Don't judge a book by it's cover. I've stayed in better hotels in NYC. No refrigerator, no coffee in the room. Reception area looks nice until you see the "door" behind employees, It's dirty and coming off. This is your first impression.
Help from the front desk.we arrived late and tired. Susan on the check in desk was stunning. She had a room prepared at short notice, organised an upgrade and provided a glass of wine to relax us. The suite we were given was stunning.
los dormitorios amplios, la vista y la ubicación
We absolutely loved everything about the New York Palace; it exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit and definitely will return to this beautiful hotel.
Surprised that we had to pay for internet hook-up.
the situation the large large room the quitness in every aspects the very good bed the staff in general miss denise at the reception, so Professional and charming.
the price of the breakfast with the taxes, it's a bit expensive
My recent stay was great at New York Palace Hotel. Everything was great. A bit on the higher end of pricing but fair. Only thing was the internet service was super poor which is a bummer since they charge 16 dollars a day extra.
The internet was super poor service and there was no credit or sincere apology for it.
