The location and staff are great. The bed was really comfortable and the room not too small. The rooms need shelves or draws to put your clothes. There was nowhere except a small hanging space we had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom is quite large but there was no space to put your toiletries on the basin we had to keep ours on the floor. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which for a 4 star hotel is unusual. Room service finished at 9pm which is also unusual for a 4 star hotel. I understand that sometimes there is a smaller menu to choose from when ordering late at night but there was no menu when we tried to order at 11pm after we had arrived from the airport. |

The location is fantastic for a reasonably priced hotel, bar and terrace pleasant, rooms quite roomy for New York, very clean and comfortable. The staff were quite unfriendly, bar service very poor. We particularly disliked paying in full in January for a trip in October and being charged additional tax upon leaving as there was an increase in June. One of our rooms did not have any extras on the bill so the $19.82 dollars was being charged to the credit card without notification or receipt. |

Allowed to go directly to our room upon arrival. Excellent breakfast! Considerate desk staff. Close proximity to theatre district, shopping and subway. |

very convenient location there was no restaraunt/ room service facility which was only pointed out at check in, despite advance payment and 'no cancellation' policy. The was no laundry facility on public holiday |

Central location Long time waiting for a room as the majority of flights from Brazil arrives in the morning, and I saw so many people doing check out before 12h and no rooms avaiable before 15h. Price very high, considering that there were few facilities (only one elevator to the street; no room service (food); no hot water in one day) |

do conforto do quarto, da cama, da ropa de cama, etc... Propaganda enganosa quanto a disponibilidade de cafe, nao tinha uma cafeteira no quarto e o cafe no bar, ao contrario da informacao recebida, só ficava disponivel das 7;00 às 8:00 da manha. |

La situation géographique est parfaite lorsque l'on souhaite passer quelques jours en plein coeur de NYC. Deux choses ont été désagréables. D'abord de rentrer le soir à 20h00 en s'apercevant que la chambre n'avait pas été faite et ensuite, se rendre compte que le minibar n'avait pas été nettoyé au départ d'un précédent occupant qui avait laissé de la nourriture qui avait fini par moisir. L'ouverture du minibar a donc répandu une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. |

L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel très serviable. La vue sur Times square exceptionnelle (du 28 ème étage). La taille du lit vraiment king size. C'est tout de même un peu cher... |

Uiterst hulpvaardige en vakkundige bemensing; uitstekende centrale ligging middenin theaterwijk. Mooi uitzicht op Times Square vanaf lounge terras! Er wordt (noodzakelijk!) gerenoveerd. De nog niet gerenoveerde kamers zijn uitgewoond en zien er beslist onaantrekkelijk uit! Vloerbedekking en sanitair ogen vies, rumoerige oude airco. De bedden zijn overigens uitstekend en schoon. |

J'ai avant tout apprécié l'amabilité et la simplicité du personnel durant notre séjour. La première nuit on a eu une petite inondation dans la chambre. Un quart d'heure après l'avoir signalé tout était nettoyé. Le confort, la situation et le rapport qualité/prix est aussi à signaler. |
