Location, staff, food, view. Loved it all.
We liked everything definitely will stay there again fantastic staff especially the door guys Mr worthy in particular
Rooms weren't ready by check in time. Staff service regular. No internet or expensive in rooms.
This hotel was wonderful for its location to Times Square. The staff were very helpful and the amenities very good. Overall an excellent choice of hotel. Even provided a kettle on request for our room so we could have a cuppa :o)
The Restaurant in the hotel had minimum choice of food, however 5mins walk and you have the choice of just about anything literally on the doorstep.
clean and roomy and access to subway and attractions. Nestor at front door exremely helpful.
the fire alarm and PA announcement one morning was an early wake up, and the cold shower following.
friendly breakfast/ bar staff
Water was not hot enough Bath not deep enough to classify as a bath
Nice location Service excellent Comfortable bed
No kettle in room No bathrobes
forced breakfast buffet...don't like buffet...no choice in todays world is a no-no..need a la carte and the price you charged..the quality of the breakfast was very poor...so we found great places near the hotel for half the price and better breakfast hot water didn't work..no mini bar..fire drill early in the morning
Hotel far outweighed our expectations, room was comfortable and clean with a view of Times Square. The bar was lovely with great cocktails and a terrace bar. Couldn't have been better!!
The location is just minutes from Times Square. I only had two days in NY so this was perfect. I could walk to Times Square, MoMA, Central Park and the Rockefeller centre with ease. The check-in staff were also excellent - very friendly and went out of their way to make suggestions and make me feel welcome after a long flight from South Africa.
I expected a bit more, given the price. There were limited amenities in the room (no tea/coffee making facilities, limited bathroom goodies etc). I guess one is pretty much paying for the location.
Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Great location. Very helpful staff.
The room was quite dark, would prefer a brighter room with more natural light. Would also benefit from tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
This was the perfect hotel for our little 4 pound Yorkie pup. And right in the heart of Manhattan! Very comfortable room, great night views of Times Square and friendly staff. Would stay again for sure!
The room was a good size, which allowed for increased comfort - I was in a room with a sofa. The view was also great - I had a view of the river.
I loved the location in Times Square and the bar and restaurant views are incredible. There is an open air area to have drinks and enjoy the ambience of midtown NYC.
Not much. The staff were fine and mostly friendly. They were professional though.
location cleanness bed & pillows
rooms are small cost is exaggerated although I must say we were staying there during the marathon
- great location - awesome views from window
- free wifi internet is NOT FREE, you have to join some loyalty program to get it - free wifi internet in lobby area limited to two hours - small breakfast space, had to wait in queue
It had everything myself and girlfriend wanted from comfort and style to location close to attractions. Would stay again
Price of breakfast
Location perfect, welcome from staff very friendly. Room on the 25th floor overlooking the Hudson River fantastic. No noise in the room at all, from outside or other guests. Queen size very comfortable bed.
Did not do breakfast, too expensive and so many place nearby to try
Position was good, bar drinks were nice with a good atmosphere would have been high lighted with nibbles
Need to be able to do early checkins I came off a 24 hour flight at 9 am and was told bluntly I could not check in till 3pm. I was given next time to book the room for an extra night with is not the best option. You could review this simply by asking for flight details for arrivals. Also no in room amenities is strange no mini bar and no tea coffee making facilities I understand this is a trend but I like a mini bar so I don't have to go out or in the middle of the night I wake up and need water there is only tap water . The breakfast was very average and only scrambles egg in a chaffing dish is very low standard for any hotel.
Having to take two elevators to get to the exit! Too expensive
Hotel was in an ideal location just a block away from Times Square.
Rooms were too small and the double beds were not big enough for two to comfortably sleep. Room had no kettle!
long line for elevators.........
The position, the bar terrace with views of Times Square, and the bedroom with lovely big shower. Also, being able to store the suitcases after checkout for $1 each was a great help.
Definitely not the cheapest hotel in NY and some may say it was expensive, but if you don't mind paying for quality in lots of areas such as very comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms and bar area with an impressive view, then this is the place you need!
Excellent location ..
No tea coffee in room no mini bar also no free drinking water
