Has all the services of a big hotel but intimacy of a small one. Rooms ending with 20 and 22 should have an excellent view of the Chrysler building. Concierge service was very good. |

The positioning of the hotel was perfect for exploring Manhatten. The doorman, Randy was extremely helpful throughout our visit. |

Excellente situation dans New York, à deux pas de Times Square, des théâtres et spectacles ainsi que pour le shopping. Concierge de très bon conseil, accueil excellent, personnel très prévenant et courtois. Confort des chambres excellent. Ayant réservé deux chambres celles-ci étaient mitoyennes avec la possibilité d'en privatiser l'accès. Seul bémol, climatisation bruyante dans notre chambre. |

Chambre agréable et surtout très calme pour new york, bien placé dans le midtown à deux pas de time square La facturation de la connection internet au vu du prix de la chambre. |

l'organizzazione del personale e la quiete all'interno dell'hotel quando sono entrato per la prima volta in stanza sembrava che ci avessero fumato seppure l'hotel sia considerato come no-smoking |

Le lit!!!!!!!! J'ai d'ailleurs acheté le meme La fermeture des portes des chambres beaucoup trop bruyante et sieste impossible car il y a tjs quelqu'un qui rentre ou sort dans une des chambres voisines |
