I was overnighting in NY after returning from Europe, so I relley enjoyed the size of my room. After a week in a snug hotel room overeeas it was great to have some space. The hotel was in a good location as well: between 5th ave and Times Square. The staff was very helpful. |

I Liked the position , my room although fairly small was very comfortable and I always like sofitel bathrooms compared to many other hotel bathrooms in NY The restaurant menu was a bit boring and very pricey |

It was a beautiful room. Very spacious and the staff was very helpful. The location was great and right in the middle of all the action in midtown New York. The elevator floors were dirty and could have been vacuumed. The shower head in the hotel room was broken, but we never complained about it, it wan't a big deal.There was a hand held shower that we used instead. |

The location was fantastic and the hotel fabulous loved my stay at the Sofitel No.but would like to state i had asked about transport from airport and was adviced to get taxi was riped off let peole know {make sure and get yellow cab} |

The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was comfortable,the food was good quality and presented well. The concierge was very unhelpful when we asked if we could get wheelchair access to the Highline...just said he didn't know. I was able to get the info easily subsequently from the internet. Why couldn't he have done the same? |

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel New york, it was very close to Times square and all the shopping facilities New York has to offer. The resturant in the Hotel (Gabys) was excellent!! We found the hotel reception staff unfriendly. I had to report a problem with our room, this was resolved fairly quickly by giving us another room. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very responsive to requests. The room was very comfortable, warm and intimate. Nice amenities, luxurious yet simple. The bed was incredible. |

The ambience - enjoyed the French overtones. It is a very elegant and comfortable hotel - not ostentatious. They provided three (3) internet terminals in the lobby for free use by residents 24x7. This computers worked great and there was even a printer. They also provided Wall Street Journal, ny Times and Financial Times. The room was well appointed and quiet! We had one small problem with a light in the room - they responded immediately - turned out it was my problem (couldn't find a light switch on a lamp) - not theirs. The prices in the restuarant were a bit too high - breakfast for a couple could easily run $50-60. Too much in these economic times. However, they did provide fresh coffee every morning in an alcove in a corner of the restaurant - a nice touch - fresh cream, milk, sugar cubes, etc. |

The rooms were immaculate and elegant, very surprised by size and quality of rooms had expected New York 4* to be small and a bit dated. Staff were efficient and friendly, hotel was brilliantly located price of m&m's! |

The location is PERFECT! Its close to everything yet away from noise and traffic! 5th ave is half a bloch away and time square is a bloch and a half. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. the staff is extreamly warm and accomodating. It is the hotel to stay on if your looking for luxury yet the comfort and warth of your home! |

Has all the services of a big hotel but intimacy of a small one. Rooms ending with 20 and 22 should have an excellent view of the Chrysler building. Concierge service was very good. |

Nous avons aimé l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La déco est raffinée et le petit déjeuner, contrairement à ce que nous avions lu, n'est pas hors de prix si on prend le continental. Peut être un effort à faire au niveau du bar, apéritif pas très convivial. Si nous devions revenir, nous retournerions dans cet hotel sans hésiter. |

la location perfetta, la silenziosità delle camere, il letto fantastico il bagno ottimo con vasca e doccia separate, l' estrema gentilezza dello staff , la velocità degli ascensori. la camera al 9 piano non aveva una vista particolarmente bella. |
