It was near to everything we planned to see and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bar and the layout of it. I was disappointed that there wasn't a spa. |

Excellent service, attentative staff without being over bearing, fantastic location, rooms of a high quality and completely quiet. Free Internet access in the foyer so able to check in online for return journey and print tickets. Definitely recommend to stay here. |

my previous stay at a Sofitel was in Chicago. In my opinion, its the best hotel to stay at in a metropolitan area. The room was spacious (for NYC), view was great, location was perfect (walking distance to shopping, central park, and broadway) and just far away enough from Times Square. |

The Hotel is beautiful. The staff is pleasant and the service was excellent We loved the bar/lounge and how comfortable and clean the rooms were. We go to NYC often and will be staying here each and every time now. |

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were lovely, comfortable, well set-up with beautiful bedding and luxurious bathrooms, and the location, very near Times Square and the theater district, was perfect for our family excursion to the theater. |

Great location, great breakfast and very kind staff. A bit pricey of course... Good bed and very comfortable pillows. Not really for families with kid's. Lower price rooms not exactly at Sofitel usual level. |

Comfy bed, top location near Times Sq, Rockfeller Center, 5th Ave, Grand Central Terminal.Good breakfast and large suite room. I would say free in-room internet access should be included in price as well as a Tea/Coffee machine in-room. |

Large room, free computers in the lobby, big comfortable bed. I would have liked to be on a higher floor - I paid extra for a room between the 15th and 29th floor, hoping that a room would be made available as high as possible, given the hotel was not really fully booked. Also, I think that the WiFi should have been complimentary for hotel guests. To pay $1300 for two nights and then have to pay extra for this basic service which many budget hotels offer for free, I think is a let down. |

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. When they say luxury they mean luxury. Extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. The hotel staff could not do enough to help you. It was my first time to New York. I fell in love with the City and this hotel made the trip even more memorable. The location is perfectly situated for Times Square, Broadway, Empire State Building, NY Public Library, Grand Central Station, Central Park. The list goes on. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks just that little extra something for their trip to New York. |
