The Shower and the bathtub were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The overall look of the hotel was gorgeous. Definitely worth the money.

The service was excellent!!! The rooms were very comfortable an clean!!! Nothing to complain about. But I think the hotel should offer free wifi at the rooms.

Everything was very clean and well maintained and the service was prompt and gracious. Nothing really. They were a little slow with the bags on exit, but everyone was leaving at the same time. Can't really fault them for that.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Nothing. Wish I could take up permanent residence there.

The comfortable bed ensures a good sleep. You have to pay$10 per day for Wi_fi in your room. This seems a bit mean consdiering the cost of the hotel. Also no tea making facilites, but we requested them and were provided, although supplies at a charge!

Great Hotel, stayed for 10th anniversary and they arranged for dessert and wine in the room without us ordering. Great concierge service. Would stay again.

There was an issue with our booking, in that the hotel did not receive have it, and the desk staff dealt with the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. The Hotel is located close to everything, yet is discreetly located in the middle of the street. The rooms are clean, nicely designed and well serviced. It offers gratis lower speed internet.

The location was excellent for Time Square, 5th Avenue and about a 20 minute walk to Central Park, therefore, for an uptown location this is ideal. Staff were also very helpful. Asked for a quiet room and while it was away from lifts and stairs (as requested) the windon had a large generator under it casuing me to ask for a room change, which was done. No facilities in the room to make a warm drink, which I would have expected from a hotel of this class. Room has a turndown service which was not done 2 out of the 4 nights.

This was our first trip to nyc and chose Sofitel by recommendation as well as location and reputation. It was within walking distance to many attractions as well as excellent places to eat. We felt safe yet away from the main hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was top class. Thankyou!

Spacious room, good shower, excellent location, helpful staff Lack of housekeeping service - we stayed 5 nights and our room was serviced once, although we did get turn down service providing fresh towels but often later than we needed them.

Absolutely superb hotel! Perfect location to explore New York....less than 2-3 mins walk to the heart of Times Square, less than 2-3 mins walk to Fifth Avenue. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. We have previously stayed right in Times Square, which was great but so hectic and busy. This location was so much better, just one and half blocks back but quieter and less bustle. Perfect!!
