The bathroom although recently renovated had no where for you to put your toothbrush and toiletries it would be helpful to have a shelf near the basin, also when we checked in and came to use the shower it did not work as it was hanging off the wall it took two requests to have it fixed it should never have been let out in the first place. |

It had a great location, and the renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable. A pretty good size for a NYC hotel. |

The location is perfect. You can find many restaurants and places close to the hotel open 24 hours. They were really kind with my childrens. Also they have free internet connection. |

friendly staff....near all the attractions....felt super safe in this hotel....they card ppl past a certain time during the night... everything was renovated except the bathroom...but overall pleasant experience! |

none of the request was made through, poor house keeping, very rude staff, no tea and coffee make even after request, cramped room , does not matches to what was shown on the website. a horrrible experince , no value for money dirty room, have to call house keeping every day for cleaning, very very rude staff, absoultely no space to move around in the room |
