Central beliggenhed, - ideelt når man både skal up-, mid- og downtown. Fik lov til at vente 2 timer med at tjekke ud uden beregning (hotellet var dog heller ikke overbooket). Et par af fitness maskinerne er nedslidte (cyklerne). |

Lille men godt værelse. Ingen larm. Pænt og rent. Lidt service på værelserne f.eks. el-kedel og te-breve, kakaopulver og kaffepulver, så man kan lave en kop varmt om aftenen. |

Personalet var generelt venligt, men serviceniveau i receptionen var svingende og aldrig rigtig god. Jeg vil anbefale hotellet til andre, men samtidig pointere at man skal være opmærksom på den behandling man får i receptionen. |

Room was really comfortable and clean and also location of the hotel was perfect. Nearly in the heart of the Times Square and just beside train station There was a waiting line for check-in when I arrived so I had to wait like 20 mn. |

It was a very comfortable hotel, close to the Penn train station with all the amenities Perhaps, just that breakfast was not included but then I knew that from the onset. |

the hotel is beautiful, art deco masterpiece. the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. the diner downstairs was very good (try the Columbian corn pancakes)! tv and free wifi were very good. the decor of the room was nicely done with the exception of the bathroom. the room was very clean. bed was very comfy. it's proximity to the javits center was a big plus as well. Nice view of the city! the bellman outside did not offer to help hail a cab- was chatting with friends. a different bellman charged 50 cents to stow a suitcase, this was not the case when i first arrived. (it's not the money it's the inconsistency) also he was complaining about something work related. some of the guest rooms are very tiny; no soap dish in bath sink or tub, hair dryers were ineffective for styling, night stand had hard metal corners - don't bump into those suckers! complimentary "Mimosa" toiletries were too fragrant to use. No water for purchase in guest room. would have been fun to read about the hotel's history in the book in the room. it also should include a local neighborhood map with popular spots highlighted. |

Convenience of attached "diner" restaurant. Close to transportation. Qualified staff. Very clean room. As a senior citizen I would have liked to have had hand holds installed in the shower. |

Great room, great views and a great price. Mohammad (front desk) was very accommodating. Will stay here again. water in shower goes from hot to cold to hot to cold. |

location i booked a non smoking room, i ended up in a smoking one. the day after i finally get a non smoking room. 4 days later the reception calls me and tells me i need to move room again because i got upgraded and could not stay in the room for the price I had booked at. I have not asked for an upgrade. |

I found the hotel staff to be polite and helpful. The rooms were a good size and also kept clean and tidy. The hotel itself was in a central location. |

Just in the middle of the city...No matter how you arrive NewYork; take metro from JFK airport, or travel by train, just get off at Penn Station, walk a few steps upwards and cross the street. You are in front of the hotel. If you reserve a room looking west and higher than 20th. floor,prepare yourself with a magnificant sunset. A small refregiator in the room would be helpfull. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location excellent, one minute walk from Penn station. Diner was convenient for breakfast, but think the hotel should have some discount considering the price of the rooms. Photos of rooms shown online were accurate. The corners in the bathroom could use some extra cleaning. |
