Not enough parking.
View was not great (looked out over parking area). The bar/restaurant were just okay (we actually chose to go elsewhere for dinner. Seemed to be very family orientated.
The room was super quiet that we stayed in. Staff were friendly. Easy access on/off highway for activities we were in town for. Just a few minutes away from Fashion Island (closest for dining).
Charged a staying guest for parking ?! That's a little ridiculous and the website doesn't inform you of that I had to pay and extra 23 bucks just do I could park there!?!!!.
Very nice hotel from the inside
Parking is ridiculously priced.
Great location for visiting orange county beaches and Disneyland!
That they did not advise about renovation work.
Renovation work is happening in the hotel. I asked the front desk why they did not mention about it when I did the booking, they answered "we sent a mail about renovation to our regular clients"
Everything about it except. The general manager was nice. Anyone else I spoke with shouldn't be at a temporary station. They were not very bright
No valet had to go into hotel after not being able to find it. It was awful had to walk long distances I just had leg surgery
Having to pay $23/day for on-site parking considering that this is a surburban hotel
Staff were excellent. King suite was very comfortable. Food in restaurant was quite good.
This was one of the best hotel stays I've had! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel is under construction, it did not impact my visit. We were comfortable and didn't want to leave.
The parking is too expensive!!! In the check out bill, you face city tax fee, etc.. Which not normally see at other hotel .
The hotel is designed as suite. So easily can accommodate upto 4 people each standard room. The bed is really comfortable and the coffee was fantastic.
Cleanliness of the bed, noise
I liked the location, staff were responsive and helpful. The hygiene in general was average. The restaurant was also average. In general the experience was relatively good.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival and checked us in at 11:30 a.m.! During our 2 day stay they were always available to answer questions, make suggestions and provide for our needs.
I did not like to have to pay for Parking. It would not be so bad if the pricing was reasonable, even with the discount, it is still quite high. Also, not too many choices or options for dinner outside of the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay, and appreciated the customer service provided by the staff. I enjoyed the privacy and location of my room. My six year old daughter and I stayed during the 4th of July weekend. I expected a a busy, loud atmosphere because of the holiday, but was pleasantly surprised to see that although it was busy,.... it was still quiet, organized, well managed and kid friendly. I would recommend .
for the money I thought I was nickel and dimed for everything extra & the picture of hotel gave me the impression that every room had a view of the lagoon
the room was clean & big the hotel was overall nice
Everything was amazing.
I love it we will be back soon.
Not much of view. The bay wasn't as beautiful as described by other reviewers. It is an older hotel. The decor is a little dated.
Nice all suites hotel. The room is big.
That it is an all suites hotel.
Very friendly staff and excellent experience all around!!! Will go back any time!! :)
Pool area - cramped Spa under cover Uninviting restaurant, too modern and open Hairdressers off restaurant. Using vacuum whilst we eating dinner
Spacious suite Greeting at desk when checking in Location
It was rundown and dirty and is in need of maintenance. I didn't like the tv service (not enough good choices). There was one cleaning person and she was tired and grumpy.
I liked the location and the suite style room. They serve starbucks there and that's a bonus and the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was too expensive compared to quality !!
Location and pool was cold for the kids
There was a very noticeable wad of hair in the shower drain when we arrived at our room. Which was very gross.
we enjoyed the lobby, room service, and the fitness room.
