Cleanliness of the bed, noise
I liked the location, staff were responsive and helpful. The hygiene in general was average. The restaurant was also average. In general the experience was relatively good.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival and checked us in at 11:30 a.m.! During our 2 day stay they were always available to answer questions, make suggestions and provide for our needs.
I enjoyed my stay, and appreciated the customer service provided by the staff. I enjoyed the privacy and location of my room. My six year old daughter and I stayed during the 4th of July weekend. I expected a a busy, loud atmosphere because of the holiday, but was pleasantly surprised to see that although it was busy,.... it was still quiet, organized, well managed and kid friendly. I would recommend .
I did not like to have to pay for Parking. It would not be so bad if the pricing was reasonable, even with the discount, it is still quite high. Also, not too many choices or options for dinner outside of the hotel.
the room was clean & big the hotel was overall nice
for the money I thought I was nickel and dimed for everything extra & the picture of hotel gave me the impression that every room had a view of the lagoon
I love it we will be back soon.
Everything was amazing.
Nice all suites hotel. The room is big.
Not much of view. The bay wasn't as beautiful as described by other reviewers. It is an older hotel. The decor is a little dated.
That it is an all suites hotel.
Very friendly staff and excellent experience all around!!! Will go back any time!! :)
Spacious suite Greeting at desk when checking in Location
Pool area - cramped Spa under cover Uninviting restaurant, too modern and open Hairdressers off restaurant. Using vacuum whilst we eating dinner
I liked the location and the suite style room. They serve starbucks there and that's a bonus and the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.
It was rundown and dirty and is in need of maintenance. I didn't like the tv service (not enough good choices). There was one cleaning person and she was tired and grumpy.
Breakfast was too expensive compared to quality !!
Location and pool was cold for the kids
we enjoyed the lobby, room service, and the fitness room.
There was a very noticeable wad of hair in the shower drain when we arrived at our room. Which was very gross.
Handicap parking was taken by a luxuey mercedes benz of pa young man whp was by no means a handicap. When we notified the dront desk nothing was done about it.
Too expensive...had to ask to be moved. ..had view of parking lot and roof.
Mario checked me in at the front desk and his professional and friendly manner made me feel at home right from the start. It felt like I had been there many times before and this made the entire trip very enjoyable!
I didn't notice anything that I was unhappy about. The hotel was very crowded on Saturday and I got a 1st floor room but it was fine. (I had made reservations that morning) Mario switched it the next morning so I had a delightful picturesque room for the rest of my stay.
We stayed for 2 nights and the air conditioning unit did not work at all. We were given a tiny fan to cool our suite. This was extremely poor service to say the least.
Lack of valet service
Loud room with machinery noise.
Everything. Wonderful staff, helpful and pleasant. Great suite, everything is always so nice there we never stay anyplace else!
all good...no valet????
Two thumbs up on the breakfast bar also. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed every bit of it!
